Moved from MA to TX. They picked up and did not deliver for 2 months. Very rude when we called, did not give any details. They forced me to tip $300, otherwise they would charge more for packing(i already packed everything myself). Came with a dumptruck after 2 months, saying everything got damaged in Huricane. I lost $30k worth of household and so much memories. If they have not delayed way beyond their contract, no hurricane would have hit. They collected $11.5k for destroying my stuff. They also knowingly drove the dump truck to TX to only collect the remaining $4.2k.. they demanded cash before they open the truck doors .. Everything was rotten with mold and 100% damaged. Most of the electronics, bins were also missing / stolen. Rude people, lost memories, money .. Please stay away from this business.

They did our initial estimate and were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Rome was our contact person after the booking, and he was great to work with and very accommodating. The four guys loaded the truck in IL and then unloaded it into CA. Two other guys packed the truck, whose name I cant remember, but I will check with R and amend this review because everyone was so great. The whole crew was so hard-working; fast; friendly; helpful; flexible; careful. All my belongings were packed, wrapped, and protected with extra care and stay away from any kind of damage. They also got blankets to cover our sensitive things. They were really so professional all day. At the end of my move day, my wife and I were so happy with their service and professionalism. Oh, I think they were reasonable on price too—a great moving company. I suggested a couple of adjustments to their system to Trent, and he implemented them. I know that because I used Golden Glove Movers again to move my office, which I will cover in an equally positive forthcoming review.

This was my second time using Golden Glove Movers. The first was a local move, whereas I was moving household goods for a family of 4 to MD from NJ. My experience right from the price estimate stage to the final delivery this week in MD has been perfect. They delivered as they promised. It took three days, but this is when shipping schedules globally are all over the place due to covid. The best part is that you get regular updates even while your goods are in transit and, of course, interim updates at every process step (dispatch, reaching destination port, Custom clearance, etc. I believe these timely updates make a world of difference to the customer experience. My sincere most thanks to the team, including Lisa, Monica, Matt, Ed, and Jordan, for their high prompt service delivery standards at every stage. I will choose Golden Glove Movers a third time as well whenever needed.

Our movers just left and it couldnt have been a better experience! The crew showed up at the scheduled time, were really friendly and got right to work hauling our heavy boxes and furniture. They had excellent communication, were super professional and made sure I was happy with their service every step of the way.

Their customer service staff was very helpful and made sure that all my questions were answered. This was my first time moving far away so I had some concern. But I’m happy to say they made my moving experience a lot less stressful.

Chris was organizer of our move. He was leading the team from front and helping the guys to pack the boxes and disassembling the furniture. I appreciate that. I had few questions regarding move and security of luggage he answered me thoroughly. The delivery team was very great, they carefully unloaded the truck.

The second time I used them for a longer move. The staff was professional and kind. The price was reasonable and cheaper than the others.

Where do I start....I know the moving process can be frustrating but PLEASE guys look elsewhere because this is not the place for your business. Like many others reported, Johnathan is rude, condescending and lacks appropriate customer service skills. So far the pick up crew has been the only positive part of this experience as they were commutative and professional. Be aware that you will be provided with a guaranteed price after you’ve itemized your belongings, then they charge you extra to “crate” items that you declare. Next comes the shipping (which was just confirmed did not happen as yet and there’s no telling when that would be). Upfront you’re provided with a 7-10 days times frame, you’re also told “but it won’t take the full 10 days because we have a truck going to Florida every week”. I’ve been in contact with Nyia / Nyah at the office who two days ago said “I’ll speak with upper management when they come in and let you know”, I guess “upper management” is yet to come in as I called today and she gave me the same story. I will be calling back today at 2:30 as agreed, but at this point I’m not at all hopeful. Oh, I must add the most dishonest part for me so far is that the time frame conveniently changed from “7 to 10 days” to “21 days”. I implore you to PLEASE find somewhere else to do business, I’ll provide an update when (well at this rate IF) I get my items.

Poor customer service. Jonathan Maldini was super pompous and unprofessional. Just listen to the audio recording. Loss the potential of three clients that were doing a long distance move due to having to deal with THIS representative. Over 20 years of experience and the attitude and unprofessionalism were more than enough to deter a client. Definitely require a client facing retraining course for him because that attitude is very bad for business and bad for your bottom line.

This was the first time that I am hiring movers but I was extremely happy with Golden Glove Movers. 4 guys showed up on time, clearly had a lot of experience moving and took great care of my stuff. They bring all sorts of blankets, tape, padding and boxes to make sure that furniture arrives in the condition it left in. They un assembled and reassembled my furniture in no time. All in all they did a great job and I can’t complain.

We had to move into our grandma’s house in NJ from SC after our property mortgage went wrong. We had to go to another state. We quickly hired Golden Glove Movers because their prices are the lowest in the market. Our first experience was horrible with the other movers. So, we were nervous. But, these guys were on time, didnt damage anything, and the rate was exactly what was quoted. The representative, Mindy was a pleasure to talk to. She makes sure we are aware of all the little details. She was the reason automatically and instantly said yes to Golden Glove Movers. We had a large workplace to be moved during the end of the last month. Every little thing from the takedown to the established was well performed and very excellent. They wrapped, packed, and loaded everything within a very reasonable amount of time. The moving staff was friendly and did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Everybody played a part. You will not be forgotten. They really took the hassle out of what can be a pretty hectic day. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again when I move. I will also love to recommend these Golden Glove Movers and their team to all my friends and family. Highly recommended.

They answered my numerous questions and accommodated last minute changes. On the day of the move the group of six men came well prepared, they were kind, supportive, and exceptional. They made a stressful day so much easier. I would never work with another company again.
