They has a good price on a 10×10. It was a nice and smooth visit they got me in and out with no problems. I give it two thumbs up.

The place was neat and clean. William and Noel were two of the most courteous people Ive ever come across (seriously!!). They were professional, and cared to assist me with the decision I was making. I have been a customer for 10 years.Noel and William always exceed my expectations every time I see them.

Ive only been at the storage place for 3 or 4 months and they raise my rent $19. With a pandemic I am currently unemployed and most of the companies are giving you rebates and this company is charging me more money and it hasnt even been a year of their service. I definitely will be looking elsewhere storage facilities are charging first month free and I wasnt even offered that option. The staff is great but obviously this company doesnt realize that we are in tough times right now!Well I received a response from the owner only to tell me that he has a business to run and needs to increase my storage rent to keep his business going this coming from a multi probably million-dollar company. Im sure he has a roof over his head and food on his table and not thinking of the people that are struggling right now with the pandemic

Friendly staff (Noel) made our experience very pleasant. Great customer service, this location is busy and Noel managed to multi task on her own.The premisses are clean. Access to the place is very accessible from rt. 46, rt 19, rt 80.

Very helpful staff. Always thank you before and after with every phone call. Affordable pricing. Recommend a 10’ x 10’ unit if you have at least a one bedroom apartment and are planning to store most of your furniture in it. Compared to the 5’ x 10/15’ it’s just more open space and not as narrow to carry items into and out of. Noel and William were very nice.

So far it’s been a great experience. William was very helpful showing me around and completing the process for rental.

The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful, even though she forced the cheap lock on me. It’s a dated facility; not temperature controlled, motion lights don’t work well because of the sensor placement, and the rust stains are pretty gross. Makes you wonder about the initial fee.... However, unit serves it’s purpose.
