I love Target. But unfortunately, this year, my employer switched to a provider that excluded eye examinations covered at Target. I called the store, sadly asking if I would be able to transfer my RX to another provider (in network) and the representative Javier informed me that I might still have coverage for orders, but just not the exam. He generously offered to call my plan for more detailed information and told me he would contact me back as soon as possible once he had his information. I told him I would love that and advised him to take his time. He contacted me back in just a few minutes with the good news. Not only would my insurance pay for the item order, but he was able to help save me even more money by using a promotional offer and sale with my order. This is exactly why I love target and this is why I was so sad when I thought I couldnt have them as my vision provider anymore. Javier was extremely kind, informative, and helpful. I am so pleased I called.

Switched over from a different Target Optical and overall a great experience with Dr Kardos. Very thorough, kind, and guided me through my eye exam so that most, if not all, questions I had were answered. Will surely be back next year.

Dr. Kardos is extremely knowledgeable. She is caring, comprehensive, and was absolutely amazing with my son and I. Her calm presence puts you at ease, and she really took her time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. Which is so hard to come by nowadays. I highly recommend her!

Target optical was a great choice, from the eye doctor who performed my eye exam to the friendly staff who helped me with my frames, all around very good experience.

Amir and Louise are very friendly and extremely professional. I also noticed them helping customer before us with extreme patience and guiding and answering their questions throughout. My shy 7yo was very comfortable asking questions to Amir, who not only remembered her from prior visit but also gracefully answered her questions. Thank you.

I wasnt sure if I would find a quality pair of glasses that I liked at Target Optical. Since my optometrist does not participate in my insurance program, I went online to my insurer and found a few local places to purchase prescription eyeglasses. With the pandemic, I was leery of going some place that I was not sure of. So, when Target came up on the list, and I checked out some of the selection online, I figured I would try it out. I am very happy with the glasses I picked out. And the service was excellent from beginning to end. I will definitely be back for glasses again.

Just terrible! I had an emergency with my contact ripping and fell out and I was across the parking lot at spuntino and thought atleast target it my eye doctor. However, they refused to take me as they didnt have time for me even though I told them it was an emergency and I could not drive home with only 1 contact. Will not use them EVER again!

Dr. Kardos is awesome!! She is charismatic and explains everything during the exams so you are super comfortable. I come here for my eye exams and contact lenses, and I usually order my glasses online. The store has a small variety of frames as compared to a more established practice, and they dont usually have the more trendier styles. I was looking for clear acetate frames or red frames for my glasses, and they only had a few clear frames that werent really the look I was looking for. It is so convenient going to see my eye doctor at my local Target instead of their own location!

I called at 11am and they told me they could see me the same day. There was no long wait. The staff and Dr. Kardos were amazing. Very helpful and very pleasant. I love this place.

I went there to pick up my frame, the woman named Lida ( call herself as the manager) had me standing there wait for 30 minutes without get any help. The manager Lida acted like I owed her money. She pretended to be busy so that she cannot give me any help. Will never come back to this store any more. With such kind of manager who treated their customers like this, you can imagine how the store works. I will give zero if I can.

My experience was not good! Sunday, Father´s Day only one attendant in-store. Broken glasses and turned down by attendant because he had too many clients and was all alone, as he said. Stood there 45 mns while he helped out a couple with their eyeglasses without him asking what services I needed, or anyone else in the room for that matter. I do not drive, so had to take the bus there and back. Went to a .99 cent store and bought all the tools and materials needed to fix my glasses, and did it in under 5 mns myself. You mean to tell me this person could not do the same at the store? Highly disappointed!

Was able to get an eye exam appt same day I called, was in an out in less than an hour and my glasses arrived in less than a week. And the optometrist was great :)

I had an emergency and needed contacts quick! They where able to provide them for me and a check up that same day ! Dr. Kardos explains everything && makes you feel comfortable.

You absolutely must give Target Optical a try. Dr Kardos provided one the best and thorough eye exams Ive ever had.

Dr Elizabeth was very thorough in exam. They promise to work with me till we get the glasses to my satisfaction (due to my rx)

I went to this place out of convenience....bad idea. Worst customer service. They didnt take my insurance, and they never went over the costs until I had to pay. They made me wait 4 wks until I could get my prescription. When I got upset, they just blew me off. What a waste of time. Next time Ill remember that retail stores and optricians dont mix. Im going to go back to my local eye doctor where he will treat me like a patient, and not just as a number.
