They do not answer the phone at any walgreens this one is the same, I dont think they have a pharmacist on location

Long lines way understaffed and they dont even answer their phone. I was on hold twice for about 45 minutes and then they just hung up.

I Love Walgreens but I have had such bad experiences at this Walgreens. The woman in the pharmacy was literally hitting on my Fiancee while I was standing there pregnant. Very rude. Today wanted to load money The Manager was rude as well as the cashier. Not personable at all. Horrible customer service

When you try and call them the automated caller keeps telling you the associates are busy with other callers and take to long to wanna wait. I can bet they aren’t on the phones at 8pm

Get my Prescriptions here and they are always on the ball.

I called Walgreens, got an answer was being transferred then disconnected.I called a second time, I was disconnected again.I called the third time and they were two callers ahead of me. I did a while and hung up.I’ll bet you a dollar neither one of those callers have been dropped. not very happy.

I tried to see if my photos were available for pickup. They had to be sent off to another company to be printed because they were disposable cameras. Come to find out they had been shredded months ago. These are the only chance of photos I had of my wedding! There was no order number in my file so we cant call the other company to see if they have any copies! They have no empathy for their customers or they would have called before shredding my wedding photos!

The male cashier was rude. He was extremely distracted in an empty store and I had to repeat myself several times while he still ignored me. He kept touching his mask, pretty sure the defeats the purpose.

Kristen (sp?) in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help my dad get a medication which saves his life, at a price he could afford. Especially during the hysteria of this quarantine, for someone to go out of their way in that manner is breathtaking. I wont forget this!!

I had some photo books ordered online. I received a text that they were ready. I went in and they were not finished. As they had to wait to put the book together, the sales person said a picture was cropped out and he could “try” to fix it, but since I did it online, it happens frequently. I told him to forget it and walked out. 1. Don’t text people to tell them their pictures are ready to be picked up. 2. Hire some people with common sense.

I love that they have a drive-thru pharmacy. Its super helpful when you have kids. Also, I love that they have Apple Pay. So, if I forget my wallet I can just pay from my phone! The store is clean and employees are helpful! Location is great! Easy to get in and out of quickly.

Great service and atmosphere, prices could be better

I sit here at 6am listening to my daughter suffer because for the 3rd time i went to them for anitibiotocs and was told they are out of stock, try back tomorrow. I am sorry but when you have a sick child this is unacceptable. Shame on you guys. You cause children to suffer for your negligence. How hard is it to order antibiotics to restock before you run out!? I am so mad!

I really only use the pharmacy...and I love that they have the drive-through option for their pharmacy!

Every time I go to Walgreens in Clifton I am treated very kindly. I have always been helped I a timely manner.

I love this pharmacy, they refill early so you never run out of meds even if they have to send a request to my MD. Then on top of that they are always incredibly polite and there is a drive through.

I like going here. Nice people, short lines, and they usually have the stuff that i came for.

Good location with a good parking lot.

The photo lab has the worse customer service. I spent 20 mins to trying to get photos and apparently their system was down but they didnt bother to say anything or even put up a sign that says that there lab is done.

New pharmacist is rude changing back to walmart

Does not have chase ATM. Some cardtronics BS they got up there.

Western Union doesnt work a double the staff will let you sit there and try for half an hour before mentioning it rarely works.
