I ordered online and came early to pick up my things I was greeted nicely. Young lady who was working there was already picking out my stuff and was very nice manager who was there was very nice. Loved my experience here. Will recommend.

Customer service is non existent... attempted to shop at the route 46 store in clifton.I was completely ignored even though the item I was shopping for was positioned at the register with two(2) sales persons at the registers.. one was absorbed with using the tablet worrying whether or not she signed in to work.. the other simply ignored my presence... maybe the company should go to self check out or vending machines... at least they are responsive.

Terrible! Store just closes ahead of time w sign that says BE BACK IN 15 minSo far been here 20! If it weren’t bc i really need a product i wouldnt waste time.My 2nd time- Here and first time cust service was non existent. Does owner know what is going on? I wonder

I went to the sally’s Clifton, NJ location today. I got there at 3:15 there was a sign in the window that said “we’ll be back at 3:40”. I was very disappointed and wasn’t aware that business such as sally’s Did such a thing. Also, every time I go to the clifton location for products they never have what I want. When I want to buy a whole line of hair products and there’s only 2/3 out of 4/5 of the lime available it’s annoying. And then to be told to go to another sally’s location is upsetting. I will not be visiting that location again and probably won’t continue to be a customer of sally’s.

I love this store. Always friendly staff and they have great stuff. Highly recommend.

Amanda is the best !!!!!! Only trust her she is like a dictionary she knows every products ins and outs with many helpful personal testimonies! Love coming here because of her she is a great Asset to the company and Sallys should be so gratefutl tohave her ! She helped me out instantly today very friendly and added products I needed for a successful color change ! Best shopping experience ever! If you go ask for Amanda !!!!!

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, telling me about current promotions going on.

Great store but expenseve, it gets a bit confusing with their prices but if you purchase a bonus card for the year for $5 dollars you receive their lower prices its worth if you shop allot.
