I chose CubeSmart because they had climate controlled units with easy access to upstairs units via elevator. I found a 50% off promotion and called a nearby location for more information. Brie at the Johnston Pkwy. location in Cleveland, Ohio patiently answered all my questions. Her knowledgeable and polite assistance convinced me-- I was sold! Before I finally made my first visit to store my items, I had to change my move in date and get clarification about a few more things. Each time I contacted the CubeSmart agent, Brie, she was courteous, informative, and helpful. I like the security of using an access code to open the gate, and the unified lock system used that provides added security. Overall, Id recommend checking into CubeSmart before making a final decision about where to store your excess personal items!

So far so good! This used to be Cubesmart. One day, my husband was in route to an appointment and told me that I might want to look into our storage that is now under a different name. Before I could physically check anything out, I had received an email and snail mail about the changeover. My monthly cost actually turned out to be lower than previously...and when I went to sign the new contract, Michael was very helpful and accommodating. 👍🏾

Nice clean units & good service

The female associate was very rude from the start. As soon as i walked in and explained that I was there 2 check in. She very rudely stated were only doing contactless check ins. Which is not what this website States. It states that if you want to do a contactless check-in you can. I did explain to her that I intended to do that however the website wanted to charge me for a lock that I already owned and did not want to repurchase. That is why I came in. She then became very annoyed with me and ask me my information. I gave her the information and ask her opinion on which size unit I should actually get. She was very frustrated with the fact that I sought her advice on this. When I tried to describe to her what I would be storing instead of listening to everything she cut me off and told me to get the 10 x 10. So I explained to her that I wanted to tell my husband who was waiting outside. My husband walk to the door and I explained to him that they were only allowing One customer into the store. So I explained the situation to him and as I was explaining to him the manager of the store walked up behind me. He heard what I was telling my husband. The manager then proceeded to speak with my husband and then walked him around to show him the unit so that my husband could determine whether or not it was the correct size. When the female associate saw that the manager took over the situation with my husband she then changed her whole attitude and began to speak to me in a professional manner. I went ahead and completed the transaction with her but I started to just tell her I dont want to deal with you. I would rather deal with the manager. But I dont want to get anyone in trouble during this time especially when jobs are scarce. I started to give a one-star review because of the associate. However I upped it to a three star simply because the manager was very professional and helpful.

First time renting a storage unit I was a little nervous. Jim and Bri made sure all my questions were answered and made me feel tons of relief. The pricing was decent but the amenities and upkeep of the property make the price worth it. The staff really made me feel welcomed and ensured my items would be safe. Thanks again guys!

James the Manager at my location was awesome. The service was fast and top notch as he went over everything with me and took me on a tour. I would recommend this location to all my family and friends.

The humidity level was a little high. Flies in the storage area. So mold on belongings.

Ive had my storage unit for 2 years now. The place is clean and the on property staff is nice but I have never been late nor have I missed a payment and out of nowhere they raised my storage fee. When I asked about it I was told that they started a yearly price increase, which was not mentioned in my contract when I first received my storage unit. The storage unit that I have is small and should not cost that much to be raising the prices.

What a joke this place is. They lock you out of your account after 30days and the hours are 9:30am- 6pm. The weekend hours a funky as well. To say the least real people have jobs that dont fit into your schedule. Not making the online service to pay after 30days is a recipe for your account to be subject to lien fee $110 plus any fees tacked on and placing your account up for auction. Stay away this money grabbing place. Keep in mind they are housing stuff thats already paid for and now you paying triple to get it from being sold.

Clean facility, friendly staff and reasonable prices. This is my third time renting with Cube Smart and I am pleased. Thank you Bri and Taylor I was a little worried about renting in such a secluded area.

Bri did a great job drilling a lock for me BUT I highly advise everyone not to loose their key! Wow was that a lot of work! The area was so clean and temperature cool. I am new to Ohio and stopped at this location for directions because I was lost. I was not even looking for storage but Bri the manager assisted me anyway. After printing out directions for me she still offered me a storage space since she saw I had a trailer attached to my SUV. I will be recommending CubeSmart to my friends, thanks Bri! (FYI I MADE IT TO MY INTERVIEW AND GOT THE JOB)

I started as a Trojan customer and was a little upset when Cube Smart took over. I had a lot of questions and needed help transitioning to the new company rules. Bri was there for me whether it was answering questions making me a delicious cup of coffee or staying after hours to pull a key out of my old lock. Taylor and Bri do a great job taking care of the landscape and customers. There was always trash blowing in the parking lot and Trojan staff did not care. Feels good to have staff on the premises that care.

After meeting with several storage facilities in the greater Cleveland and surrounding areas, I have to say that the customer service that I received from Foy and Demarco at the Johnston location has been at the very least... the best experience Ive had thus far! During one of the HARDEST times in my life, these guys were not only empathetic, but also very eager to be helpful with meeting my needs. Its citizens (in the business market) like them who make a HUGE difference, when you have to trust your accumulations that youve acquired and worked for, your whole life; trusting it in their hands. They rank as superior to others with cleanliness, customer service, and availability, to others in their industry! God Bless their parents for giving us people like them! I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to others!

I stopped in a week or so ago and purchased boxes and mattress covers. Bri was very helpful and knew all the details about the merchandise. There was a second young lady in the office who looked homeless...hair all over her head and did not acknowledge me. The unkept looking young lady never attempted to assist me while Bri helped other customers.

Stopped in for pricing had the pleasure of meeting Jim and Bri! I wasn’t having the best day since I am going through a divorce. Jim and Bri turned my frown upside down and they didn’t have to do that. Some things you can’t teach and the staff there deserves a standing ovation for service. Manager was great, we were coming out of town and he stayed later to ensure that he met with us.

I reserved a 10x30 space with Outside / Drive-up access tryng to put my stuff and my car, but when I arrived with the truck full, the space was a Dock style, It was no useful for us.

Just came to this location with my car packed ready to purchase a rental. Unfortunately, the manager, Bri Hannah, immediately gets an attitude with me after I simply ask what’s their availability for rentals today and the prices. Extremely unprofessional and immature. Disappointing b/c they are right down the street from me but I refuse to give money to business that treats customers the way I was just treated.

Ease of access, security, customer service and competitive fees make this an excellent choice.

Nice facilities but I have to give a 2 star review because of the hassle the manager caused me. DeMarco reserved for me a unit to move into the next day that was already in use. He said the guy was supposed to move out but never did. Another staff member said there were other units empty and available and didn’t know why he would give me a unit that was still in use. I’m not really sure either. I was coming from pretty far and had to make an extra trip and didn’t receive any kind of discount or compensation for this. He simply brushed the blame on someone else. In the future, I probably won’t use Cubesmart.

I stopped in to get a feel for the facility since I will be needing storage soon. I don’t partake in reviews often but Bri made me feel so welcomed and was very helpful. Im thankful for the service and kind words i received from Bri. I was having a horrible day and her personality alone brightened my day. When i arrived Bri was picking up trash in thhe parking lot, soon as i pulled in she immediately assisted me. I was later shocked when she gave me her biz card and shes the store manager. I never saw a manager care about the look of the property the way she did. I had my young rowdy son with me Bri gave hjm water and a coloring book while we discussed my needs. Thanks again Bri 😍😍😍!
