I definitely love shopping at giant eagle. I love their prices. I love their selection. Using coupons is a bonus. I love to save money whenever possible. Money is hard to make anymore. So saving it when possible is necessary when trying to support 5 people. The workers are nice. I love having the self service. Not sure why, but i love ringing and bagging my own stuff. The more, The better lol.

The products a Giant Eagle are always amazingly fresh. I have found lately that they have a lot of specials, sales and savings. The pre-made prepared foods are always very good. Clean store, and Serene atmosphere.

I forgot how good it is to shop at giant eagle. They got the best foods there. Ive been going to save a lot for a while just because its closer. Nothing wrong with save a lot, but giant eagle has a better selection. I definitely missed going to giant eagle. I will be going here a lot often.

Always great and fast service. Very friendly worker who take care of business. Always fresh produce and beautiful female customers so its always eye candy when you are shopping. Lol. Overall, a excellent store to shop at.

They have ribs on the grill to order outside. Seafood salads awesome, was able to find what I use to stuff shrimp there. Great service

The store itself was very pleasant but due to a bad knee I decided to use one of the electric carts to get around in. But to my great dissatisfaction it was one with a smart sensor and it would cut off every time I came near a display or aisle. I have no idea why they have those things. Its very annoying not to mention harder to get around the store. I would have thought they would have tried them out before deciding to use them. So needless to say Ill never use one again if it says smart sensor. Personally Id prefer a slightly stupid sensor.

Giant Eagle is right around the corner from where I live. I go there when I want superior quality. Recently, when planning for a dinner party with my in-laws, I ordered a giant sandwich ring. The rain cost $50. What I got though, should have cost about $20. I was very disappointed and embarrassed to serve this to my family. I got two huge rings of bread, the bottom and top, between which was a scant amount of meat and cheese. And a hint of lettuce. It was very disappointing. I will never go there for this again!!! I could’ve made it better myself easily. I certainly will next time.I am just so angry about this!

I only visit this location when I am visiting my mother but Id love the way the store puts everything together. I dont feel like Im in a grocery store, definitely feels more upscale then most grocery stores

This store is HUGE. Sometimes I dont feel like dealing with the walking it takes to shop here. The front desk staff are INCREDIBLE. The employees are great. The pharmacy staff are stellar.

My local market. Not as large as some, but gets the job done (for the most part). Recently got a spoiled cantelope and a bagged Caesar Salad that was bad.

If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely worst store encounter Ive had in a long time. The blonde woman behind the deli counter took twenty minutes to slice baby swiss and I asked for cheddar and she gave me yellow American, she was TWEAKING bro like you could tell. Then another employee rushed me to move while I was looking for an item. Idk just go to biddulf or snow road never come here

This location is very decent and clean. If you’re not a regular at this location everything would confuse you because of how it’s set up. They have hot foods prepared if you’re on the go. They have a liquor store inside along with a great wine collection. This location isn’t close to my home so I don’t come to location a lot, but when I do it is always clean and the staff are friendly. I just wish they have more chicken wings when I come, this was the second time I’ve came and they were out of whole wings and wing dings! I would recommend this Giant Eagle!

Online hours say the closing time is 11pm. I arrived at 10:40 to the security guard rudely saying “store is closed” repeatedly as I walked from my car. I politely said “the website says 11pm” and he continued to only say “store is closed”. Treat people with more respect than that and fix your hours online.

It was all change around but I use self checkout and it was much easier

I absolutely recommend that you visit this place! They really care about the customers safety. They have safety dividers and they also disenfect surfaces between customers. Staff is amazingly nice and not rude, and willing to help. Definitely Recommend! 👍🏾

Sabrina from bakery if youre reading this this one is for you! It was my birthday 02/13/2021, I ran in with my best friend to get a last minute birthday cake but bakery was closed. She was putting things away but stopped and kindly offered to grab me which ever cake I wanted. She made my day even better! Thank you its nice to see kindness still exists.

The staff are still professional and courteous although they are working hard to keep the business going, so we as consumers can get the essential things to survive during these unprecedented times.

Listen I just drove 18 minutes to this location.... it’s 10:47 and the employees are telling many many people they closed at 10. Now I wasted my time getting here instead of going to a store with staff willing to do their job and follow their store hours. Either hire employees willing to work or simply Update the hours, it isn’t that hard.

This is my FAVORITE store to shop atProduce is always fresh the vegetables are always fresh pretty much everything is fresh and the prices are reasonable plus cheap for large packages of meats,boxed goods,household products anything you want or need they have it

The pharmacies and the cashiers all very nice and are very respectful, courteous and kind. I have actually bonded with some of them. I would recommend Giant Eagles. MY meds is filled on time and I have questions theyre answered

Staff is always rude. Store hours are until 10pm, but listed here its 11pm. It used to say 10, so I thought they had expanded. Turns out they didnt and the guy at the door is quite rude. I would rather drive to the Steelyard Walmart even though its about 5x the distance drive time wise.

I have frequented this location for years but decided today would be a good day to leave a review. Of course their selection is great, but its the crew that Id like to mention. Today the deli seemed to have a few demanding customers before me and despite trying to close down their station, I was still greeted warmly. I decided to say Hi to one of the stockers and was met with a friendly Hello! But I really must make mention of the cashier who rang me out. I believe her name was Alicia. Not only was this girl was one of the fastest cashiers Ive seen, she was also very friendly! Upon unpacking at home, I found her bagging was very economical and also extremely intuitive. Management, keep your eye on this one. She is on another level! An excellent trip to the supermarket, I must say!

I have been shopping this location for a few years, aside from stupid panic buying, they always have what I need, and the employees are nice, and helpful. I personally never had a problem at this location.

This store is huge and very convenient. They have a crunchy California sushi roll that is to die for. The employees j came into contact with were knowledgeable and quick to assist. J love th I s store and it has become one of my favorites to browse.

Its always a great shopping experience at that Giant Eagle is just dont shop there during the holidays like Christmas has been a lot of theft good breaking the cars but otherwise everything there is always fresh good prices for the most part I highly recommended.

Honestly, it’s always trash but you wouldn’t go to giant eagle if you didn’t have to. update your listing though, truly tried to walk in at 10:30 just needed to grab cat food, they told me they were closed, but their website says 11, like I get that it sucks to stay till close but come onnnnn

This Giant Eagle is in a good location and has a Get-Go gas station in front. The only problems I ever had here has to deal with other customers. The restrooms are usually dirty and some customers have no home training (cussing out other customers, trying to run them over in the parking lot, etc). Maybe they need even more security at night time.

Quick stop on the way to Cedar Point

We couldnt find an eye of round roast that we wanted. The ones there were a little too small. The female butcher department staff offered to get one cut for us. The male butcher behind the counter didnt look very happy about this but did it. Otherwise would have gotten 5 stars. All shelves stocked and produce appeared fresh and attractive.

Didnt realize how clean and well run this store is. The great selection is hard to compete with. Will definitely continue shopping here.
