I ordered a Hot Fudge Sunday I received the ice cream with barley a drizzle of fudge and it was far from being HOT!! Worst Sunday I have ever had and they have the nerve to charge $4.80 for it!! I tried to get a second Sunday.....they offer the hot fudge and strawberry.....they were out of strawberry topping.....UNBELIEVABLE!!! You only offer two toppings and cant manage to keep both of them in stock!!! This will be my last trip to Baskin Robbins!

They’re awful. This is the closest baskins Robbins to me so I use to always waste my time going here to grab a mocha blast but Everytime I would go they either ran out of the mix for it or the blender they use wasn’t working. It’s like McDonald’s and the ice cream machine not working but worse because in a place that specializes in mixed drinks, how can their blender never work? And it’s not like it happened for days in a row, I’d go every few weeks and it’s always either the blenders not working or they don’t have any mix. I stopped wasting my time going there and just made the longer trip to the one in middleberg heights. Which even tho it’s 10 mins out of my way, is still way quicker than this one, no matter how long their line is and they’re at least $2 cheaper on everything. They’re always way more busy than the one on Lorain, yet they never run out of mix or have broken blenders. Don’t waste your time here.

This store is the worst store they want to charge you an extra fee to mix 2 different ice creams on a shake. They have an attitude video rude comments on the voice intercom while youre making your order. They tell you that you cant mix 2 different flavours of ice cream which I never heard that before. Also the shake when I got it was watery didnt put enough ice cream it was like just a milk drink dont even know what their doing there

I used drive thru and the staff was rude. I told him have nice night but he just turn his back and go away.

I ordered, thur doordash, pre packed and they sent me hand packed,in one of the containers was a bunch of small plastic strings or hairs. they advertise cookies that they dont have. i dont know what they put in my ice cream

Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes asked for extra hot fudge because they are pretty cheap with it anyway and they still barely put any on there.

Very fresh ice cream, great 2nd shift crew, no wait and very neat dining area just wish it had a larger dining area because seating is limited and some customers sit in there all day which takes away from potential customers

There was a girl with glasses working there who was super duper sweet, I forgot to get her name though

Warning...they close the inside an hour EARLIER than what the website says. Id give negative points if I could. They also locked the doors earlier than the posted time. On a summer evening when people want ice cream. Senseless.

Nice place to have a coffee with friends and family at. The donuts are a little dry at times though. Friendly staff.

This is me and my moms go to place to hang out, play cards and get an ice cream or espresso. It has a nice patio that many people enjoy in the summer months.

I had called ahead of time to find out if there was a pint of ice cream that I specifically wanted from the freezer and they had told me that there was and three minutes later I get there they sell me a quart for $7 when it usually is 5.99. Its way smaller then what I usually get and more expensive. It makes no sense.

No chocolate chip, we have to drive down to brookpark road for it. they refuse to carry it. Id skip this place all together. weve been requesting it for years now.

I ordered a brownie sundae. I ate 2 bites and then found a long black hair in it. I threw it away and called them. Its been months and Im still waiting for a phone call back and for a refund.

The management at this location is not good but the employees are great.

Coffee was weak. Complained and they threw out and remade. Poured off half and filled with dark roast. Staff very accommodating.

Love their Energy Freeze. Hate they may be discontinuing the Monster one.
