Professional and kind staff. Our technician was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. It seemed busy but they were on top of managing the influx of customers. I appreciated the variety of frames starting at around $10. We were able to find something fairly stylish for no out of pocket cost with insurance.

Wonderful and pleasant experience. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful finding glasses for my family and I. Love the new look of the vision center and remodeling. Lots of open ended questions made the experience both easy to find glasses and very pleasant. Would recommend this vision center over many others in the area!

The eye doctor and Tabitha Jones made me feel very comfortable. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will always come back to this location for my eye care needs.

This place is a joke..poor customer service..poor eye examination...dont waist your time...sitting here waiting to be seen.....just a waste of time and you have to get an examinations done every 6 months to a year for new glasses and contacts....they are a waste of money and time...you will have better luck somewhere else

I have been to many eye doctor and vision centers over the years but the experience that was provided by matilda and her staff was unforgettable, everyone was super nice and made its really easy to find the perfect glasses that fit me 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for glasses or contacts

Mr LJ & the staff are awesome people. Very helpful and easy going, they walked my daughter through her first pair of glasses so they fit her correctly & were comfortable. We will definitely come back to this center for our optical services.

I love the doctor here and the employees! Ive been going here for years. I tired going somewhere else and I regret it! I am sticking with these guys!

My appointment was Tuesday at 2. Doctor didn’t see me for a pre-test till 2:25. Had me sit back out in the waiting room and waited another 30 mins before I decided I didn’t have time to sit there all day waiting to be seen when I should of been token care of. I politely let them know that I would like to reschedule for another day. So here I am, it’s friday, it’s now 6:10 iv been here since 5:15 my appointment was at 5:30 and I still have yet to be seen... I’m upset , if they couldn’t take me at 5:30 when my appointment was scheduled why make me come in at 5:30 ? Why not 6 ? Or 6:30 ? Unprofessional, unorganized, unfair. I am not happy. Don’t play with people’s time. I didn’t play with yours, that’s why I came in 15 mins before my scheduled appointment. I will be going to a different location after my appointment here. I hope the other locations scheduled appointments are more organized.P.S.... STILL WAITING TO BE SEEN ......

Dr Kosow is great, the workers are walmart employees, not much you can do about that. But Dr Kosow is so great with the kids and family, he is worth the trip. I have been coming to him for years now my wife and child see him as well. We couldnt be happier with his care.
