It’s a Starbucks knockoff. It imitates Starbucks so much that they even have missing items they normally serve. That took some points off.I couldn’t tell how clean the place is due having gone through drive through. The iced macchiato was good, the scone too- nice and warm, but soft. The cream cheese bagel with everything on it was a bit salty. But the meal woke me up a little, so that’s another positive for them.I’ll go again to make sure they’re a little better than Starbucks by having in store what they claim on the menu.

Nice calm coffeehouse atmosphere. I had a mocha, blueberry muffin, and a panini sandwich. Everything was delicious and fresh. Absolutely worth a visit for coffee and a bite anytime.

Not too crowded. Free WiFi. Plenty of outlet accessibility with booths. They play Christian music. And the coffee is super delicious. Greta place to have meetings. My new fav spot.

Best Coffe House in Town. Every time Ive been the customer service has been perfect. The house brews are perfect. An the food is just as lovely. A must try for anyone new to the area or hasnt tried it.

For a large white caramel mocha latte with coconut milk and whip cream $5.41 you dont get quite as much as you should for the price. And then they chip you on the coffee cause a quarter of it is filled with whip cream...

This place has wonderful atmosphere, a solid menu, and a friendly staff. I love the lighting and ambience. There’s also Christian music playing which is nice. They also have food. It’s an excellent coffee shop.

The coffee is absolutely amazing! Ive went several times in the last couple weeks since moving closer to the area. Definitely tops Starbucks! Only complaint is being asked to leave a tip going through the drive through. Would really prefer a tip jar or even a note on the window that prompts you to say you would like to tip on your card. Its just an awkward encounter and puts you on the spot.

I’ve never had an issue here, love lasaters, but all I experienced this morning was pure incompetence. Waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru. There were only 2 vehicles in front of me when I arrived. So, yes, it took 45+ minutes to get three cars through. I wouldn’t have cared to drive off and go about my business but there is no way to pull out of the drive thru. Workers did not consider asking people to pull into the parking lot until their order is ready. Normally, they ask people to pull forward. I started to talk to the worker to present this idea to him and he interrupted me stating, “sorry, we’re behind” and shut the window without offering compensation or allowing my idea to be stated. My hot coffee order was cold by the time it was in my hands.Perhaps management will see this comment. If something of this nature happened again I would never consider going back. Not that one customer matters, but everyone that was behind me and in front of me is assuredly just as frustrated at the incompetence of the employees.

I want to correct my previous review. Lasaters coffee shop is truly amazing. The owner is a great person who cares for others needs! This is my first stop before I do anything else on a daily basis. On my previous review I was acting like a spoiled brat so I want to Own it ! Lasaters Is great!!!

Pleasantly surprised when I found out they offer sugar free flavor syrups. Starbucks does not have that option. I got an iced mocha using the sugar free mocha syrup and skim milk. It was delish!

I love this coffee shop!! They are quick and always friendly. No big lines like other coffee shops. And the coffee taste amazing. If you havent tried it yet, go now and give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

I love this place truly. I stop by pretty much every morning on my way to work. Coffee is always great and I have no complaints in that department. However, the last couple times that I have gone through the drive thru, I have sat in line for close to 25 minutes. I know that the downtown location has now opened up and the older employees are now over there. But this is a little ridiculous with the wait times. Starbucks is no where as long as this and they are just as busy if not more busy. I like Lasaters because of the small business that they are. Maybe if the new baristas had more time to train it would not be this bad.

Good selection. Service was friendly coffee was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was while at the drive-through window I gave the server my card to scan and pay for my coffee and after she did, she asked if I wanted to put a tip on. I found this a little abrasive. I get it, and I know that Starbucks does it too, but they do it through their app ... it’s not the girl who’s handing me my coffee asking for it. I’m not sure how you get around this, I just don’t like the practice.

Yes, it does take a while for them to prepare your drinks, but it is worth the wait! I got the blended caramel latte and it is awesome. I think about going here more than Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts. Way better than both Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks COMBINED!

My husband and I love this place and go there often and normally the coffee as well as the atmosphere is very refreshing.

What kind of a coffee shop doesnt allow outside food or drink? If a place is welcoming, people will want to spend time there, if people spend time there then they will spend money there. And pressuring people to give a tip for a simple coffee is insane.

If you have not been here you really should try it out. Starbucks is a thing of the past, as far as Im concerned anyway.

I hadnt been here in a while and so I decided check them out again. I ordered an Irish cream latte extra hot. I loved how well they had their micro foam on top as it was rich, Fluffy, and just the right amount for a latte. The temperature was perfect - just below burning the milk but hotter than your normal. It was wonderful.

This place has a quality feel to both the environment and the food. A bit pricey if compared to competitors. College students were in there studying at the time and it was very quiet with soft music playing.

Great Coffee | Great FoodForget everything you love about Starbucks because you can get it here without all the politics. This really felt like a place that I could sit back and relax for hours without feeling like I needed to buy something or that I would be judged for not owning a Mac Book. The coffee was reasonably priced unless youre a $1 McDonalds kind of drinker and while there was a hipster tax of a $1 on the food, every bit was worth it. They even offered to make it to order but that customization is a little hard to explain over text. You just gotta try it for yourself.

I cant say enough good things about this place. They understand coffee. Great personable service, and offer something for everyone. You wont be disappointed!

Lasaters is always my first stop in the mornings on the way to work. Hot or cold beverages, they are delicious, the bagels are fresh ( as is everything else ), and I especially love getting the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. Most importantly, the staff here is always friendly, and the facility is always clean.

Good coffee, good atmosphere. They usually are playing Christian music over the speakers, but its not in your face if thats not your thing. Every table has an outlet, and theyre cool with you camping and studying or working or whatever.

Ive been here on multiple occasions. Today I went and got a toasted marshmallow coffee and I was very disappointed. It literally taste like straight water. And I paid $3.95 for a small, next time I will just go to Starbucks and pay the same price for better coffee..
