Yum! Saw the reviews online, and decided to stop in- so glad we did! Amazing donuts! Got the salted caramel and was beyond happy with how delicious it was! Wish I wouldve gotten more for later! It was perfect! We also got maple bacon, powdered sugar, and some kind of chocolate with sprinkles. All of us loved our donut treats! Anytime were back in the area, were definitely going to stop and get more. The employee who was working with so kind, and very helpful with suggestions since it was our first time in, and they had a lot of choices. We went pretty early when they first opened, so there was no wait at all. Great place- highly recommended!

Ive stopped in the late afternoon and the clerk seems to have an attitude when asking what flavors are available. I understand times are different now and I appreciate her showing up for work but there arent any signs on display. Customer service is still important these days.

Donuts...food equals memories. One of my favorite stories from growing up was when my father would let me go on his bread route with him. He was a driver salesman for a local bread company. And every time I would ride with him we would stop at @jackfrostdonuts in Parma. Consistently rated number one or number two in Cleveland, these are by far my favorite cake donuts. Be sure to check hours and follow them on social media because they do sell out frequently. Today I picked some up for one of my clients. Although one magically ended up in my belly also

Jack Frost Donuts has been a favorite of mine for over the past year. The quality was really good- they have a good selection of home products like their coffee mugs- have one and still is doing really good after having it for a year and a half- the also have hats, shirts and also have great donuts. The only food product that I have not tried is their coffee. Which I might the next time Im in. Well known to the Cleveland area and glad theyre here. They even beat out other doughnut and coffee shops depending on who you ask.

I have for years now told all who would listen that Jack Frost has the best donuts anywhere. I am well traveled and have enjoyed donuts coast to coast and in other countries and this still holds true. The best! But now, they have added cinnamon rolls that are as big as your head! The best somehow just got better!

I don’t understand the rating of this place because these donuts are so gross. even the glazed donut isn’t good, not sure how you can go wrong with glazed. they are super heavy and just bad flavor all around. biagio’s & krispy creme are so much better & cheaper as well.

Very pleased with our experience at Jack frost, this was our forst time. The employees were all very informative, and willing to help. They did not make us feel rushed, and made sure we were confident of our choices. The presentation was amazing, we were overwhelmed with the mouthwatering choices on display. They are soft, fresh, and all amazing that we have tried. Just give them a try, you will not be let down!

Jack Frost Donuts go without saying.... the most phenomenal donuts you will ever eat. There is not one single donut on their menu I do not enjoy. They are all so unique and very fresh each day.They have so many fun flavors and they are totally worth the price.My partner and I had Jack Frost cater the dessert at our wedding and they did not disappoint. They baked and packaged all of the donuts fresh the day of our wedding and had them all done on time. They were all beautiful and tasty as always!Definitely recommend for a nice breakfast treat or a unique addition to your next event!

A Cleveland Gem! My Grandma loved donuts from here, and so did my Dad. Every week we would get donuts. Now I continue the tradition with my own son. Ive never been disappointed.

This is very unique and lovable little donut shop. Id say they have over 50 varieties of donuts to choose from each day, and they switch things up periodically. The yeast donuts are very fluffy with a good amount of thickness; the cake donuts have a pretty good, moist texture. They have the basics, but they also have some over-the-top donuts with thick layers of icing and creative topping combinations. Id definitely say that Jack Frost is one of the better donut shops in the Cleveland area (having tried most). Ignore their posted hours; once they sell out for the day, they close, and that could be quite early on weekends!

Amazing donuts! We went there on a Saturday morning so it was rather busy, but they had everything we wanted and they fulfilled orders very quickly. Staff was very nice and helpful when I kept asking what was in the donuts I was interested in. Everything was delicious.

Bought a dozen donuts at 630am. I would assume that at 630am I would be getting freshly made donuts. I was wrong! These donuts were not soft or fresh and surely were not worth $16 a dozen! If they wouldve been made fresh then that mightve been different but I guess I wont know

I think the donuts were pretty good. My biggest complaint is I found it kind of hard to order. They had all sorts of donuts but nothing was labeled. You walk in and you have no idea what youre looking at. I was told there are no lists because the types of donuts change every day. I still think little signs for the baskets could go a long way. I had even looked at the menu online before.Another customer asked for a crueller and the lady at the counter asked what kind?, maybe instead of asking what kind tell him what kinds you have. People arent going to know there are four kinds...again signs.

Just too much of a hassle to even get the donuts!!! All I hear and read (mostly from the company itself) is that they sell out fast, so get up early and put in a pre-order over the phone. I live an hour away. I woke up at 7:30 and called ahead of time just like they said. I was put on hold for 20 minutes only to be hung up on. I guess Im done with this place before ever even eating a donut.

One of my favorite donut shops in the Cleveland area. Donuts are on the smaller side, but they are delicious. They offer a wide variety of flavors- raspberry cheesecake, smore, butterfinger, fruity pebbles, French toast, and more! 2 of my favorites are the maple bacon and the blueberry cheesecake. You can pre-order online too. Definitely recommend!

So I’m originally from Cleveland but was married Indianapolis. I knew I had to have Jack Frost as our dessert. My aunt picked them up on Thursday for a Friday wedding. Not only did they survive the trip but the were an absolute hit!! Everyone was going crazy for them. Our venue even posted them on social media. They were perfect!

The Best Donuts ever. Drive an hour from Akron to Cleveland every year for my wifes birthday. They need to open another location closer to Akron or in Akron...just saying..lol.

We were impressed by everything. The store was immaculate, the staff was friendly and most of all the donuts are exceptional. We had the good fortune to meet Fred who is the owner and he gave us a sample of some of the donut holes. We had a great conversation with Fred and he is an amazing guy who we wont soon forget. We ended up taking a dozen donuts home. They really are the best donuts weve ever tasted. If youre ever in the area you really should try some for yourself.

Line used to be out the door on the weekends. Now sometimes Im the only one there when I stop. Prices have gone up and up. Donuts keep getting smaller and smaller. Some donuts only on certain days (not weekends). Odd... Still a great donut though.

Wide selection late morning making it soo hard to choose!

I grew up on these donuts, however they are not the same. That happens a lot when businesses been in business for a long time. The original recipe gets ruined. Their donuts used to be the best. I went to buy some my kids to show them how good they were. Turns out they became overpriced hard donuts with no flavor. I was very disappointed. Im not going back unless they make them how they did years ago. Waste of money.

Placing orders and customer service horrible. Went to order a few dozen donuts for a baby shower in 2 weeks. My guest list is about 65 so I was hoping to order at least 6 dozen. Went to the store asked if I can place an order manager wasn’t there. Young lady wrote down an email to contact the manager. I did same day which was 4 days ago. It’s been 4 days no reply, no thanks for your inquiry, no phone call. I am in the food industry and I was surprise with the lack of customer service they have and the lack of knowledge the workers had when I went to the store. Simply wanted to place an order of whatever they had for 2 weeks. They quickly turned me away and wrote the email on a piece of paper to contact the manager. I’ll gladly take my business somewhere else and support a locally owned bakery. Overrated, Lack of customer service, would never order for parties there.

Still tasty tasty options! Bacon maple & chocolate coconut are the best (no icing). Many choices that are unique and different.Totally a donut sundae! (Without the ice cream of course.)

Visiting from out of town and tried these since they were closest to where I was staying. The store looks recently remodeled and very bright inside. We were served quickly and the donuts tasted fantastic. Definitely try the blueberry donut!

Operating hour is until 8pm, but they always run out of donut at 3pm and hung up a sign that says sold out. What kind of business have this terrible operating schedule? Cant make enough donut to last until 8pm? Then change operating hour to close at 4pm.
