Their phone screen replacement only takes 10 minutes and is the best rate in Cleveland. They wouldnt even accept my tip for such great service, but they will definitely be getting continued business from me and deserve yours as well.

The back of my phone and the cameras were busted. Rae offered the best rate for the fix, parts + labor. He said it would take an hour and it took about 35 minutes. I guess it was a difficult fix as he said he was never going to fix another OnePlus 7 pro but I left happy and can take pictures with my phone again. Thank you Rae. Ive been going here for years. Everytime i ever went in there, i was greeted amd welcomed politely. I personally have never had a bad experience there, nor have i had to deal with rudeness, disrespect, or anything in that general area from the owner or employees.Plus its right behind the liquor store😂 so once you pay your phone bill or bought a phone or something like this at this store you can go right next door and enjoy the rest of your day with some kind of alcoholic beverages as well lol 😂😁

Excellent job on my iPhone repair, quick and only $50 same day fix. I rate one star because there was a man behind the counter playing around with a real unloaded AR15. I do not appreciate that individual displaying a rifle right in front of customers in the store that is for cell phone repairs.. To be handling and playing with a rifle like it’s a toy is unacceptable. Clearly do not care about other people’s safety whether it was loaded or not.. Will not ever return until said man is removed from the premises.... absolutely absurd..... considering I have a loved one with me at the time.. to be showing off the rifle and being careless playing with it. I do not think this individual should own a rifle let alone a firearm at all.

I came back like a week after the first time, and they offered me a lower price then before. Doesnt make any sense.

I was offered two options for a screen repair on a Galaxy S9, one an used screen for $90 with a little ware, or a new one for $185. A chain cell repair store in Strongsville quoted me $270.00 . So big savings, the phone is working good as new. The repair was done same day. Very impressed and pleased.I cant speak to the plans and new phones. But I bet they do a good and affordable job with that.This isnt your Westlake corporate Verizon store, they also buy Gold, sell T Shirts 3 for 10, and have a wide variety water pipes for tobacco use... but they do a legit job. They have my business forever for electronics repair... and if I ever have a midlife crisis and wanna relive my college days, I may go for one of the Bongs.

This is the first 1-star review Ive ever had to write. Hopefully this review can prevent somebody from wasting their hard-earned money at Page 1 Wireless.Needed a new phone for Cricket, owner shows me a few Verizon Phones. I ask about AT&T phones, as I am of the understanding that CDMA phones (Verizon, Sprint) dont work on a GSM network (AT&T, TMobile, Cricket). Contrary to everything Ive read, he assures me that Verizon will work. Hes in the business, so I take his word, and buy the phone for about 80% of eBays price (good deal).Phone call quality was unusable, no way to access voicemail, battery lasted 6 hours MAX, Sim Card is not recognized by Verizon notification every 10 minutes. I quickly realize that I had spent $150 on a phone that I couldnt use.Went back a week later, spoke to the other owner, got slightly heated with him, then came to an agreement of original phone + $60 for a better AT&T phone. This phone works great.Im a tech-savy male and Im not afraid to get confrontational when its necessary (it was). If it wasnt for these two traits, Id currently be stuck with a $150 paper weight.

I looked up places on Google and called around multiple stores. Page 1 Wireless was not only the fastest in repair time but also the most cost-effective repair shop. They offer new cellphones, refurbished phones, headphones, cases, chargers, external batteries, and many other wireless gadgets. They sell movies and music CDs as well. The prices are decent and very attractive at times. The staff are beyond experienced and knowledgeable. Upon diagnosis, they know exactly what part needs repair and who long does it take. Other shops guesstimate the issues and charge you arm and legs for things you don’t need repaired. Unlike Apple store or other wireless shops where repairs are done in back rooms, repairs at Page 1 are completed before your eyes, live and unhidden. They are truly professional and fast in quality service. Apple Crocker park staff should come to Page 1 and learn a thing or two about customer service and repairs. The owner and his brother are friendly and very nice people to chat with. I highly recommend shopping at Page 1 Wireless for your wireless needs and repairs.

They broke my Touch ID and said they can’t do anything about it!! I use Touch ID for all my passwords and now have to type in my Apple ID and banking passwords every time I log in, apple wont fix it either because I went to a third party repair shop! The screen already stopped working and I had to buy a new phone! I would stay far away from this place!

Brought my iPhone 7 with a cracked screen about a half hour before they closed. I was told they do not do repairs towards the end of the day just because of time but they sill decided to help me out. Very professional and friendly. Only thing is i wish they had pricing or a sign up with base pricing for repairs available BUT regardless price was cheapest I’ve had to pay or seen for an iPhone repair in the area. He stayed after close to finish my phone and even threw in a tempered glass screen protector. I hope i do not break my iPhone again but if i do i will return to this location because of the great customer service and cheap prices! Telling all my friends and family about Page 1!!!

Excellent customer service! I bought a Samsung Note 4 from them and ran into an issue with the camera neither me, nor the owner seen before the purchase. I came back the next day worried I would be stuck with a broken phone, but to my surprise he offered to fix the camera free of charge. He told me to come back in an hour. I came back and he appoligized because he was unable to fix it due to not having the correct replacement parts, so instead he exchanged it for the same exact Note 4. Very happy with the service I received here and would recommend it to everyone.
