I called first to see if they repaired the type of phone I have. He verified his location and I was able to find the business quickly because of his excellent directions The Gentleman was kind and immediately said yes. Upon arrival I was greeted with professionalism and a can do spirit. He didnt make fun of me still having a Blackberry and he quickly fixed my issue. His price was more than reasonable and my issue was resolved. I would recommend him to anyone. I had no time to waste today and Marwan M. Mustafa was attentive, quick and professional.

I made a few phone calls before finally calling this place, I decided to come here because the information they gave me sounded more like they knew my problem before they actually seen my phone. They resolved my issues quickly and didnt cost me as much as i thought it would be.

Be careful with these guys, I brought my phone in to have the battery replaced, and install new glass, they did a great job installing the glass and the screen protector, at $75 I thought I was getting a good deal on a new battery as well, but then found out they replaced it with a used battery. I don’t live in Cleveland so I won’t be going back. Microphone in the earpiece also doesnt work because they probably used one for a 5S instead of an SE. Unfortunately it seems the world of cell phone repair is taking on the worst habits of car repair.

Unfortunately, I wasnt able to get my Galaxy Note 4 fixed and Marwan made me aware that it might not of been a software or faulty battery issue, but a hardware issue, assuming there was water damage they may have damage the motherboard or processing chip. However, I was satisfied with the purchase of a new phone (OnePlus 3), even though I had no intention of getting a new phone but was more likely of buying one if the Galaxy Note 4 wasnt fixed. Other than my experience, I would still go here and he is reasonable on pricing. He also well known for repairing iPhone screens in less than 2-3 minutes and knows whats hes doing.

I dropped my iphone so ofcourse the screen cracked but the phone broke completely open exposing battery and all the inner parts. CellDR fixed my screen replaced my battery and missing screws to secure my phone. Great service great price way better than what icracked and puls was qouting to fix it Id highly recommended
