Tim is hands down THEE best! I have been doing my own stereo installs for a long time but he is a next-level pro who always helps me and steers me in the right direction with different applications and equipment... other shops are ok but I feel good spending my money with Tim, highly recommended!!!

I want to Thank the staff at safe auto systems. I went in there to have my remote start looked at which was installed by another company because it wouldn’t work. Tim was cool, he figured out it was a fob issue, reprogrammed it and didn’t charge me. I ended up getting new sound system, Sony double din with Car play and front/ rear speakers. They did a great job and the truck sounds and looks great. Going back to get back up camera and under lighting. Love that they could stay in my budget and didn’t try to used car sales me like the other shop I stopped at prior. highly recommend His company. Wish there were more honest guys like them.

Very unorthodox place of business but they get the job done. Definitely need more staff and better organizations. Tim is really good dude and wont try to over sale u. I would come back if they were better organized and had more staffing.

I just picked up my second vehicle In which I had Safe Auto Systems (SAS)of Parma install a front and rear dash cam. I took my new car there because I was so pleased with how well they installed the dash cam in my previous car. I was delighted with the results again! I love having dash cams for security but hate the dangling cables. SAS does the job so well you would think it was a factory installation. Everything is perfectly aligned. I left my car the night before and picked it up the next day. The price, in my opinion, is very reasonable for doing such great work. Tim Beck and his team are masters at doing these installations. They also install a wide variety of other components into cars and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them if I wanted something else installed. I wholeheartedly recommend Safe Auto Systems of Parma!

The only audio store I trust. I just recently purchased a sound digital 600.1 2 ohm from Tim. This state of the art nano amplifier is amazing. I want to pick up a 1 ohm version of the 1000.1 next.

Absolutely awful experience.First off when I walked into the business there was a boy vacuuming and continued to vacuum the entire office while I stood there before greeting me. I set an appointment for the following Thursday at 9 am. The owner Tim was really nice. I call on Tuesday to confirm the appointment and they had no idea who I was. I came into the office at 10 am on the Thursday (late I’ll admit it) but the tint guy had no idea who I was or that I had an appointment. He even said he probably wouldn’t have been able to take me if I came on time. So we rescheduled for today Saturday April 10th. THIS PLACE IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. WHY WOULD YOU SCHEDULE ME FOR 9 AM ON A DAY YOURE CLOSED. Also I inquired about Speakers both times I came up here and got no clear answer on if I can schedule. It feels like they are doing this on purpose. This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. The owner was pleasant to talk to but everyone else here had no idea what was going on at any time. Waste of my time

Looks like you only get helped if you know them or you look a certain way.

If I could give them a -100 I would have. A job that should have been done in 30 minutes took 7 hours and they still didnt do it. BAD BUSINESS I recommend a dog to be to this place you

Still waiting to hear back about possible audio replacement for this Axelrod vehicle I purchased. Not even two months into it and the 1300 dollar car audio stops, wow. I stop in here and Robert does a full on inspection of everything that could possibly be wrong. Total professional.

They helped when, everybody refused, with small thing called resistor. Guy spent time on me checking and finding the one I really needed. I am out of state so this small part was extremely critical for me, to drive back to WA. I highly recommend this guys! Excellent customer approach!

I was recommended the shop from the local mechanic. As he said, they have a good price do good work and are often busy, so expect that. I was confident that he was honest and did not cut any corners. Very refreshing to find someone who is honest and who other people endorse.
