Quality establishment. I have been only taking my car here for close to 8 years. They really try to get you in and out, and at the lowest price they can accomplish things Tony is a PHD level mechanic.Chris up front is awesome at explaining everything going on with your car and lets you know your options if you cant afford to do everything on the spot. They will recommend the most critical or necessary things first and have been great at giving me good estimations of how long I can ride something out until I can afford it. I have referred them to all of my friends and neighbors. Check em out!

Very unprofessional place took my fleet van and nothing got done just a tire rotation on tire that have no meat lazy all the way around head light out did not get fixed and license plate light also out not even that got replaced and the supposedly did an inspesion yeah OK now one of my tires are indicating light coming on that one of the tires are loosing air smh rediculous.

Went to them because they were convenient in my area, never again! I specifically informed them to give me a diagnostic test on the vehicle cause it seem to be running hot. Requesting 2 rear tires (only) and a oil change. They said the vehicle is running normal, gave me 4 tires and no oil change happened according to my receipt. Now I got to go to Take 5 for a oil change, spending more money. I will NOT recommend anyone for business.

Will not be back here again. I wanted to use a certain brand of oil and they tell me we dont use that kind. They carry penzoil. I only use a specific brand of oil in my car for a reason.

I would give them six stars if available. I came out of work to find my truck flat and went to Firestone, the young man at the desk quoted me a price for a replacement tire and saw my expression at the price and suggested I apply for a Firestone credit card, got approved and didnt have to spend a dime.

I booked an APPOINTMENT online for 11am. I arrived early and still waited 2 HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation. The service mechanic could not find my tire lock (I had to Google how to find it for them). Also told me to return to dealer to reset my oil change meter. They charged me $110 for an oil change and tire rotation after a 2 hour wait. I would rather pay triple at a dealer than return here again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Duke - plain and simple.I was a bad car parent and pushed my tires way past their life to the point that one of them would lose 10 psi over the course of an hour... I drive to work everyday and need my car! I called this location, and Duke was very pleasant to speak to. He understood my situation immediately, explained all of my options including features and benefits until I was able to comprehend them, and sold me over the phone. When I told him I needed to get in today with same-day turnaround but wouldnt be available until 5:30, Duke said that wouldnt be a problem. Fast forward, I knew I would be late and called Duke to let him know. He said it was no problem and they could still take care of me; I arrived closer to 6pm. Duke and the team made it happen!!! This entire process was painless thanks to him (minus spending $, but thats a me problem!)The reason I decided to fill this out is because Duke is a world-class professional who went above and beyond for the customer. He demonstrated a level of empathy and accommodation that is rare in your industry, and he deserves to be recognized. If I owned a business, Duke is the guy I want to represent it.

Went to this location to get a tire patched (price range in the 30’s) only to get a call saying they cannot patch my tire and that I’d need a whole new tire. I took my tire to a small business owner and he patched my tire for $10!!! Fast forward weeks later, my tire is still holding up perfectly, sealed tight, and I’m losing no air. I’m not sure if this location just wanted to get more money out of what looked like a young naive girl or if they genuinely didn’t think they could fix it. Either way it would’ve costed me more unnecessary money because the tire clearly could be fixed. They were nice about it though so I appreciate that.

Firestone is a supposed to be a company of Integrity but they are anything but that. The moment they get the idea that you know nothing about cars they will get over on you and take your money and smile in your face while theyre doing it. They worked on my old car and said they were going to fix something they knew they couldnt fix. Theyve gotten quite a bit of money out of me and now I know better. They will never ever have my business ever again and I would never refer anybody to them.

Works on Sunday, this is a great option. The quality of work is amazing. Service and delivery are quick. Cons: Very very costly compared to many other places. I was happy with their service until they suggested I should change my entire exhaust system while I was able to fix it for a fraction of the quoted price in another place.

Upon arriving in Cleveland my cars automatic transmission fluid light went on. It turned out that it was low in fluid. Chris, the Store Manager, fit my car into the shop later on a Friday afternoon so that I could drive home. My car was put on a lift to make sure nothing obvious was causing the fluid to be low, and the fluid was topped off. Good work by the technician, and my predicament was kindly handled by Chris!

I brought my Mazda in for an oil change. On my way there, I noticed my left window shield blade wasnt working, so I mentioned it to Amy, the rep working in the office. She let me know that after 5pm their staff becomes more limited and that likely an appropriate mechanic wasnt on site anymore. Regardless, my mechanic Chris fixed anyways, with no extra fee! He had noticed the blade himself and took some extra time to tighten the bolts (or something along those lines). It was so awesome because it made me feel like he cared!! I would have had to buy an expensive ratchet or overpay at another place to have it looked at/fixed. I was really grateful for Amys polite, informative service and the mechanics kindness to go the extra mile and fix my blade without hesitation. Doug, the other rep on site was very kind as well. Overall simple, and easy service. Making the appointment on line was super convenient. Everyone was friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Very expensive place

I took my Toyota Corolla here for a rattling engine and was told it would be at least $7000 to dismantle the engine or replace it. I then took it to the Toyota dealership for a second opinion and was informed that there was no oil left in the oil tank. They filled up the oil for less than $100 and the car is now fine.

Oil change would of been 60 dollars,ended up paying 30 and they diagnosed and gave prices for my vehicle

SLOW .. Waited over one hour even with an appointment .. Left without any work be done ..If I hadden asked .. Might still be sitting there waiting for my vehicle ..It really pays to ask how long will I need to wait for service ..I know they do really great work .. Today was not a good day ..

This Firestone is conveniently located close to my work and they do their best to make it easy and affordable for locals. I have never had a problem getting any service done here! They are always nice and helpful.

I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE IT ONE STAR!! THE HOURS POSTED INDICATE THEY ARE OPEN FROM 7 - 7pm. I pulled up to their doors at 6:30pm and the gentleman runs to the door and locks it. Then proceeds to go to the garage doors and lowers them. I tried calling and received no answer. I ended up at CONRADS ON EAST 18TH AND CHESTER WHERE I PULLED IN AT 7:50 AND RECEIVED FULL SERVICE. PURCHASED 4 NEW TIRES. I DONT EVEN CARE WHAT THE COST WAS....THE SERVICE AT CONRADS WAS PRICELESS.

I have purchased all my tires here for at least 20 years; have never had any problem with the quality of the tires or the installation work. They also offer a full range of repair and maintenance services. I have not had to use any of those myself, but I do know that they have an excellent reputation on the ground here in Elyria.

Have been going to other Firestone locations for oil changes for the last few years; first time at the Prospect location. Was able to schedule a same-day appointment online, oil change took about 20 minutes. Cashier provided a coupon for me to use which was really nice. Not the most comfortable waiting area but there is TV and coffee. I continue to use Firestone because they keep track of my maintenance records between locations and dont ever try to upsell me on services I dont need.

Do not come here unless to have to. They added extra fees to my set of new tires after their quotation. Then after rotating the tires 5000 miles later, they messed up one of the lug nuts, now I cant change my tire because the lug nut will not come off. Even after they said they would fix it, they did not. I question their honesty. If you like Firestone tires, go somewhere else. Harvey Firestone was a honest person, there folks are not.

Do not ever bring your car here. I came here for oil change and the guy who worked on it, stole all the quarters on my car. And when I talked to the manager he said “this guy is working 15 years for me and I trust him and can’t confront him about that”Oh, really 15 years! That’s mean he been stealing from people for 15 years instead of changing oil.I have been loyal to Conrad’s for about 4 years and they never touched my quarters inside my car.

The best customer service ever!We were in Cleveland to tour the Rock and Rollll Hall of Fame and we were three hours for home. We got an email allert that the right front tire was low, searched googled and found tire repair shop in the area at 4:30 PM Saturday. The only place open was Firestone. I there by five and out the door by 5:45. Unfortunately for me the sidewall of the tire was punctured and I had to purchase a new tire because I didnt want to drive three hours home in the rain with the spare tire. The salesperson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and the technician was respectfully of my vehicle. The cost was just over $200 with tax. Thanks Firestone!

Refused to do the work I was willing to pay without their own diagnostic having been done. Had a diagnostic done that same day but I guess they wanted the $150 so bad they didnt realise the actual work was 5 times as much. Oh well. Terrible.

After accidentally leaving the interior light on my car for 3 days, my car battery got drained. I took it to Firestone Prospect and they tell me I need a new battery (wanting to charge me $160++), which I was skeptical about since I just bought a new one in December. I declined to buy a new battery from them and instead go to Rick Case Euclid where I bought my battery. They examined it and said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my battery. My car has been running fine. Although Firestone may have genuinely thought my battery was in bad shape (perhaps it had problems since it was JUST jumped), I feel like they still neglected to do due diligence in looking at my battery and pushed for me to buy a new one when I obviously didnt need one. Please beware in dealing business with them. I dont think I really trust this shop too much and I wont be coming back.

They charged me for new valve stems but the valve stems were clearly not changed (see picture). That being said, their labor prices for tire install were hard to beat, and the people were nice.

Simple tire install. Dropped off at 8am. Promised by 1 came back at 1 and told not ready. More than 2 hours later.... Finally done. Not coming back here.

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I came in for new tires on 3/6/17, they proceeded to tell me my right front wheel bearing was bad. Firestone quoted me $500. I gave them the go ahead to perform the work. The car worked good for 2 months. I took it in to another mechanic, who told me the same front wheel bearing was bad!! They said it was practically falling off and could have caused a wreck. They quoted me $250 for a new bearing. Thats HALF of what Firestone charged me!! Firestone said they would warranty the work, but honestly I dont want those RIP OFF ARTISTS/CLOWNS working on my vehicle ever again.

I was having oil change (10/22/2015) and I got my car (Infiniti fx35) with scratch in front and they left the bottom cover of the car left side open. Plus, I found some oil inside my car after just done from a full detailing to two days ago. They told me about the scratch in front of the car maybe someone in the parking did it!!! ( I was careful parked my car away from the others cars and it didnt has any close car to it ). And about the bottom cover, they (he) said it was like that before he did do it!! And now I afraid that something wrong inside the engine because I heard sound that I didnt heard before!!! After I completed survey online they said someone will call me but nobody called!!

Please do not go to this location I went for a battery and fluid change with no check engine light on and recieved my vehicle back with the check engine for something that was never wrong with my vehicle we all know how they try to scam females but Ive never had this problem im just going to close my card with them and call it a day.Then I called corporate do yo think they cared one little bit NO.

Had brake problems on the way to a funeral and stopped in here to have everything checked out. They quickly identified the problem and told me that it was covered by warranty at my dealer. They didnt charge me a dime and were friendly, helpful, and honest. Id go here if I lived in Cleveland.
