I called first to make sure that they could change the oil and fuel filter in my truck. They assured me they could do it so I went and waited in line. When they got to the fuel filter they looked at it for a while, then went to the mechanic side and said he would have to do it. Unfortunately they couldnt do it while I was there. They told me to bring it back the next morning between 8:00 and 8:30 and they would get me right in to get it done. I told them I had a 9:00 appointment down the road to get my tires rotated and needed to make sure it could get done right away, and again they assured me no issues. I showed up at 8:15 and was told I was going to have to wait a while and what I just want to drop it off. I told them what I was told the day before and they said they were too busy. Finally they decided to go ahead and work it in. I was there for an hour to have a fuel filter changed that had easy access. Then when they went to check me out they charged me too much money that had to be verified and redone. This then made me late to my next appointment so my easy morning has now turned into all morning. I gave them three stars because the guys working there are really good, I understand though that the ones who tell the others what to say are the ones in the wrong, not the guys who actually worked on my truck. Dont know if Ill ever use this place again,

I brought my car here because of several good reviews. I’ve been in Cleveland for years and should have been using them all along. My brakes seemed fine but I’ve put a whole lot of miles on my pads since last change and assumed it was time to change them. I dropped my Durango off and tech said he would do a brake inspection but I said go ahead and change the front pads. When they got it on the lift and checked out all four brakes and pads, they found brakes were far from needing new pads or anything. They did recommend an alignment. I appreciate this type of honesty. Plus they were very professional and certainly earned my business.

Very nice guys that work there, I had an issue with my drain plug they were able to get it off and replace it for me and had me in and out fast. Not to expensive either, its about the same cost of doing it myself..

Will never return here! Went for an oil change because I was about to go on vacation and couldnt get in to the Honda place in time. They didnt replace my engine skid plate correctly so it has been scraping the road. Has completely messed up the plate and now Im going to have to pay to get that completely replaced. I would recommend to go somewhere else unless you want to spend more money fixing what they messed up.

Arrive at 4:30 today, a saturday, and ask if they can just pull a screw out of my tire and plug it. The younger guy i asked walks to a room and as he is coming back i hear another guy tell him “just tell em we are about to close” they don’t close till 5. Apparently the two or so guys just sitting in the one room one guy outside smoking and only one car in their bay can’t plug a tire. First time ever pulling into this business and I will NEVER use them and advice others not to as well.

This time, they failed to check my lights (or didnt care that a headlight is blown) refill my wiper fluid, didnt check tire pressure (or didnt care that one only had 25psi), and didnt reset the service reminder..... so with that, I have no faith that they even did anything correctly.Went in for tire balance, rotation and oil change. All things mentioned above were marked completed on the check list.

Took my truck in on a Friday afternoon to have tires rotated and balanced if needed before a trip. They rotated and I believe they put everything weight they had except 2 on the drivers side , some even overlapping, and the other 2 Went on passenger side. Did I mention the truck drove perfectly fine before I took it? It was just time to rotate. Left there and immediately got on interstate (because its took much longer than the quoted 20 min) my truck rode like a logging truck on the train tracks! No time to turn back I had to continue on with my 150 mi journey due to family emergency. Then 150 mi home. The ride home it felt like my wheels were going to wobble off and the last 50 mi it started pulling to the right. Monday morning I called before they even opened to tell them of my experience. He tells me I must have bad tires, they can rerotate. I assured him my tires were not bad at least not before I brought truck in and proceeded to tell him that Im sure the problem lies with all these unnecessary weights because its drove perfectly fine before!So I pulled up and theyre telling me my tires are bad they can put it back the way it was. NO MY TIRES ARE NOT BAD!!! Ok they say and take it back. An hr later a new guy Ive never seen brings me my truck and apologizes telling me it had slung some of the weights off a couple of tires !? :/ just because I have breast doesnt mean I do not have a brain or eyes. They left the 2 weights on passenger side , took off some on drivers side and separated the rest so they werent overlapping. Yet they are sticking with that story that I slung some weights off? If that be the case why didnt you have to put more on? And even if that was true why werent they put on better? They have yet to show me a bad tire because they are not bad. Today I am still left with it pulling to the right over this ordeal but I promise unless they do it correctly for free. EOC wont touch it! The saddest past of this experience is that the manager Jonathan Patterson is the one who screwed it up! And now after 300+ mi being incorrectly weighted I do need weights NOW!!! Still not as smooth as it was before they ever touched it. But at least I can drive it one handed again.

I am currently on a long road trip helping a friend and his family move. Got in the truck this morning and had my alternator go. I came to express oil and tire change and met Gerald. He took us right in upon hearing our situation and how far we had to go under a time crunch. These guys really helped us get back on the road.

Service tech was friendly and polite. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was done & then I was told that they couldnt get to the tire rotation. I have to return for that because they were closing in an hour and a half. A basic service that costs 63 dollars & change is going to cost me over 80 now because they werent done at the same time. I would have gladly gone in tomorrow morning and had both done at the same time, saved myself time & money, had they simply told me.

These guys are AMAZING! I got an oil change and a filter change in less than 15 minutes. They were friendly and didn’t pressure me into any decisions about my car that would run up cost. As someone who knows very little about my vehicle, they were kind in explaining and showing me what they would recommend but I didn’t feel like I was being forced into buying anything like I have felt at some other locations. Also, I got to stay in my car during the oil change which was great! Highly recommend!

I came in just needing air in my truck tires. Kris kindly waved me in and and got right on it. He quickly finished and waved me out of the stall. When I inquired about paying he said there isnt a line item in the computer for just billing air. I offered to pay a $10.00 labor charge and again he said dont worry about it. Thanks for taking the time to do that. Kudos to Kris.

I would give 0 stars if I could my first time ever stepping foot in there they tried to charge me $600 for a tire rod and ball bearing and over $100 In just labor charges for each part with me still paying for my parts worst place to go

The only thing lacking in our story from Friday night was that we didn’t have Aunt Edna strapped to the roof of the car. Picture this, family vacation was set to begin. Husband departed Thursday by car, with dog onboard. He drove a few hours and collected middle child from college after an overnight stay with him. He continued on, driving 5 hours to pick up oldest child at an airport. The trek continued to another airport to pick up yours truly, youngest, sister, and niece. Twenty miles from the airport, late a night...car breaks down. Power steering was gone. Nothing is open in town. AAA tow truck driver to the rescue. He suggested Express Oil. He stayed with half the fam while the first half took an Uber to a local hotel. AAA towed the vehicle to Express Oil while the Uber driver ran the second half of our party to the hotel. I should say, I’m using the word hotel very loosely, as it was quite different than anything I have ever visited. AAA driver called to say the vehicle arrived and explained where the key was kept. We set an Express appointment online for 8am the next morning, a Saturday. Express Oil communicated their findings right away that morning. They located an idler arm and serpentine belt. I thought this would be tricky since it wasn’t a super common vehicle, a little older and foreign - 2011 Mercedes GL450. The job was done by Gerald. He finished by 11:00 and he picked my husband up at the hotel, driving him back to the shop to square up. Under $250 and we were back in business and on the road again to Wally World. Seriously though, a great experience. Gerald rocks! Thank you!

Quick lol yeah right... I had an appointment for 11am today and they talking a couple of hours until they get to my ride. How about you get more than one guy to fix on the vehicles. Thats the purpose of an appointment to hold your spot not prolong your wait. And two this is called an Express for a reason meaning.....FAST! If I have to make an appointment Im going to with the dealership I got my car from at least they are on time and more people may cost more but, For great service the money is worth it.

Let me just say, they stay busy...need to bring your vehicle in early to have work done in a timely manner. They are friendly, very helpful, personable, and very experienced. The business as a whole charges fair prices so it really helps when you are low on funds and looking for competitive pricing. They will let you know if the price has to change do to previously unknown parts or labor and will make sure you want to continue the job. They are my most trusted mechanics and not just for oil and tire work. several years ago; they even put a whole engine in one of my vehicles. I cant stress enough or say enough about how AWESOME these folks are. Every auto place should strive to be more like them.

I went here for a few months just to get a basic oil change. First I was charged over $70 for it, this past week I started car trouble so I took it to a mechanic. Turns out, the guy the that changed oil (I dont remember his name) took my transmission fluid plug out and didnt put it back in all the way, so for the past couple months, Ive had a slow leak of transmission oil. Thats caused me to break down and when I was able to get my car towed to the mechanic, they told me that I was very lucky that my transmission didnt blow because if I tried to drive it any further, it would have. It cost me $200 to get it fixed and they had to put 4 full quarts of fluid back in my car. Not only that but when I was there to get my oil changed, they were so incredibly rude and treated me like I was an idiot. Never going back and if I was able to put less than 1 star, I would.

I go here for all my car maintenance. Schylar always does an excellent job fixing my car. He doesnt bs me. If I think something needs to be replaced, he lets me know if it does or doesnt. He always does great work & I never wait long. They are a very honest people. They dont give me the salesman pitch nor try to get me to buy a bunch of other car stuff, like a lot of places do. No one else touches my car, not even for an oil change.
