Not a place I would ever go again . Tell lies to you . Just my appion sure some people probably like . But seems to me they cater to rich people. Dont care a out disabled just want more money wont stand behind what they sell used . Was my experience. Realy give them a 0 .

Took boat in for 20 hour service $288.00 later the boot came off the Bimini and Bimini ripped.was told was factory defect how can that be when we have towed the boat many times before without any problem.they did finally replace it after they tried sewing it and messed it up more.the engine smoked several times after service and started not running right so I had someone I trusted to come check out the engine and come to find out they had over filled the engine with oil by 2 quarts 128.00 dollars later the boat runs like its supposed to. I dont recommend anyone taking their boat there for service or even buying a boat from there. We bought a new boat hoping not to have issues and have been very unhappy with them. The steering line came off the motor within the first half hour of putting it in the water.Please avoid this place they act nice until they get your money then they could careless about you.

I have been meaning to leave this review all summer but am just now getting to it. I especially want to give a shout out to Frank in service. I had a problem with my old Chriscraft scorpion and they handled it wonderfully. The bill was reasonable and the work was professional. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Thanks for an honest, trustworthy experience.

Great boats great service these folks will go the extra mile to make you happy. They took me out of my old boat put me under warranty and my fuel mileage increase on the water is almost paying for my new boat total experts working here!

Water Workz Marine in Cleveland TN is a very dishonest company. And I would advise anyone thinking about doing business with them to avoid the situation.My father purchased a brand new boat from them in 2016. He even had several accessories added to the boat when he purchased it through them. That winter he had it winterized. One day they called and ask if they could borrow the boat to take a customer for a test drive. My dad agreed and just ask they rewinterize the boat when they were finished. Didn’t charge them a dime to use his boat to sell a $30,000+ boat. Which did sell one for them......... Fast forward to a few weeks ago. We were using his boat (still has less than 15 hours on it) and a warning light came on. We called and the service manager Frank said it was water in the fuel. Said to not use the boat until we fixed it. When I asked how much it would cost he said $400-$450 was the cost on the ones he did in the past. So should be around that. He even said it could be a little less if they didn’t need to do everything. But he felt like all the gas would have to be removed, lines cleaned out, tank cleaned, and a new filter. Although I thought it was a little high, we took them the boat because we had purchased it there and another place had priced it at $450 as well. So we chose to take it to Water Workz....... HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!2 weeks later I get a call from Frank. Boat is finished. Bill was $770. WHAT??? Why??? Why wasn’t we called and asked if that was okay. What suddenly doubled the original quote? So I questioned them when I went to pick up the boat. They said it took a lot of time. And he didn’t “remember” quoting me that price. Just like they had NO RECORD that boat had ever been in their shop. Needless to say I wasn’t a happy camper. Very poor way to do business with a customer. A customer who bought the boat from you. Let you borrow the boat to sell a boat just like it. And chose to bring the boat back to you for the repair. The lady working behind the desk got very snappy and rude and informed me the next time it would be put into writing. I quickly informed her there wouldn’t be a next time from us. I will say the gentleman who took me to get the boat was great. He actually remembered the boat being in the shop that they had no record of. He was the one who borrowed the boat to make the sale. And he kept apologizing for the way this was handled. He agreed there was no communication on their part. However, that doesn’t fix the fact they took advantage of an 80 year old man. He asked me to wait until Tuesday for him to talk to the owner Wesley and see if he would do the right thing. I waited an extra day. Heard nothing from them. I would advise anyone I know to never ever do business with them. I can assure you we won’t. Thanks for reading.

I cannot express how wonderful this experience has been. The entire staff was very friendly and Craig bent over backwards to make sure that the process was painless and that we were very happy with our purchase. He went above and beyond what I could have ever asked. Customer service of this kind is very hard to find. It was more than worth the drive from memphis!
