Called for a simple parts question guy on the phone told me look into n Google! That all his guys were busy. I also own a business and would never talk to someone like that. It only takes a second to find the information.

Bought a boat that had docking there for 9 months. Boat had an overheating issue that the old owner had fixed here, supposedly. Have receipt from work being done, impeller, Tstat, water pump. Was told issue was fixed. Took boat out next time and was still doing same exact thing. Took them 2 months to look at it again. Was then told it was exhaust flap, charged a second time for work and told it was fixed. They refused to launch my boat to test it until I paid them again for the same issue. Still not fixed. Took them another 3-4 months to look at it again and was then told it was an elbow they couldnt find the part for. Terrible Mechanics. Pulled boat form Chanel Park and found a mechanic that knew what he was doing. Fixed the first time.

Brian is super nice verry helpfull and got my parts fast for me! Only down side was 9$ shipping im not sure they can get things in on a weekly or bi weekly stock order. I wanted my parts last week so i wouldnt of wanted to wait that long if i had the choice, so the minimal shipping cost was not an issue for me I was happy to pay it.
