Store put old products on the Shelf bought lashes got dried out glue I mean how long do you have to have them sitting there before the glue in the tube dries out I squeeze this tube dry and yet still aint nothing came out of it

Hello I am new to the Cleveland area here and I went to the nice big Family Dollar Store over there on Clark where theyre doing the construction well I entered the store around 3:30 and I just got home at 6:30 because nobody in the store was available to help me how to download the Family Dollar app and be able to save with the digital coupons there was nobody around to check on me I was walking up and down aisles there was so much food and things that have been eaten by customer and and items that have been stolen and the three back aisles theres been where you can tell people just go walk in cut the sensors off and steal items .So the only person in the store that I noticed up there moving around the store an actually greeting customers an smiling was the Ishia she was there to help me three times an she was happy to assist me no problem. She helped me and she had such a great attitude with a great personality her name is Aisha I believe its spelled with an Capital I .Sorry Im talking to my phone to send this message out here to other shoppers and Im rather perturbed with my shopping situation that I thought was going to be good and rewarding which turned out to be a horrible experience for me so I will continue to stay in my home like Ive been and send my husband out to do the shopping like I said when I asked for the manager who I guess was standing at a register staring at a phone I asked her which which registers open she said number ones I went to register one and this worker was amazing also and concerned with why I was upset I said wheres the manager at and the lady at register one she says Oh thats the manager down there. I said oh oh can you let her know that Aeshia was a very great very great help to me in the store and was very concerned to why I was distressed why I was crying and came to my Aid and that made my shopping experience wonderful at that point and then checking out and seeing that the coupon worked and I was able to save the multiple savings with this new digital coupons which I hate I like the ones you cut out of the paper see how times have changed Im 42 years old and wow how the world has changed you know it might be depressing but I had to keep my head up and remember that God provides and this too, shall pass .Its only a bad moment thats it Let It Go thank you so much Family Dollar for being here and thank you to that wonderful employee names Aisha with letter I . Its a quick and convenience store to get just about anything you need around the house I love Family Dollar Store better than I like general dollar or Dollar Tree Family Dollar has better quality and a wide selection of different products and this is my go-to store from A to Z

They never have whats on sale in stock, and one of the workers were in the isle kissing her boyfriend! The place is always a mess. Only reason to shop there is convenience. Terrible that Id rather go to Steelyard Walmart!!

It was great service there but they didnt have no baby clothes that i needed so i walked all the way there for nothing 😞.

This is an ok place, I just dont like the homeless people laying in the hallways and at the doors begging for change... They have some good decorations and excellent supplies, at a GREAT price!

Always someone loitering asking for money. Rude staff. And dont believe in our constitutional right to bare arms. I live on the west side and just like that other comment mentioned above allot of just weird people in the area. Not to mention the halfway house across the street.
