I went here for an online order pickup. A lot of the time when there’s low stock and you request an item pickup they are all out of the product. So I placed the order but also went to the store to check the aisle it would be in and of course it wasn’t there. There was a gentleman that was preparing a pickup order himself in a close by aisle. I asked him if they had the product I ordered (Olly Chillax Gummies) in stock and he said they had 8 in the back and could grab one for me. His name was Maurice, he had dreads (just in case there is another Maurice that works there) and was extremely professional and helpful. I told him this is why I come to Target not Walmart! He was happy to hear that and I was happy I didn’t have to run around to find these same vitamins at other stores. SO HAPPY!! Thank you Maurice for actually going the extra mile and looking deeper into the situation instead of just saying “if there’s none on the shelves, we’re all out” like most would. #happycustomer

50% of our drive up orders are missing stuff. One time, it was a completely different order. I spend so much time calling back the store to fix wrong orders. Today, Ive only gotten a ring tone when trying to call the store dozens of times over the past 14 hours, so I cant even get the latest messed up order fixed.

The representative was excellent. Very helpful and went over and above to make sure it was a successful trip!

The store is clean and the employees are friendly. It is mostly kept well stocked. There are normally only short waits in the checkout line. The employees can be hit or hit on being helpful.

Friendliness of staff, always willing to help, professionalism and cleanliness of the stores. Someone makes sure the carts are clean, staff wears masks and when busy there is a monitor directing the flow of customers. Today, Alexa, my personal cashier, was very helpful and informative regarding my Keurig purchase and offered the extended warranty. We normally do not do the warranty but Alexa explained its value so well I felt I needed to purchase it. Great Customer Service!!! much appreciated.

Wonderful service from all. I was in town at Cleveland Clinic with someone in the recovery rooms. Two were above and beyond. One was the Pharmacist who saw us wondering in search of some medical assist products. She could tell we were from out of town, and as Target doesnt carry what we were after, she directed us to the store we needed and made sure we knew where it was. The second one was on her first day, working in the lingerie department. I was in search of a bra for someone after surgery and she walked me through several options and made suggestions and was super helpful. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience during a stressful time.

I relly dont understand how or why Target advertises itself as an Online Destination with Curbside pickup, and other options. But, they cant seem to even find/start on the order for over 2 hours. Sure, there are other orders, but this order was a small order. on a relatively slow day at Target.The other main issue is the pickup process. When you are not using curbside pickup. Why cant Target have Pickup Lockers for small items? They already have you use a QR Code on your cell phone (e-mail), to have an associate scan to find your order. A self scan station, could use the same QR Code. Then open the proper Locker for your order. This technogy is already used by Home Depot and Little Caesars. If you can Pickup Outlets and Pizza from Pickup Lockers, it should be easy to pickup Socks and Pants. This would also cut down on Social Distancing Issues, and checkout times for other customers. Come on TARGET get with the times.

I checked online to see if they had the item in stock and they said they did but went there and it wasn’t. i even asked around if maybe they had it in the back and they didn’t or did but didn’t want to grab it when i drove out there. other than that the staff was kind but their website isn’t updated

This is my kind of store . I have never been disappointed here. I can find many nice things here. The store is clean and staff is always making it is tidy. Parking is free and handy cap accessible. It has a Starbucks which I like.

Clean, organized, quick and easy to get in and out. Only reason for a 4, they were out of the product I was specifically looking for. The Starbucks employee was very friendly and I was excited to redeem my rewards points for a free drink.

Love the Drive Up pick up service at the Steelyard Target. Awesome service. My order from the Target app was ready in under an hour and within 3 minutes of checking in on the app when I arrived at the store a friendly worker ran it out to me.

Has almost everything you could want minus the food items, the fresh food selection is definitely lacking. Although I did get a couple great deals on some clearance items and electronics so theres that. They also have a huge parking lot so its a definite positive compared to other places in downtown Cleveland.

I liked that it was ready and close to the front of the store. Friendly customer service person. Wish they had a service where they deliver it to you in the parking lot.

I come to this target far too often, but I do really like it. The store stays organized and clean and has a lovely pharmacy staff. Most of the registers are self checkout, but there is rarely a line (I tend to go weekends and weeknights). Customer service is also quite flexible and efficient.

Very limited selections compare to other Targets

I save a lot with the cartwheel app and the store is always clean and organized.

My order was messed up. Purchased a storage bin and they gave me the wrong size lid. Then when I called them because I didn’t notice till I got home because the loaded it in my trunk, I was told I should have checked before I left the parking lot

I picked this score because you can find anything at target and the items are really GREAT quality too! Plus I save so much with my Target Card. I love it!

The friendliness of the staff there was none no one says hello good morning nothing. But they were talking amongst themselves about a contest they won. Very surprising because at least one person will speak to me but this time nobody spoke to me.

It is better than Wal-Mart or Kmart or any other discounter.

The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have telephone stations you can pick up the phone and ask for assistance and an employee will come to you. I like that and have never been in another store that offers that service. The customer service is excellent. The lines are not long. They get you in and out quickly.

I wanted to take a moment to thank & commend an associate named Ryan. He helped me with an item that I had purchased at another Target. He was so professional & truly provided exceptional customer service. I also what to say that this store has an excellent selection of items that you dont find at other Targets.

Went to electronic/game area to purchase a game at 12:30pm 9/7/2019 ask a guy in the electronics for help which he was to busy on his phone and didnt even acknowledged me or make eye contact just rudely ask which game and that was that then he runs by where we were waiting to tell us he be right back and never came back so we left never shopping there again if your people cant just simply address and greet then we walk by the station and hes standing there talking to employees about things that dont do with customers service

Target has specific hours for high risk people to shop on Tuesdays and Wednesday from 8-9am. The gentlemen stated if you don’t look 65 or over or if you don’t look sick you can’t shop. I didn’t know people with Lupus or Cancer etc “look” a certain way. I didn’t realize that you had to be gray hair and wrinkled to be 65 or high risk. I feel discriminated against. I even pled with the man at the front and offered to show him my MyChart medical record and he still refused. I spoke with Michelle the manager and she showed no empathy and did not apologize and still refused to let me shop. Way to drop the ball during Covid-19 pandemic Target!

The product we ordered and picked up was used in box with missing pieces. I have to take time out to take the item back to store and request a refund or replacement.

So fast and convenient. You get your itemsthe same day if in stock. Two of my items said stocked but was not.

We were asked if we needed help finding something from a few associates. Very nice! Check out was very personable and pleasant. Store is very clean!

Hey Target you mind actually staffing the Starbucks inside of your stores? I went there today and waited 35 min even though I was the second person in line. Your management must be awful because having one single employee working at the Starbucks on the weekend is absolutely the worst idea you could have. And its not the guys fault who was the only one there that I understand, its definitely his management who left him short handed.Not a big fan, learn to staff your store correctly.

Target employees need to enforce the mask issue. Youve got all kinds not wearing masks. Yall need to put your foot down.

Quite a few things whatever you could possibly think you need. Sort of upscale place and when you get the hungries while shopping, they have nice goodies to tide you over till dinner.

The best store in steelyard. You can come here and still expect quality goods, with quality customer service. Groceries, small appliances, clothes, electronics; you can get 90% of your home shopping done here.

Target has great brands that they carry, nice displays, friendly staff (for the most part that I have encountered, specifically at the Steelyard location Ive had super friendly cashiers when I checkout - but I do try to go when its not very busy), good prices, and its generally very clean and organized.

This service was super fast from online order to store pick up. Overall Im very pleased.

This target is rather quiet and always clean. They seem to have a low staff turnover and most people appear to get along with each other. Compared to Walmart next door this place is 100* better.

I like Target over Wal-Mart! Just do a better job competing with them on prices. Target appears to be slightly higher than Wal-Mart from my experiences.

Good variety of items on the positive side; very slow checkout with only one person stationed for returns (during a busy holiday period) and only two checkout lanes open. No shopping carts were available as they were all in the parking lot

Target drive up is the best! No need to leave your car and the employees are so helpful they load everything in your car and youre back to getting on with your day!
