Bob had good suggestions and was very helpful before I made the appointment. Bob and Ron were both thorough and aware of each customers needs. I stayed with the car for 2 hours as they changed tires and they tried as much as they could to get me out in time(we ran 8 minutes over, but I expected this as I did not give them a long work window). If I had the option I would likely drop the car off in the future.

The only place I’ll go for any car maintenance. Bob and Ron are super nice and helpful, and they handle every transaction with courtesy and professionalism. They’re very upfront with what they do and don’t cut corners. Absolutely would recommend going here if you have any car issues.

Im very happy I came here. Its located at Valero/Yorktown Service plaza, which has everything you need. Waiting area has bookshelves and friendly staff. Ron was very sweet, and Bob was helpful. My car is fixed, they provided me a cool loaner car for the day to work. They open early, and I will be coming back for tires and radiator that I needed anyhow.

Great place for gas or extra items that you might need. They have a nice food section inside with made-to-order food items for lunch or dinner. The service station attached is fast and friendly, I have had work done there and have never had any problems. Over all this is a great location and easy to get you. Bryan, Bob, and Dottie gave phenomenal service that was courteous, friendly, like being part of their family. I came in with a slow tire leak. It was discovered that I had steel belt showing on the inner surface near the rim. They also noted that the other tires showed advanced wear. They replaced all 4, with high quality, high performance tires for my 2016 Volvo S80 T5 along with their high speed balance and 4 wheel alignment.I am always pleased by their great service, integrity, and friendly approach. I was in need of a new tire to replace a punctured sidewall on my car. The tire was unavailable through many shops, but Yorktown found one in their Indianapolis location and FedEx’d second day. Recently bought new rear tires in October only to have a large piece of metal slice into one of them this week,(thank you Ohio road construction companies).At first I thought I’d just take it anywhere and have it patched, but then I remembered how awesome Yorktown is so I called them. I spoke with Brandon who confirmed my tires came with a road hazard protection.I drop off the tire for them to repair. After about an hour Bob calls to tell me it’s not repairable, however, they’ve already ordered a new tire. It would arrive this afternoon and I only pay for mounting and another road hazard package. Total cost $47 for a $200 tire.By 3p the same day, I had my new tire and was on my way. These guys have always treated me professionally and as if I were a family member.They just do what’s right.

I love this gas station haha. I got my new tires put on and a new wheel - after hitting a moon crater in the great city of Parma... and these people had 4 new tires, new wheel, balanced and aligned with an oil change in an hour and 20 minutes flat. I was blown away. Oh, and the customer service and employees were super nice and inviting - even letting my three year old son (of whom loves anything mechanical) see their garage and their operation. Super cool.Oh, before I forget, they have the best car wash in Cleveland. Its the only place I take my cars for anything.

I had the opportunity to have some repair work done on my car. Very nice clean place. The shop was recommended by Auto zone, also because I work for autozone. Owner Bob was very cordial and helpful. The cost of the repair was a lot less than I thought, and he did a thorough job on the things that I asked him to look at. I definitely will recommend him if any of my friends need repair work done on their vehicles.

6/5/2021 Another plug for this great service station! Wife and I both recently got new vehicles but continue to go to Yorktown Service Plaza for our oil changes and tire rotations. If you have a car issue or just need routine maintenance done these are the guys to go see!On 6/28/19 I was heading out of town and got a flat tire minutes into my trip. Upon trying to get the lugs off of the tire the Ford factory lugs had swollen to a point I could not get the lug wrench to fit the lugs and was forced to drive the car 20 miles with a flat rear tire to Yorktown Service Plaza (I did not have the time nor wanted to wait for AAA to arrive to see if they could fix it). The garage had not yet opened but Doug (Owner) met me at the door and let me inside anyways and listened to my problem. I was going to head home to switch out cars but Doug insisted he could have the car fixed and back on the road in 30 minutes. Tim (Mechanic/Service man) got the enlarged lugs off and had a new loaner tire (graciously donated by Doug) back on the rim AND changed all other faulty Ford lugs with new ones in under 30 minutes time! My wife has her car serviced here all the time and we always have fantastic results! Now that my factory warranty has expired on my car I will be bringing it to the Yorktown Service Plaza for my repairs as well as replacing the blown out rear tire which I am sure I will get the best price possible. I highly recommend taking your car to this garage. It truly is World Famous, Locally!!!
