They were Booked SOLID&I need An All Wheel Alignment Their Time was The Same as I am working Two far away to Make during Rush hour...So I never Received maintenance so Its Really Unfair to Rate Them When I Saw Good Reviews on them...

These guys have worked on most of our cars over the years. You can trust these guys to do a good job, charge a reasonable price, give you options, and be honest. They have a good turn around, too.

Busy-ish most days, and the staff arent the most courteous. I was advised to take my business elsewhere to have my own parts installed, per their policy.

Staff are always awesome. Mike and Dave have been there since I was a kid, at least 25 yrs now. Your car will be in good hands. Check them out. They are highly recommend.

I only went for an oil change, but they were very nice and got me in the same day. A few days later I had tried to put air in my tires but the machine at get go wasnt working and I ended up putting way too much air in I swung by and asked if they could fix it and they got me in right away

Went here for oil change on my Volkswagen.. ever since oil has been dripping pretty bad (which was not happening before) I called and they said they don’t have the tools to look at it? Now since my oil light is on and had to take somewhere else to fix now, because of them. I highly recommend not doing business here

Called last minute on a Saturday and they did my special order Brembo brakes for $100 less than other 3 quotes I had gotten from competitors and did it fast and with smiles on their faces.

Came in early this morning when they first opened to see if they could check out my tire because the light was on. I didnt know i had to make an appointment to have tire pressure checked. The guy that greeted me at the door was very standoffish and rude as if he was frustrated that i came in. I asked if there were any other local tire shops around that i could just walk into and he just brushed me off then said go to tireman up the street on biddulph. The vibe was just nasty. I also see theyre charging $4 for air.

Mike and the guys are always super helpful. Go out of their way to ensure we dont overpay, we frequently bring our cars here, and my whole extended family has started using this Midas exclusively.

People are very nice and I liked that they differ from other places in which they dont pressure you to buy or repair things. They simply just let you know whats going on and leave it up to you.

These guys are fast, tidy, professional and polite. Theyre also pretty fairly priced I think.

Ive been going to Midas on Memphis since I was in my 20s and Im 59 now. The most reliable and honest guys Dave and Mike the owner. If you need the repair right away theyll let you know and if you dont theyll let you know when it should be done, pricing excellent comparison to Conrads and Firestone. Now I have a new Lincoln Ill be going to the dealership untill the warranty is done then back to Midas

Pathetic service. Had to wait for 45 minutes to get my car pulled in for an oil change (after taking an appt. several days prior). After 10 minutes the guys comes to me saying he was not able to open the hood. What mechanic does not know how to open a hood on a toyota. Also they snapped my fuel door in the process and did not fix it

I called to ask if they were able to get my car In right away for and they said yes, they didnt ask on the phone anything about the car so when i got there they didnt have the tires ready, the used tires didnt fit my car so i had to buy brand new ones, and they had to get the new tires from somewhere else so i waited over two hours for one flat tire.
