These folks are wonderful to work with! They happened to have an opening and got my car right in, went over necessary repairs and told me what was necessary and recommended upcoming preventive maintenance as well. Scott kept me aware of the timeframe, and that parts could possibly not arrive next day so that I could plan on alternate transportation accurately. They called me right when my car was ready and I was in and out with my car very quickly.They get bonus points for not rolling their eyes at my sometimes-hard-to-work-on car either!😊

Took my 2012 Range Rover to Scott to drop off for replacement of water pump. He was extremely knowledgeable and very affordable. He laid out all the options of what would need to be repaired and gave me the choices of what to do. I trust his knowledge and abilities or I would have never taken my truck there. He is very detailed and did not try to over sell anything. I have a spare vehicle I can use and gave him as much time as he needed to do the work, and he said the vehicle will be finished by Friday if nothing goes wrong. I will stay a loyal customer. Bring my car in for wobbling got it back wobbling was less but my car kept trying to go in circles pulling me off road and there is a humming sound I have never heard my car make until I got it back from the mechanic the owner Scott tried to act and seem professional and caring as he attempted to help me and claim my issues with the vehicle was bad but could be safe and however when it was done there wasnt a wobble however the humming sound was horrible and he claimed it was already there then said that he felt bad to even help us that much. Im not satisfied and feel little disrespected by that as u should be for the customer I wasnt rude angry or negative rather then him not wanting to be as helpful as he claimed to be or as these reviews hyped to be. Very friendly to get you in the door however when something else goes wrong its a oh well it was there before kinda thing. Sorry not usually one for reviews however I drive my car daily and I know the frequent sounds I hear as to why I took it in today of all days bc of my concern. Maybe some new management or skilled workers could improve the experience.

Terrible tri state imports always had everything I needed for my aircooled Volkswagen just walk in and tell em what I needed and it was always in stock but since the switch to tri state auto service theyve been no help what so ever now Im waiting a week and a half to two just to get a part I need. My engine has been disassembled for far too long just because they dont carry parts if they were the auto service they think they are they would know how to excell at being an auto service. Not an auto service at all maybe a mechanics shop at bestCant do it brother the post was definitely for yall if you guys carried and sold a few parts that these big box stores dont for these self mechanics out here you may have a few more customers .

Weve used Tri-State twice now and both times have been a great experience. The guys seem honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Both times.the car needed additional work and they called and explained what it needed and after discussing it with others we found their assessments to be right on. Price is fair and turn around is fairly quick. The second time we had a busted hose and it was afternoon, we thought wed have to wait until the next day but he gave us an estimate of an hour...and it turned out to be more like 40 minutes. We will definitely be using them again.

I had car trouble passing through town and still had several hours of drive ahead of me. Scott was very understanding and promptly began working on my car to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Scott was very courteous and made me feel welcomed as an out of towner. WARNING PLEASE SHARE I had work done on my Audi a few times from Tri State Auto Service. They did an oil change last August- I had it towed there in September. The owner Scott Hanna told me it needed a ignition coil. He also told me he went ahead and changed all 4 out-he said if one goes out they all go out. He also changed 4 spark plugs. Labor $118.00, Parts 124.02, Tax $23.60=Total $265.62.I have been having the same issue with my car for over 2 months now. I took it there after a friend was trying to check the fluids and noticed a hose was leaking from the radiator. I talked to the owner Scott Hanna, told him about how my car has been running. I also told him I didnt want to fix the hose if I was having some sort of transmission problems. He told me he had to fix the hose problem before he could take my car for a ride - he said, I do not test drive cars that have leaks. Later I called him and asked him how much the hose was going to be. He could not tell me. I again told him I needed to find out what was wrong, I didnt want to pay for a hose if I had major transmission problems going on. He got rude with me and said, I told you, I dont test drive cars with leaks. After having my car for three days. I told him I was coming to pick it up. He made me buy the hose-$134.00. I took my car to another mechanic. They fixed the hose and checked the fluids. Unfortunately, they didnt bother test driving it. I never did find out what was wrong with it.A friend told me to take it down the road to Tri State Imports and Domestic. I went there yesterday. The mechanic took it for a drive. He told me my issue felt like the Ignition Coils needed replaced. I showed him the invoice from Tri-State Auto Service. He told me to take it back there, they should still be under warranty.I went there, went in the office. I spoke to the owner Scott Hanna. I told him my car was having the same issues from when I had it there for a tune-up in September. He asked for my keys to test drive it. I told him I would go with him. He said nofor get it!! He told me he could not test drive it with me in it. I asked him why. He said, I cant concentrate if your with me. I followed him outside. He told me I was on his black list. He told me I was F____ing impatient. That I couldnt wait for him to install that hose. And it took him 3 hours of his time to find me that hose. I asked him if he always talked to customers like this. He said only the ones on his black list. He told me I could leave my car there. I asked him why would I leave my car with someone who could treat a customer like this. He told me to get off his property and never to come back!I then when back to Tri State Imports and Domestic. I made an appointment for them to fix my car. The mechanic opened the hood and noticed there had only been 1 Ignition Coil replaced.So Mr Scott Hanna, Owner of Tri State Auto Service. You stole from me!!!
