I tell you what I will never go to another place other than this one to get work done to my vehicle. Jack was so helpful very friendly and explained everything and made sure I was ok with what they were going to do to fix my car. Homer was also very friendly! My car runs perfect now I wouldnt recommend another place.

Went to check on possible damage to valve stem ,less than 10 minutes had me in checking it, no damage ,really friendly fast service, definitely good place to go for tires trims and other services

Had the tires replaced on my wife’s car today. I was almost certain that she needed brakes and an alignment. Was pleasantly surprised when I was told that she needed neither at this time and that they would keep an eye on them when she went in for a rotation after 4000 miles. It’s so nice to not be sold something that I don’t need. You don’t see to many businesses with integrity anymore. So very glad that we decided to shop local instead of one of the many chains or big box stores. These folks will be our “go to” for all of our car needs going forward. I highly recommend them.

My daughter and 4yr granddaughter were traveling home and had a blow out. We were too far away to get to them. I called BOT and spoke to Jeff. He got me in touch with a tow company and then had the tire and techs waiting on her to install the tire. They stayed pass their closing time and made sure she was safe to drive home. She had a 5 hr. trip ahead of her. This company was fantastic and went above and beyond any experience Ive ever encountered. Great Customer service. Thank you all for taking care of my family!

DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Mitch and Brian were the techs that worked on my vehicle. I TALKED TO THE MANAGER JEFF. They changed my oil in December of 2020. NOT EVEN A MONTH AGO! I noticed my car was leaking oil so I took the car to A dealership, they of course fixed the issue. They also let me know that Cleveland Tire put a OVERSIZED BOLT in my oil pan and wrapped it in silicon! This was poor worth ethic and laziness. It was leaking the entire time! Luckily I took the car to the dealership and got it fixed when I did. Cleveland tire obviously doesn’t know how to put a oil plug in or even let a customer know that they put a new oil plug in. I contacted Jeff and he told me there is nothing they can do. He then had the phone down I’m guessing he thought I couldn’t hear him and was talking about me to another employee! I then went to cleveland tire. Jeff was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional at all times I was talking to him. He told me he didnt know what happened at that time because he was out for covid. (Acting like everything was a joke) SO THEY SCREW YOUR CAR UP AND DON’T EVEN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS! I tried to make amends and offer them to buy my new oil pan and they WONT even do that! They want to fix the car themselves after I pitched a fit and came up to Cleveland tire. The reason I won’t let them fix my car is because they are only doing it to save themselves but who’s to say they won’t screw it up again! SCREW THIS PLACE DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Never seen a more horrible company in my life.

Ended up after much discussion to honor advertised prices.

I stopped in to have a tire repaired on a new vehicle (3000 miles) and they took my car right away and had the tire repaired in less than 15 minutes. I have been a customer here for many years and this is why I will be for many more years to come. Oh and they did not charge me for the repair on top of the amazing service!!

Called today the front desk was great. But after being transferred the guy was so rude! Sorry you have to work and do some actual work. He said Ill prob call you back. He never did. We get our brakes done there. Guess we will have to find somewhere else. Please dont respond w/ giving me customer service number. We found someone else to fix our truck.

I am sorry I did not want to give you this rates but I had a terrible experience even tough the manager and the guys were nice.I paid for a full set of brand new tires + balancing+ alligment to have the best performance. That’s What I attempted but this guys returned my car with the 2 front wheels totally loosen nuts and I found out thank God few blocks from the shop when this terrible sound appear.They took the car back and apparently fixed it but when I was on my way out to South Carolina and I drove up 65 M/hour the the car started shaking so I have to take the car to another shop and paid for balancing again $45 plus all this waste of time and headaches because I went to a *good place to do the job* just 2 weeks before.Omg 2 mistakes same car and I don’t think you even aligned the car because I did it 6 months ago & you should have told me It was not needed.I just though I was in good hands because this is a family car and I don’t think this words didn’t work with me this time * you get what you paid for*Now, I have to let it go. Speaking as a woman that used a lot of car repairs in the past. Cleveland tire has been the most honest, helpful and curtious. Their prices are right at or better than others. If you have any problems, they take care of.

Do not buy tires here. I bought 4 new tires that bumped because they were out of round. They put another 4 tires on, bad also. Finally another set of four tires put on that bumped and pulled to left. I wanted to pay difference for a better brand of tire but they wouldn’t do. Wanted to sell another set and told me to sell the bad tires myself. So stay away. Go someplace else.

I have used this place for years and most of my family have as well. The one thing that keeps bringing me back is trust. These owners are not trying to rip you off. If you have a problem they will try and figure it out. If they can’t repair for a good price they will tell you who can.They even referred me to a competitor once because of the type of rims I wanted for a truck. Told me this other place had some good inventory and deals. I also had my AC go out. I took it in hoping it was as just a hose but ended up being the compressor. They told me they could not get the part as cheap as dealer and did not charge me for the hour they looked at it. Class place.

This place is amazing. I had people try to scam me and tell me I needed a lot of work done. Cleveland Tire checked out my car, only fixed what needed to be fixed, and got me out for 1/3 of the price. Theyre fast, polite, and will never try to take advantage of you.

I used to work here. The people skills of the technicians in the automotive shop are second to none. They are friendly, helpful and function well in a fast-paced work environment. If you are in a hurry, this is a great place to get an oil change or have tires installed.

I went here to get my car aligned and it couldnt be aligned correctly so they didnt charge me anything and of course they didnt try to get it as close as they could. But Im glad I didnt get charged for something that wasnt done correctly. Believe it or not the one right up the street charged me and said they got as close as they could

Awful place...said they did things that they actually didnt....

Walked in and asked for 2 new tires and oil change on a Saturday morning. Gentleman at the front desk said he would have time to take care of me. Once he noticed my vehicle was with a fleet management company he instantly told me he couldnt fit me in the schedule. This was 3 hours before closing.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They did not know what a butterfly drain plug was and refused to service my vehicle for a simple oil change after I waited for an hour, stay away.

Need to replace a blown 5th wheel tire. They got us in right away and we were out in less than an hour on a busy Monday morning. Thank you John!
