Friendly and helpful staff. I had 4 tractor batteries that needed testing, and that gladly did so at no charge. I didnt need a battery this trip, but I noticed that they had a great selection of batteries, so Ill check back with them when I do have a need for a new battery.

Been here twice now and both times was taken care of with great customer and quick service.

I wish I could give this place an extra star! My car key battery died one evening and I stopped here to get a replacement. Miguel took really great care of me and was so kind! More recently I stopped here to get some batteries for a camping light and Kelly, the owner, was so friendly and accommodating. I will continue to come here for all batteries and bulbs just because of their amazing service and humble attitude. They really care about their customers here. 5+ stars!!!

The battery for my bike was half of what the dealer was going to charge me and it was in stock. The dealer was going to have to order it. The battery for my gate was in stock and less expensive than other places I looked. I will continue to be a customer here.

Ordered two deep cycle RV batteries on line for pick up in store. Store called to say they had only one in stock, but would have more in two days. Waited for the battery to come in and went to pick up. Clerk wheeled new batteries out to vehicle and wheeled used core batteries back inside. Processed core refund and provided rebate slips. I took my IPhone in for a replacement of my cracked glass when they checked it out the screen saver had multiple cracks but the glass was fine! They put on a new one and saved me $100!! They are trustworthy and fair. Thanks a new loyal customer.

Was sent over to this store from Verizon as they dont do repairs - my SD card was jammed into the slot, which prohibited my SIM card from being able to be inserted. Danielle was able to remove the jammed SD card - as she said surgery is complete and then reinsert both the SD and SIM card. They did not charge me for this service - as they did not really have a category for this minor repair - WOW! They were very kind, and saved me from having to get a new phone - Thank you Batteries Plus Bulbs - I will buy from you whenever I need bulbs or batteries. Great job!

Went to batteries and bulbs to buy bulbs and their inventory of Duracells was just about empty. Could only buy one 8 pack where I could have easily bought 3. No additional inventory in the back of the store. Come on people, you have one job!

Well I had to decide amongst the reviews for the iPhone repair places in Clermont and Batteries Plus was a winner. They were fast knowledgeable and kept to the quoted time frame. Would highly recommend!!The screen repair was first rate and the phone store where I traded it in, said it was in “pristine” condition.Costs less and way more hassle free than driving in to the Apple Store.

I will not be shopping at the Clermont, Fl store ever again! Store sign says open at 9:00am...at 10:20 a nice gentleman from another store came in to help customers. He is the only reason this store didnt get a zero.

I worked with Danielle at the Clermont location. After visiting Verizon twice for a problem on my iPhone. I was told that I needed to replace the entire phone. Since I had a second phone that I thought only required a battery, I decided to go to Batteries + Bulbs. I explained the problem to Danielle. She was very professional and asked if it was OK for her to examine. Obviously, I said yes as she appeared quite knowledgeable. After examining both phones and cleaning the contacts on the second phone, both phones now work correctly! In a world where people jump to conclusions without taking the time to provide service, Danielle expertise was refreshing. I would highly recommend if you have a problem with your phone, by-pass the phone provider service, who seems only interested in the sale of a new phone, and go to Battery + Bulbs. It was a refreshing experience!

I broke my iPhone 7 screen today and started panicking because all my newborn baby pictures were saved on it from day 1 months worth without backing up to cloud or computer until now. I am so happy I chose this place based off the reviews since my fate was in their hands even though it was a little more than I was hoping to spend in the end it was worth every penny! Also you are not responsible if they cant help you and it is not repairable which is a no brainer which thankfully was not the case. Kelly is my hero saved the day and my most prized possessions! Completely pissed, first they advertise a discount on the price of the screen to make you get a deal but once taxes roll in the price for my Iphone 7+, it was right back where it began at $150. And they checked my system to make sure everything worked fine, but now my screens auto brightness doesnt even attempt to work properly, my screens 3D touch is so backwards cause sometimes it works and sometimes it just does its own thing. Last night the screen froze and just stood there but my notifications were going off, but my screen wasnt responding. i would of been better off letting sprint charge me to fix the screen. And the best part is i lost my receipt and cant go back to talk to them. So just perfect.

This is the worst business weve ever had to deal with. The assistant manager is very rude and makes everything seem like the customers fault. We picked up the battery we purchased online, it wasnt fully charged so we took it back. We were told they couldnt take it back because it was used. How do you find out its a bad battery if you dont try it out? Then, we gave her the receipt and found out we were given enough someone elses receipt. She tried to rip it out of my hand when I took it back off the counter because it was proof that the store was doing something illegal. Our identity couldve been stolen because of it. Anyway, we had to look up our order online. Ms. Incompetent couldnt bring up the order in their system and asked if we could come back another day and we said no. She said she couldnt return the item so we picked it up off the counter, walked out and called customer service who we havent heard from yet. Stay far away from this location.
