Do not go to this hair store. Poor customer service. I purchased some hair and only opened the pack. It didn’t match my hair color so I called, he said bring it in as long as it’s not used I can take it back. I only opened it and he yelling it’s opened. Well, I told you on the phone it was opened. I brought it back in 10 minutes of purchasing it.

This is such an amazing place to go if you want a wig, extensions, earrings and so much more!! The staff are so kind, funny and patient! They have a big selection of wigs and they are all in great quality! When we come to Florida, we only come here to get a gorgeous wig! 100% faithful costumers from New Hampshire!!

This was a good store , friendly cashier, but I wish there was more variety of hair grease.

I stopped by Feb 27th and the owner (lady) was amazing. She was so sweet and honest. You have some people that just try to sell you something even when it doesn’t look right, but she didn’t she told me the truth.

Lots of quality wigs, you don’t see those brands in the other stores. I drive from Orlando Florida to choose from this business. The owner is very helpful, very patient and has a great selection to choose from.

Love this store. They have really grown over the years. They have much better quality products and a much larger inventory. There a ton of things to choose from. And they don’t have those high beauty supply prices. If I’m looking for something I always check their store first. The owners are very nice as well.

Unfortunately I live in an area where there is no close by beauty supply stores. The store is 40 minutes away from me so I called to see if they had a product I needed for my daughter and get pricing but they refused to give me pricing over the phone and hung up on me. I even called back to explain my situation further and he still refused. I was hoping to decide on a regular beauty supply since I’m new to the area but since the customer service is obviously not a priority this won’t be it.

Im so used to huge stores packed to the max, but this one wasnt overly stocked and you can clearly see everything. There was a smell, but nothing to gag about. There was a nice variety, I was just looking but I saw something I had to grab. Mind you Im in the ugly natural phase and just need a nice wig to throw on every now and then. When I first walked in a voice spoke, but I have no idea where it came from. Then I heard someone talking, I looked at the register there was a woman standing there on the phone.By the time I got back to the front, there was another customer being helped, so I stood by the front waiting. Even though now, there was a man up front on the phone. As the other customer left the store, I looked and the woman was gone too. But the man was still sitting on the phone.Standing there, with an item in my hand at that, waiting for him to finish his call, or the woman to re-emerge from who knows where, I think not. So I dropped what was in my hand at the front and walked out.It really was an ok store, but I have other things to do than stand around waiting to spend my money, while someone sits on the phone. On the bright side I found a store a lot closer to where I live.. so theres that.

I have been coming to this store for years and always send my clients there as well. They are extremely helpful and if they dont have what you are looking for they are more than willing to order it!

For a beauty supply store it was very limited and then the prices were high. I bought my products here bc I couldnt go anywhere else at the moment but I will be stocking up at my regular store from now on.

My experience here was very disappointing. I drove 30 mins to this store because there aren’t any beauty supply stores in my area . I had intentions on buying a couple packs of hair, however, I wasn’t sure if I wanted bangs or not. So I asked the guy who was working there if I could see one of the wigs that were on display that had bangs. The guy then asked “Are you going to buy or do you just want to see?” I then told him that I wasn’t buying a wig, but I was going to buy some hair. From there on, his attitude began. While getting the wig down he was shaking his head & mumbling things under his breath. I asked if it was ok to try the wig on & he said yes, but I have to get a cap, which he gave me. I tried it on. When I was done, I asked to see another one, the guy said “NO! waste of time, you aren’t buying.” I have never experienced such poor customer service. I was very shocked & disappointed to have been treated this way, especially when I had intentions on giving him business.

The owners are always professional, friendly and helpful if they dont have something in there they always go above and beyond to order it for you very helpful.

I LOVE GOING PRESTIGIOUS BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE AND THE WOMAN THAT OWN THE STORE ALWAYS HELPS ME,ANY QUESTION I HAVE SHE ANSWERS. THE STORE IS CLEAN NOT OVER PACKED AND I NEVER SMELL ANYTHING.
