Why advertise for order online and pickup in the store, if they only hold the order for 24 hours? Please explain? Placed an order on 10/14, didn’t receive an email for pickup until 10/17, and by 10/18 the order was cancelled. Went to the store and they said “I had all day 10/17 to pick up the order”, I told her, “I’m sorry mam, I sleep during the day because I work at nights, and you close at 6PM on Sunday”. Her response, “I don’t know what to tell you, but my cashiers fill the order within four hours”. That’s a complete lie, because if it was indeed filled within 4 hours, I should have received an email to pick up on the same day, not 3 days later. The lack of customer service is unreal. I tried showing her the email, and she says, “I don’t need to see that, the online ordering is still new and it’s not my fault”. Why not look at the emails? Instead of letting me repurchase the items, she continued looking at me with a confused face. I feel like it’s good when you’re spending your money, but when you have an issue, they’re so quick to dismiss you especially when they know it’s their fault. There’s no sense of accountability, it’s always a blame game. If I’m wrong cool, I’ll admit to it, but if they’re wrong they will never admit to it. I’ll never shop at this store again. The sad part is, I’ve known that lady for the last 4 years since I’ve been going there and never had an issue, always spend over $300 each time. Now today, she couldn’t help.

I love browsing BBW but we couldnt take one step without being bothered by a person working there. I understand theyre trying to provide good service but theres good service then theres driving the customer so crazy that they dont even want to stay and make a purchase. Sadly we came in for items we needed and decided to buy what we needed somewhere else where we could shop on peace.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. I go in for sanitizer and air fresheners. They have the best selection in town. Go in take a look around. Its worth your time.

I was taking a guest to pick up some things. I thought it would be nice to pick up some manly bath supplies for my new bathhouse. I guess my option was considered in the world of scents could be very opinionated. I was able to find some salts. There was only one type. Manly soaps and scents seemed to be a little harder to find. They did have a bourbon scent. But as a man who drinks bourbon. I did think someones nose was working properly.My guest on the other hand found all she wanted. And probably then some.It kinda made me feel like I was in a shoe store 50 Isles of womens shoesAnd acouple of shelves of mens

Any day that I can splurge and treat me and my loved ones to some goodies from Bath and Body Works is a very good day indeed. I lack any self control and end up spending more than I intended. I can live with the guilt. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. Every. Single. One. Of. The. Staff.

The best thing that stands out to me at this location is how friendly the workers are. They greet you upon entry, they assist with your needs, efficient with checkouts and they thank customers for visiting upon leaving. Very clean and organize store. Will recommend to any one.

Employees are not very helpful. Bottles were accidentally dropped they made no effort to help client pick them up, which was an elderly lady. The manager is rude or overworked.

I recently went to this location for the 5 wallflower refills for $18. I usually go to the Winter Garden village location but since I was I was in the area I decide to stop here. This was my 2nd time going here. The first time I went here I felt uncomfortable and just a bad vibe, but I brushed it off. However, I felt the same way when I came here the 2nd time. The employees are friendly, but they make me so uncomfortable. I feel like they are too up in my face when I’m shopping and want to talk a lot when all I want to do is shop in peace. I’m the type of person that likes to shop in peace so I can think about what I want since I am very picky about scents and it takes me time to choose. I also feel like I am be followed around and watched like a hawk, like as if I’m going to steal something. I have no desire to steal from anyone or any company so I don’t need to be followed around or watched. During my visit I didn’t see any other customers with a different skin tone than mine being followed around, constantly being watched, or up in their face by the employees. It makes me feel I’m being treated this way because of my skin tone. I think bath and body works needs to evaluate their employees at this location. I tried to give this location a 2nd try, but I don’t think I’ll be coming here again. I wanted to stay longer and pick out more things, but I just had to get out of there. I am really considering contacting corporate about this. Because this is not the first time I felt uncomfortable like this.

My favorite place!!! I love their semi annual sales and the coupons. When I need to do any gift, my number one place to go is always Bath & Body Works. They have so many different smells and cute things. My house always smells sooo good and everyone thats comes in it always gives me the best compliments about how good and fresh it always smells.I simply love it!!

I seem to always encounter difficulty when I go to Clermont, FL bath and body works. I left my items and drove to Posner Park in Davenport, FL where its always a pleasure to deal with the staff and the manager. I was told I couldnt use two different sets of coupons, they were from two DIFFERENT mailouts. They have their own rules

I went on the annual candle day and while it was busy, the store was properly managed everyone was happy even though it was 5 am, customers and workers alike were cheery. The line was a little long but it moved pretty fast. These workers need a raise!

They are super kind and helpful but it is so extremely crowded. Theres signs for social distancing and one way on certain floor parts but nothing is enforced.

They are short tempered, and none too helpful. Had a one day expired coupon I even called day before so I could create an order to use the coupon. They told me just to come me and it would be no problem. Came in this morning and refused to I ride and use my coupon 09/07/2020 bad attitude

3 wick candles are getting pricey but I still love them. Need a coupon, though. Wouldnt shop without one. Staff always helpful, patient, and pleasant. I enjoy talking with other customers, too. People are in a good mood in this store.

The store is as you would expect every other B&BW to be. Its clean, brightly lit, and fragrant. However, the staff (Tina in particular) leaves much to be desired. They are short tempered, and none too helpful. Or visit was around 1130 on 12/31/19, and Tina wanted to argue over the price of soap, which the whole display was mislabeled.

Mostly candles and items other than bath products it seems now. They still have some bath items but they have discontinued a bunch of stuff we liked and replaced them with other products.

I went to the store on a candle sale day, their busiest day of the year from what I heard, and at the end of the day at that.. I must say kudos to all of the employees , they were all very nice, helpful and still smiling.... and when I asked an employee how could they still be smiling and so nice at the end of such a busy and crazy day, he responded with a smile and said it hasn’t been that bad and The customers had all been really nice as well.. that really warmed my heart as an “almost” Clermont naitive. 😊 I’m happy to know their are so many kind people In my home town...

All I have to say is this store made me feel very uncomfortable today. I had 3 gifts to buy for 3 different people and I was indecisive of what I wanted so it took me longer to choose. Well while trying to decide what to buy there was a female employee following me around as if i was trying to steal something. This was the first time I ever experienced anything like this and by the time I even realized what she was doing I found what I needed for my gifts and just decided to leave instead of even staying to get myself anything. I could not understand why someone would attempt to steal anything in their work uniform/scrubs! I didn’t have any purse /bags with me, all I had was the BBW shopping bag they provide to customers while shopping. Additionally my uniform was not loose so it would have been noticeable if I had anything in my pockets. It’s the holidays and I understand you’re being more cautious however don’t do it to the point where you make your customer’s feel uncomfortable! She didn’t even ask if I needed assistance with anything. I will not be going back to this Clermont location ever again I would gladly drive 20 mins to Winter Garden instead.
