It was recommended to go to Lindsay tire when my normal tire shop discovered a cracked wheel on my wifes vehicle. I called and was told to make an appointment. 5 days later, I made special arrangements to leave my car at my appointment time of 8 AM. I was told that I would be called with the price of the job before work started. At 3 PM, I had not received a call, so I called them. They said that they were just now looking at it and that I would be called with a price prior to work again. 1 hour later, they called and said that the car was complete at a price of $172. (They must have welded the wheel in just 1 hour) They did not call prior with the price. After getting home with the car, I discovered that the valve stem cover was missing and that the tire was low on pressure. I filled the tire back up only to find it low again the next day. I called on Friday at lunchtime to complain. The response from Lindsay Tire was Sorry, people make mistakes. When I asked about a refund, the person I talked to said that they couldnt authorize that. I asked for a phone call back from someone who could authorize it. Not surprisingly, I never received a phone call. Now Im out my time, money, and a valve stem cover. And since the weld was shoddy, Ill need a new rim too. This business clearly doesnt care about quality work or customer care. UPDATE: After calling back on Monday after not receiving a phone call, I spoke to Sabrina who initially refused to provide a refund. She kept saying to bring it back for them to fix it. (Re-weld a welded wheel on a car that kids ride in?) After I was persistent, she said that she will give us a refund but included quite an attitude with it. There are plenty of other tire places in this area that care about what they do and know how to treat customers. Go there instead.

A RACK FEE?! Really? You made us make an appointment to have an estimate for a brake job and then when youre the highest estimate of 3 you have the nerve to charge me a rack fee because Im not using you?! Wish I could give 0 stars. Not cool! Did you read my review? All I wanted was a quote over the phone. I was told you had to look at it.

Friendly people, convenient location and usually fairly good prices (but ask for a price up front. I had a friend go there who didnt do so and ended up being charged $130 to have a starting problem diagnosed. It took all of 20 minutes for them to tell him that they could not figure it out, but still charged the $110). That soured me on them for good.They also misdiagnosed a problem in my sisters vehicle in the past, changing a starter that turned out to be fine. Her starting problem began again within days, and of course no refund. Guess that they are okay for tires, oil changes and small stuff.

Hands down the best place in the Clemmons/ Winston-Salem area for tires and vehicle repairs. Trustworthy, dependable and great pricing. Running multiple business’s I have a hard time scheduling things in advance due to the nature of my work. They are super accommodating and have managed to squeeze me in on multiple occasions.

I loved the straightforward quotes they give and how efficient they are. I used to go to another local garage, but will now bring my cars here for repairs and tires. Sebrina, the lady at the front desk, is knowledgeable and calls you promptly when your vehicle is ready or if any other repairs are noticed while they are working on your car. Ive been dealing with Jim and his crew for over eight years, and have always been treated fairly, and honestly. Car up-keep not cheap, and they generally work with me and tell me what needs to be fixed and what I can get by with. Seems they are more than willing to get you in when you buy tires, batteries, ect. After buying several sets of tires I needed a nail removed and plugged, was told it would be over an hour wait. An hour wait for a 5 minute job????? Great way to take care of your replete customers.

Great customer service, shop manager does a wonderful job. I dropped my car off to get a leaky valve cover replaced and new spark plugs. They were very reasonably priced compared to other shops in the area. I was able to drop it off before they opened and pick it up after work. About a week after they did the valve cover replacement, I had some major issues with the same part leaking even worse (think the exorcist but with motor oil instead of vomit) - ended up being a faulty part from the dealership. They replaced it quickly and were nothing short of wonderful about the whole ordeal even though I was a little frustrated about not having a working vehicle over Christmas. A++ Service, will always be my go-to shop. Looking forward to having them service my next car.

My wife and I have used Lindsay Tire for all of the maintenance on our 2012 Honda CRV and 2003 Acura CL 2.3. We have saved hundreds of dollars vs using the dealerships and have gotten great service. I would never come to this place. Definitely dont pay up front and need a refund they will issue a check to anyone that claims they paid for it then tell you its your responsibility to go find that person... this company will cheat you every which way they can to keep your money... Terrible customer service. Spent 400$ on a set of tires and went in for a rotate. After rotation I had a shake in the steering wheel and wanted them to rebalance the tires and was told it would be 20$. It wasnt a problem before I went in but they would rather argue them correct the problem. I would never recommend them very poor customer service. The lady working the desk needs some people skills

I have been coming here for about 5 years now. I have been living 3 hours away in Greenville, NC and I still drive back for any and all work because that’s how much I trust and love the work they do.They will never cheat you, over charge you, or lie and tell you that something needs to be replaced.My parents use to go to Mock Tire for their cars, then one day my moms window would not go back up. She took it over to Mock and they told her it was the motor for the window and it needed to be replaced and it would be $300-$400 to fix. She called me and I told her to take it to my place first to get a 2nd opinion. After 10 mins of looking at her car they told her it was a $15 fuse and had her out of the shop in 10 mins.Any and all car things come here and they will treat you like family!!

Brought my car in to replace a sensor and $200 later my car sensor was not repair. They want you to bring the car crack so they can do a $80 diagnostic test for a problem they never fix. The receptionist has a horrible attitude and nasty mouth. She very rude. I would not recommend this place.

They forgot to tighten my lug nuts and my rear tire flew off my truck they fixed 1 bent lug and put my wheel back on but that was it, wouldnt even align my truck and now (probably from my rear end smashing the ground at 50mph) my rear end is starting to make funny noises. Charged me $100 to fix a blown fuse, never gave the car a test drive, and sent me on my way. Drove the car for a few days, and the same problem happened again. They made me pay for a tow to their shop, and then charged me again, even though the technician did not fully test the vehicle. Not appreciative of the fact I had to pay for a technicians mistake.
