Needs a major renovation and more employees!The women’s restroom smells strongly of MOLD. It’s overwhelming. If you have allergies, don’t enter.One open register and no self checkout. 6 customers waiting to check out and 3 more in line at the service desk.I’ve been to some nice Kroger stores. This isn’t one of them.This one has a good selection of products and nice employees.PLEASE fix the issues.

Kroger is conveniently located, clean and usually well stocked. Also, they have pretty good prices. Id give them a five but sometimes you have to stand in line FOREVER!!!

While i found the 24 pack of pepsi i went in to buy the aisle was left sticky down the entire length and i was asked for my ID and thinking it was a joke i kinda laughed it off until the cashier asked if i didnt have an ID. I didnt know you had to be over 21 to buy a pack of soda ill try elsewhere and see if i have a similar problem

Lousy customer service and no self check out kiosks leave you standing in long lines with just a few items. As much as I dislike Walmart, I go there instead. Much better layout...and service.

I recently witnessed a manager loudly berate an employee. Tactless and unnecessary in my opinion. Constructive criticism might have been warrented, but you do it calmly and dont make a public spectacle out of it. I actually felt empathy for the employee, as I would have been embarrassed had it happened to me.

I really wish we could have one of the newer Krogers and a drive thru pharmacy. I had to move my RX now that I have to use a wheelchair, to a different pharmacy. Its just to much of a pain. While they are trying to have a bigger selection it has made it hard for me to shop to much stuff you cant get past. I do not use the motorized carts anywhere not just Kroger they hurt my back.

I get my meds here now,the pharmacy is the most awesome place I have ever experienced! The work very hard with everything,but when they started helping me pay the cheapest price possible! They are the best!! Love them

Shop somewhere else for produce and bakery. I stood waiting at the deli for ten minutes waiting for service...so I now go across the street to Walmart.

History: Back in 1987 this grocery store open. Most people dont know that this grocery store went through several renovations. The renovation they did in the 1990s was a big mistake. I wish the store would go back to the original 1980s look, it had a far far better look. It had a seafood counter, a real floral department and the produce layout was bigger. The Deli area was slightly larger and had a small eatery area. The bakery department if I remember was a lot better. The meat area was better stock. Overall it was just a better store. Plus in those days. Kroger tried to keep most of the registers open.Prices: The pricing at this store is on par with other Krogers. Cheaper than Albertsons more expensive than HEB, etc. Sticking to the house brand helps keep the total bill down by a lot. If you going to shop for name-brand products I recommend going to Walmart or HEB. They do very well on beef sales and soda sales.Customer Service: The overall amount of help given at this store is on par with Walmart. When you walk into this grocery store back in the 1980s you felt like you walked into a radio shack. You constantly had people ask you if you needed help or answered questions. Of course, this is an issue with all Krogers now sadly.Selection: There for a while Kroger tried to specialize in hard to find items. This was I guess biting into shelf space for their common items that get sold. So they dialed it way back. I find it odd because even at the larger Kroger marketplace, they didnt expand their selection. They just make their common items look wider by having 20 packets of the same cheese in a row. Sadly stores like HEB, Winco, etc. Leave Kroger in the dust.Produce: Back in the day. The format of the produce was laid out in long horizontal rows. With far more selection and better-looking fruits and vegetables too. Now it has shrunk substantially, with fewer items of each. I feel like its more of a boutique produce shop instead of a grocery store.Overall: This was a fantastic store back in the day. But too many bad renovations came along and ruined it. For general shopping and needing to grab something quick it works. But I would look at HEB if you going to do some serious shopping. Krogers, in general, have never really figured out the Texas market. Even the Kroger Market places have fallen flat in Texas.

Live in Stephenville but lgo to Cleburne Kroger, several times a month with Mom whos a local.Excellent produce, & guys that work in produce friendly & helpful. Maintenance man has personality plus. Clerks do their jobs well also.

Good spot with most everything you would need (baring exotic ingredients) Staff is helpful and polite and I seldom have to wait long to get checked out. You can tell the store has been there for a long time. Its clean and pleasant, but it could benefit from a refresh/update.

One or more store employees not wearing masks despite the official statement from Kroger to maintain mask requirements in Texas stores.

I allways go to Kroger they have there problems like putting stuff on the shelf to fill a hole and thats not the price.but I can park close most times and go in shop go home

Usually I have no complaints about this store.. I bought a salad from here just a few hours ago and it has mold all throughout it. Checked the expiration date and it shows to still be good. Ill continue to shop here because it is usually quick in and out. But I will never buy a salad from here.

I visited this store today for the first time ever in a Krogers store and I felt right at home. The customer service was very good. The store is very well maintained and low prices too! I will definitely be back!

Deli is the worst my food is freezing cold I got mash potatoes with no gravy they dont even have gravy and the potatoes were freezing cold and my chicken isnt cooked. Worst deli ever!!! I will not be getting deli from them anymore and will be reporting them to health services and the better business bureau! Very upset with that department! 😡3/3/2020I had a cashier tell me that she can check me out since I was next in line and then when I got up there she literally yelled at me cuz it was for less items although she told me she could! This place has nothing but rude cashiers all the time!

Everytime I go here most of the cashiers always seems like they are in a bad mood. I had a coupon and the person who was checking me out tried to get the coupon to work and helped as much as possible but when he tried to get help from a lead cashier he seemed like he was irritated and couldnt help. He was checking people out but did not even try to get help from someone else or anything. The coupon was correct as I used it at another store no problem afterwards. I dont normally go to this store but it is close to my childs doctors office which we use the pharmacy at this location but I tend to go to the burleson location which I may have to just start going there only since this was a bad experience. It is also not the first bad experience either.

Customer service is non existent in the pharmacy, three clerks plus pharmacist stand there, while I wait for someone to say something, no one else in line but me, finally the clerk comes up, ask me for a birth date, rings the order and hands it to me, and steps away, I said have a nice day and left, you know common courtesy like common sense are not common any more, its sad, this is just one of the reasons why, people are ordering there groceries online, well Walmart is across the street and HEB is a block down the street, I believe I will give them a try

There is an older woman named Ginger that works there that made a great impression. Every time ive been in there she has been good to me. Thanks Ginger.

Staff is always super nice, and they always offer to help you take your bags to the car. Very clean establishment, and the deals are AMAZING! Highly recommend this place!

The people in the pharmacy are amazing. They are so helpful, they always go out of their way to do whatever they can. Weve used a lot of the pharmacies in Cleburne, but stopped our search when we found Krogers.

I will say that Kroger in Cleburne is a smaller store and does not carry as many choices as other stores in this area. But the choice they do have are good. Their meats are much better than some other stores. They are a little more expensive but worth it.

Lots of variety. If you bring your own bags, be prepared for them to completely spazz and not know what to do. Other than that, its great.

Love Kroger. Love the sales. Employees are helpful. Kroger has been one of my favorite stores for over 30 years.

Less than welcoming at their customer “service” area where they consider themselves separate from other Kroger’s and will not accept any returns from another Kroger. So after another Kroger sold me a tainted bottle of $20 wine I now must trek back on my own time to hope that they fix it. And seriously - they don’t have to loudly point out several times that it’s illegal to return an open bottle of wine. I wouldn’t have to if it was right in the first place. If you wouldn’t return a physically present obviously tainted wine, you sure as hell wouldn’t based on the honor system.Point of this story - Kroger is usually a great company - this location is not a part of that. Steer clear!

Very small, old business. Very little updates and prices are high for the most part. The pharmacy is popular and has great folks working there.Produce is limited, over priced and not very appealing.The Kroger corporation seems to have no desire to do much with it. Yet they opened a huge modern store further North in Burleson.Last time I walked in, there was one cashier and she was bored.

Have always enjoyed shopping at the Kroger in Cleburne, until today, apparently there was misinformation regarding a rain check on briskets, no harm-no foul......but Miss Brandy was rather rude in her attempt to explain the situation. I believe I will take my business down the street to HEB.

Great store, not my favorite in Cleburne but always friendly and the prices are very competitive. I got a brisket there a couple weeks ago that was not only delicious but also was half the price of any other store in town.

This smaller Kroger was somewhat disappointing. I need, a few slices of Bacon for a meal I was planning. Has a deli, was informed if I only wanted a couple of slices. I would have too use the Burleson, store, or purchase a whole package. Not part of my Budget. In Burleson I can buy bacon buy the slice. If I need 1/4 of pound. I. Can buy that. Not much sense in buying a pound or more if I need less. I went to Kroger specifically, due to the features I was accustomed too in Burleson. For service I guess Ill have to to buy my groceries when I go to Burleson. Customer lost. To that location.
