I stopped to purchase some gas. I walked up to the cashier (who was behind glass) and put a twenty dollar bill in the pass-through. I knew I had too much pocket change so I asked the cashier to give me a second. I pulled out from my pocket a lot of coins. However, I only counted out eight quarters and put them in the pass-through before saying, $22 on pump four, please. The cashier looked at me like I just kissed my sister and in a irritated tone replied, Im not allowed to take that many coins. After he said this, he literally looked past me as if I wasnt standing there. That directive may or may not have been true. If true, I understand he was doing his job. That said, my source of contention is the way he relayed this to me. Body language, tone of voice, eye contact (or lack thereof), etc. can at times say more than actual words. Im a realist and I know Its normal to have a bad day at work, but with gas prices so high and everyone trying to get through these crazy times, perhaps more of an effort to be professional. At the very least, maintain eye contact with your customers.

Love love HEB! How is this store not everywhere! Great business model, great deals, nice set up (aisle width, cleanliness, use of space) and best of friendly staff and management!

As always a great store. Wide variety of items to choose from. Produce always looks fresh and have everything you could possibly need. Never have a problem getting all the items on my shopping list. Love this store.

HEB was my fave in Waxahachie and is now my closest and favorite in Cleburne, TX. Their stores are clean with great checkers. I especially like having 25% off markdowns on chicken and occasionally beef! Fresh veggies, too.. Great values!

I used to love HEB until I moved to Cleburne. This is the worst run HEB that I have found. These kids working here do not care. That is okay because Walmart is right down the street.

I buy groceries from HEB. I like their produce. There is a varied selection of fruit and it is always fresh. I especially like a product called Simple Meals. There is a large selection to choose from. My favorites are the chicken eggrolls, bean and cheese enchiladas, and chicken fettuccine Alfredo. They also have fish dinners, beef, chicken, pork dinners with veggies, salads and some meatless dinners. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have a favorite person who bags the groceries. His name is Bruce. He is very personable and a hard and thorough worker. My husband likes to joke with people and Bruce is such a good sport and can keep up with my husband. So there is my book on HEB!

Got my tags for my van at the service center. It took 5 minutes. That was awesome compared to the hours it couldve took at the tax office.

Its been twice that i go and get some pre cook corn tortillas and they are expired!! I know its kinda my fault for not checking on the date but cmon HEB clean out the sad part is that i never keep the receipt so how can i go and tell em(this happened yesterday). I love HEB but this happening twice makes me not wanna go there again!

The seafood and fish department is the best in town, has a great friendly manager that keeps us customers expecting what new fish and seafood he’ll have every week! It’s a pleasure to buy in this department, you can tell when management is good by what they offer. Kudos for the manager of seafood department

Same old HEB. Frigin awesome!! Always have what you need and constantly improving and upgrading. Has been my #1 grocery spot since moving to Texas.

Clean, neat store. An employee is posted by the entrance to hand out masks and disinfects for your cart. The only thing I could not find was 409 spray cleaner. Nice flower department. Great fresh veggies. Go there once or twice a month. Highly recommend.

I want to Brag on the Cleburne HEB Butcher Partners... I always have my Beef Cut to my @Kowboycooks Specification. These guys are always Spot-On and always Super Helpful and Friendly!

What can I say. Its HEB in Cleburne. The girl behind the counter at the pharmacy was more interested in visiting her friends at the counter then taking care of the customers waiting in line behind her.

I waited all day to have groceries delivered, they never texted me they were out of stuff. I didnt get a chance to change it. They will not bring it out. I waited from noon to 7 pm. They will not bring me any water that I ordered. Very disappointing, I was never texted or email about being out of stuff. They tried to tell me I was, I can prove it.

First time there as we do not have one in our town. Great store. Loved all the selection. Cant wait to go back. Ill drive a little for that luxury.

Nice new facility with an excellent variety of groceries. I enjoy their varies departments including the Sushi market. Gets real busy daily but thats a sign of Quality and Popularity...Shop here...you wont regret it.

A bit picked over and chaotic. Im sure it was my timing but our family needed a few things as we were away from home. If Im in the store earlier in the day and it is freshly stocked I will definitely need to update my review.

Ordered wedding cake-- made bride very happy the day of ordering ! Same day ordered flowers fir bouquet ! Bride spent almost $500 but was walking on air when we left.

The price gouging has gotten ridiculous. Its a shame theyre taking advantage of people during a pandemic. Every single item costs at LEAST 50 cents more than it used too, most things are marked up by over a dollar now. Typically only has 1-2 aisles open as well to force you into self check out, which is so typical of grocery stores today. HEB used to pride itself on giving back to its local communities, now its price gouging and laying off people who need work. And dont even get my started on the selection, this store has nothing anymore. Huge empty shelves, every aisle is dirty and has misplaced products, and when you do find what you want youve got maybe 1-2 options.

This is MY HEB, I come here every morning during the work week to pick up my breakfast and lunch for the day. Id say 90% of the employees will greet you and actually say good morning to you. They have everything you need at this store. I really wish that the HQ would consider upgrading this store because that would just be awesome!

This is actually for the HEB pharmacyWe were helped by Tiffani, she told us our prescriptions werent ready for another 15 mins or so we could stay at the window (under the shade in +100 degree weather!!) but if more cars pulled up if we could pull around and get in line again so those cars could be taken care of while we waited. No cats showed up so we stayed there the whole time. At our drs we had gotten prescription discount cards and she said with what they have provided for discounts she was gonna try to pull the prices on our prescriptions lower. One was 30$ and she got it down to 17$, and the other was 17$ and she got it down to $5. She didnt have to do all that but she was willing spend a few more mins and find the best discount for us. Thank you for that!

I really like HEB.Theyre almost always clean and fully stocked. I was in 30 minutes before closing on Sunday night, so they were low on a few things, but not completely out. Great location on Henderson!

I was disappointed with the self check out lane scanning my items but has the worker went to assist me she didnt seem very friendly and has she directed me to the office the lady there seem to not be very caring. Will I come back for another try ? Yes maybe my visit will be better but other than that the store was nice and had things that I like to buy

Had to pick up some scripts. 14 of them. Didnt expect any prob so went thru drive thru. Turned out, we had to cut 3 of them by thirds cuz if the cost so they did it on the spot. They were amazing & helpful & patient. Was really great service!!! Thank you!! 🙏🙏

Lately weve been going in there trying to get things weve got some of their yogurt that went bad in less than 3 days we even got no from then it went bad in the day we got cheese from them and went bad in 2 days so got to watch it all their low-income stuff learning shows are never stock and they dont have anything in the back for always behind this covid is really kicking lot of businesses but

These five starts go to Cleburne HEB fish and seafood department, thanks to it I save on gas and dont need to drive to Burleson anymore. The manager Luis is so knowledgeable of what hes selling, we appreciate his inputs and professionalism always taking care of his costumers and trying to gets us the fish variety we deserve in Cleburne. Kuddos for this manager, its a pleasure to be treated with the importance we customers deserve, it makes us come back. On the other hand, the staff at the Deli is the rudest Ive ever seen my God, you can be the only customer waiting that they wont even look at you and continue with whatever tray they are preparing. How come the bosses dont see it? Cant yalls realize most people do like myself, we rather go to Walmart, Kroger or Albertsons to get our Deli meats...just pointing that out and leaving it there :)

Got donuts, the price was cheap, flavor was good, but anything stuffed had barely anything inside, guess u get what you pay for..

If you want a quick bite to eat HEB has a good selection of pre-made sushi rolls and chicken dumplings. Oh, dont forget the desserts!

They actually put people at the check outs so everyone isnt stacked up at the self check out or the two manned registers they have open like some stores I wont name. You know who they are.😒

I love the store associates they are usually always friendly, they have good sales and yellow coupons are a plus but even with all the perks I usually dont shop there alot bc the parking lot is always a traffic jam bc the parking lines or spaces (something) isnt right and the cars and trucks cant park and back out with ease like normal parking lots.

New favorite grocery store! This is like Aldis and Wegmans got married and I didnt think it could be better than those two!

Both times I shopped here used bathroom and the Cleburne location is a big nope for me after 3 minutes in restroom employee appeared using restroom then left returned doing the same thing 5 times in the ten total minutes I was in there making it very weird and awkward for me and also hovered by door talking to another employee granted I went straight to restroom before doing shopping so theft was never a question so not sure why this occurred

Our favorite grocery store! We are so blessed to have H-E-B in Cleburne; no other grocery store offers the variety of groceries and fresh produce. I especially like the Hispanic items, many of which are produced in Mexico. Sometimes hectic and crowded, still they offer friendly, efficient service!

I love HEB stores, but this one is not the best one Ive been in. There were a lot of empty spaces and not enough selections.

They have fresh produce and condiments at a affordable price and they dont try to scam you with prices . The way Walmart does and they are always willing to help their customers and honest when you ask them a question about an item.

Went to H-E-B yesterday. Got everything we needed plus a few things we didnt really need. It was a great experience, and their prices were not as high as what Iwe are used to paying. Will definitely go back.

Nice clean store. Everything youd want in a grocery store with a deli and fresh food. I went to get something for lunch and found a chicken sandwich and some chocolate chip cookies; yummmmm, my favorite. It was my first visit ever to an HEB and wont be my last.
