I’m not from cleburne but I went out on a limb and decided to check out Midas. I knew I had a bad oil leak, already stressed because I didn’t know how much it was going to cost me. I dealt with Michael Conover and trust me when I tell you that he went out of his way to let me know everything and I was updated on what he was doing as he fixed it. I was very well please with their services and I would definitely recommend to others.

These guys here always get your problems fixed on the spot and tell you what it will cost up front no surprises. Highly recommend

I was told that my brakes went out because a hose was broken so I paid for the he hose and the pads to be changed almost a week later water my brakes went out on the freeway with my children in the car with me and I was also lied to I told them the day before I was coming in the next day and I was told that was fine I tried to come and called before hand and the store was closed. I am livid and want my money back

On a small 2016 car $125 per axle @$260. They installed high quality pads i had already purchased. I had asked them NOT to mess with one wheel stud (discount tire was paying to fix). But this tweaker manager had messed up two other studs (3 total now) and cross threaded !! 😦 Very Upset. As this was my 1st & Last visit with Midas in Cleburne, Tx.

I tried 3 different places and only Midas would take me as a walk in for a four wheel wheel alignment and tire balancing. The other places I tried wanted me to leave my car or schedule an appointment, but I couldnt do that because of my work schedule. Anyways, Midas did a fantastic job with my Ford Focus....It now rides very smooth !!! It rides smoother than it ever has !!! Thanks Midas !!!

Cross threaded 4 wheel studs by improper use of impact to put lugnuts on rear tire!Poor new brake pad installation, as 2wks later steering wheel shakes bad when applying the brakes.One manager wouldnt even listen to me asked him not to worry about 2 missing lugnuts on front tire as I was going to auto store across street afterwards as he put 2 locking lugnuts on front tire that I have no key for, nor did they give me a key.To many mistakes I paid for. I was a 1st time customer happy when came in, became more & more upset as I observed their work ethic, but quickly became confused, mistreated, disrespected, and then the damaged property on my $53k vehicle was to much.Never using Midas in Cleburne, Tx. again!!

I have gone to this place many times, and they always work with me to help me get back on the road. They can usually determine what the problem is fairly quickly and solve it as soon as they can. I get great customer service when I come here.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The mechanics are honest and knowledgeable. Mike is amazing, he took his time and corrected/reinstalled headers and exhaust system that were improperly installed by another shop in Alvarado. I highly recommend Midas and Mikes crew! You can depend on them to get the job done right the first time.

Theyve taken good care of my family for around fifteen years. Honest and efficient, the rare trustworthy mechanic.

First problem with this shop i was not informed of how they were going repair my vehilce and what part they were going to use. Second problem the installation was very poorly done and a very cheap part was used to fix. Third problem they did not install the cheap fix correctly. I ended up fixing it myself the right way. Fourth problem the price to have this very poor job done was extremely high. I probably could have taken vehicle back and had them fix the issue but after all that was done wrong I wont come near this shop again. I advise anyone else thinking of having work done at this shop to reconsider and have it done elsewhere. I gave midas in cleburne 1 star but I feel that 0 star rating would reflect on them better.

I dont recommend getting your vehicle inspected there. If the guy is having a bad day, hell flag your car for something that isnt even wrong and youll have to alter your car to get it inspected at all.

You cant ask for a more friendly staff.They are reasonable on prices.Been going for a few years now, would recommend. My parents have loved these guys for many years.

I have used this shop a handful of times simply because they are conveniently located and have never had a good experience. But I was going to try them again. I pull in there today to check on a transmission flush for my vehicle a simple drain and refill and was quoted $169. Slashing for the parts and labor and it was $60 for parts and 75 for labor I said how long does it take you said typically 45 minutes so $75 for 45 minutes of work you got to be kidding me!

Michael does wonderful work while being kind and quick. He will beat any quoted price you bring in. My car is old and has a lot of miles. He sorted through its issues and now it is running clean, efficient, and like new. I couldnt be more pleased with my experiences there.

Reasonably priced...decent turnaround time...clean waiting room...overall would recommend their services....update a week after they did entire brake system something was really wrong with brakes... Called them and told them about it and they had me come right over which I did... Come to find out my new drum became warped... They ordered a new one...had it delivered and fixed the car within a few hours... The gentleman who fixed it saw I was disabled and noticed my windows were dirty and actually took the time to clean them all including the inside of my front windshield!!! How thoughtful and considerate is that!! Theyre the greatest!!

My wife took our car in to check on our air conditioner. She was told it would be $1200 to get it fixed although couldnt tell her what was wrong with it. They even told her that i must have wrecked the car. I thank its a shame that people making commissions try to take advantage of people. I told her to leave we took it somewhere else and got it fixed for under $200. I wouldnt recommend these crocks to anyone!

Very rude manager. The guy acts like you are bothering him when you go in to ask for an estimate. I went twice to give him a second chance. He blew it both times. He likes to talk down to you like you are a moron. Never once said sir. You could tell the other employees were miserable as well. Plenty of other places to get work done on your car. No need to go here and be insulted. This place needs a management change.

The reviews said that this place was affordable so I decided to give it a try. I was quoted $600.00+ to replace a fan and coolant reservoir that’s laughable.

A small repair shop located in Cleburne just passed H-E-B grocery store. This is an automotive repair shop, they do different types of repairs to your automobile. They offer brake jobs, mufflers, oil changes, shock replacement, and they also sell Interstate Batteries and could get more parts if needed. The staff are friendly behind the counter and are helpful with suggestions. The waiting area is small but clean and the bathrooms are customer friendly. Although you may check your receipts theyre only human sometimes theyre make mistakes on the pricing and you may want to keep an eye on it. It was just a simple mistake but maybe cuz they were in a hurry overall they offer good repairs and strive for customer satisfaction.

Great service and great prices

I took my car here about a month ago. I bought the spark plug mass airflow sensor. Even with buying my own parts it cost close to 300$ for a month later I have it back in the shop to find the cause to be one of my sparks plugs blew out due to it not being tight in the whole way. They are over priced an dont do a good job. I will never waste my money agian Im not saying all midas are bad Ive only experienced this one an I would not recommend it to anyone unless u want to repair there mess up.

This place is a joke, they did more damage to my vehicle than fixing it. I brought my vehicle to them for front brakes they replaced the pads and rotors, a month later I heard a grinding noise, so I took my vehicle back, they said they couldnt find anything wrong. Another month went by and the grinding turn it to a metal on metal scraping and grinding. Took my vehicle back a third trip and the said the bearings were bad, they looked past the fact that there was almost no grease in the rotor or on the bearings, so I paid for new bearing on the left side and had them repack the right bearings with more grease, since the right bearing were just fine, they said. Two days later the grinding noise was back and I returned again. They took the tires off nothing else and looked at the rotors and calipers, said they didnt see anything wrong, again. I asked them to check the bearings this time, they said they wouldnt do anything to my vehicle unless I paid them to do so, or paid them to replace the rear brakes and some ball joints first. If they cant even do a simple pad slap or back their work after 2 days, Im not even going to let them touch anything else on my vehicle. So they, yes they declined to do anymore work to my vehicle including repairs to fix their screw up. I will file a complaint with BBB first thing in the morning, and I have taken my vehicle to Terrys Tires for repairs, I know the owner will not only stand behind his work but he stands behind everyone of his employees work. If a customer has any doubts what so ever, hell do whatever he can to make the customer not only happy but safe.

We brought our Jeep here last year to have the catalytic converter replaced. They did a fantastic job and the price was as quoted. We were very pleased and thought we had found the perfect mechanic for our car maintenance needs. Would have been a 5-star rating had my story ended there.Fast forward a few months. Brought the Jeep in to have the oil changed. They offered to rotate the tires for us as well. BIG MISTAKE! After less than 400 miles the front left tire quite literally fell off on US 67 between Cleburne and Keene...at 65 MPH. I was very fortunate to avoid hitting and killing a driver in oncoming traffic. Two of the lug bolts were snapped clean off; two others bent. This resulted in damage to the rim that was beyond repair. There was also over $3000 worth of body and other damage based on the estimates that we received.We had the Jeep towed back to Midas, as the tow driver commented that this looked as though the lug nuts were not fully tightened and worked loose. The owners face went sheet white when we pulled up and he said that they would do whatever was necessary to make it right, even offering up a rental car.Well, apparently, whatever necessary was prefaced by if the insurance company allows it. We were told by Midas that the claim was denied because the Jeep had too much rust that could have caused the lugs to break according to the insurance. (We later asked the Jeep service personnel if they agreed with this assessment. They replied that there is not enough rust to have caused that kind of damage.)FOLLOW UP: After filing a BBB complaint, their insurance company contacted me and we finally were able to reach a settlement. It is a shame that it took such drastic measure to settle.

This place ripped me off hard! The manager was a d!@# and to make a long story short, they didnt bleed my brakes and it caused my cylinder on the rear driver side shoes to blow out and pour brake fluid everywhere constantly completely draining my Reservoir to where I have to put a 1 whole container sometimes 2 a day. I have had to drive it around like this for over a week cause some of us cant afford to get it fixed when I just paid $300 for them to do the front brakes. Point being, dont go to this place EVER! Like messing around with peoples brakes is a very super serious thing! Everyone who drives usually knows that, if you run out of brake fluid, well, you are NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO STOP WHEN YOU NEED TO AND GET INTO A WRECK AND DIE OR SERIOUSLY HURT!!!DOOOOO NOOOT GOOOO THEREEEE!Unless YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!i

Customer service was pleasant but they charge $100 per axel for break pad replacement which wasnt made clear to me. However, they let me bring in my break pads. Apparantly some places wont allow that. But the Arlington Midas on pioneer pkwy charges $75.00 per axel. Go figure. I didnt shop around, my mistake, and needed it done in a pinch. For my next brake/oil/or anything, Ill go elsewhere.

I went in to get an aliment because my 2003 ford explorer was pulling to the right a little bit and they told me I needed a camber cast kit which I dont know how true that is because it came from the factor driving strait and they told me I needed new lower a arms which I did and said they had to take the upper arms off that I put on the day before and replace them with new ones and 925 dollars and 1 day later I got my truck back pulling way harder to the right than it was and my a arms a squeaking again and this was a week ago so they got paid to do a job and do it right and they couldnt even perform that correctly how pitiful a shop that cant even do a simple alignment
