Ive been doing business with Discount Tire for years and, in all fairness, have rarely dropped the ball. Theyve made a couple of mistakes over the YEARS, but thats the human element in anything. They are exceptional 👏 This is why I have made it a point to have most of my family doing business with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Free tire patching. But forgot I had a warranty so if it couldnt be patched they would have replaced it for free. Staff was super cool

The first time I went to this location for a set of tires I came home with all 4 of my wheels scratched and gouged. They made that right with a deeply discounted set of new wheels. However when my wife returned with the vehicle for the first rotate and balance the experience was even worse. After they finished up an employee proceeds to get in my vehicle and almost literally floor it (90% throttle applied according to my monitor in the vehicle) out of the bay, with the ebrake on. He gives an obviously terrible excuse and blows it off. My wife goes inside to mention to the manager that we are missing a couple of center cap screws and said employees lack of respect for other peoples property is concerning. Manager isn’t there, left name and number for a return call. As my wife is leaving the same employee yells at her from inside the shop. No return call from the manager either. If you value your property and want good work done, I would suggest another tire shop.

Discount Tire has always been my go to. The company as a whole has always treated me well. Today, was my first time at the Discount Tire in Cleburne. The team there were rockstars. I ordered my tires & made my appointment online Thursday for Saturday morning. I showed up a little early and they had me right in. My truck was finished (full set of new tires) and I was pulling out within 30 minutes. The whole time I was waiting, I listened to the team be upfront and transparent with every walk in about their wait time. They were courteous and friendly to every caller and in person customer. I see that less frequently these days, especially, when they are slammed with appointments every 15 minutes on top of walk ins. Awesome job!

It was a great experience coming here, the company truck has discount tires, and I took it to fix a flat that ocurred last night and left Us stranded on the road. Had to fix it with a plug. When they checked the tired they replaced it with a new one and made the rotation in all of the others. Ask for Adam, he can take care of your tire needs

Had not been to this location before. Had a patch that was completed at another Discount Tire location that was leaking air. Not only did Dustin and the team identify the leak but also was honest and upfront about an issue the patch had. Thanks to the team for taking care of the family. Not sure I could have had a more pleasant experience. Spent a decent amount of time on the phone discussing the best tire options for my truck and ended up going with a set that would need to be ordered. They arrived the same day and I was informed that afternoon.I made my way over to the shop - I didn’t wait long and my tires were on and I was back on my way.Great service all around, thank you!

So, my wife bought a new set of tires for her car just a year and one month ago. Found out about 2 weeks ago that 2 of the tires had road damage. She took the car in and they did manage to repair one of the tires but the other one was going to have to be replaced. They told my wife that they will have to order the tire, as it was not in stock, and it would be about a week to get it in, and that was fine. Well, received no word if the tire came in, so I called and spoke to the manager, not on purpose, and asked him if the tire was in. He said that he had no record of anyone ordering a replacement tire. He spoke with my wife and did give her a replacement tire, that doesnt match the other 3, and said he would order the matching replacement and it should only take 3 to 5 days, well that was 2 weeks ago. I know that it may not be a big deal to some, but if I buy 4 tires, I want them all to match, and if one needs to be replaced, I would want it to match. Not really to happy with this particular Discount.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I was on the way to Ft Worth when my tire was punctured and it losing pressure fast. It was almost closing time on a Saturday when I got there, but Discount Tire got me in and got it fixed and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. I just couldnt be more thankful for the great service and quick turnaround. Thanks guys!

I have done business with Discount Tire for over 40 years. Always great service, friendly helpful staff an well pleased with any help I have needed. Best place ever to serve your tire needs. When I purchased a used truck an had a flat before I got around to buying new tires they repaired the flat for free even though it was not their tire.

Fast and painless. What else can you ask for? I purchased online and picked up in store. We were in and out in 15 minutes without leaving the car. The order was even 2 days earlier than expected.

Unlike the discount tire stores in Houston, this store was filled a very friendly and courteous team. Watched techs work on cars and they were all doing it right. No over tightening lugs with impact or torque wrench. Quick in and out, very professional and definitely would recommend.

The front drivers side tire was wearing quickly and today I noticed strips of belts showing through the rubber. (Certainly there are better ways to say that, but I think you get my problem) The guy that checked me in at Disc Tire was awesome. He told me up front that my tire may be hard to find for today but he could special order it. That simply wouldnt do, so he checked inventory from over 240 stores in the DFW area and provided me a list of locations that had the tire I needed. He was polite, knowledgable, and understanding as he listened to my situation. These guys went above and beyond to help me find what I needed so I give these guys a 5 star rating.

I am from out of town and one of my tires started leaking air while I was here in Cleburne. I stopped by this shop to have it patched, and boy am I glad that I did! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They patched my tire and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this shop!

Took car in got 4 new tires, one old tire was flat they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Very professional and never felt rushed. They called my name and my car was parked right outside the front door. No looking in a parking lot. They do military discounts. I forgot so was my own fault. Awesome service, new tires, new stems, cert for refund, replacement, waste disposal, install & life of tire maintenance still under 600.00. Tires name brand with great mileage warranty. I really recommend this Discount Tires off W. Henderson they are top notch. We set everything up with Drew Deleon really a professional outstanding individual. Go if you need tires and you want great service.

Tires replaced in about 30 minutes. Only had two new tires put on. Its a look disorganized right now due to covid19. We decided to ask what to do and where to park. I had made an appointment, so I expected the team to know what I wanted. Luckily I brought in the info off the website. Its better if you pick your tires off the website and bring in the screenshot with you. The team seemed a little intense today. They appeared to be busy.

I was moving across the state when my ‘low tire pressure’ came on for the second time. Pouring rain, beginning to get dark and what seemed like the middle of nowhere I found a discount tire that was half an hour from closing. They quickly realized it was not just a low tire, but that I had managed to get a nail in my tire. They told me not to worry and they’d have it fixed ASAP. The garage was full so they jacked my car up in the middle of the parking lot in the pouring rain and got my tire fixed up and ready to go. I’m not sure if these gentlemen always have such great service or if it was clear I had a rough day by my appearance, full car and little dog in the front seat. Regardless thanks to the Discount Tire of Cleburne team for making what could have been a terrible day, a painless and pleasant experience. 5/5

I have becoming to this discount tires for years. I have boughten multiple sets of tires for my personal and company vehicles because they have been so great. Today after waiting an 1.5 hrs to be seen I got out told a manager and was given the response of and?. I asked how much longer and he said lets go see. He took me to a computer and showed me that I had been put under a different car and my name had been grayed indicating I had already been serviced.They immediately got me in and serviced after that and did what they could to make it right. Hence 2 stars. I will come back in the future and of it is better Ill give a better review.

My girlfriend and I were on our way to Dallas to see my new born nephew. Everything was going wrong, and then we have a blow out. We make it to discount tire, and they accommodated us excellently, made our tire affordable for us, and got us in very quickly to get us back on the road. We were waiting with the dogs in the shade outside and they went out of their way to offer us cups and filtered water for our dogs waiting with us. Jake and Linc. were excellent and completely turned our day around to get us to Dallas. They need a raise for the service they provided in my opinion and would recommend this discount tire a hundred times over.

Great service, got my flat tire on my truck fixed with upgraded version because they didn’t carry the same model anymore. For a low cost of around $23. Love their warranties they cover at their stores for tires you purchase at their store.

Bought 4 new tires for my daughter today. Didnt get the tires I thought I was purchessing. I only looked at the amount on receipts. Hope to correct this in the morning.

They have never pressured me into a higher category of tire, but have educated me on how $10 is a huge difference. I was told by jeep dealership that I needed 4 new tires. Said mine were all torn up. They wanted to charge me 770 for tire to fix a vibration in front. Took my jeep to discount tires for 2nd opinion. They inspected my tires and said they were fine, good tread and not torn up. Said needed to be rotated and balanced. Charged me 40 for all 4 tires to be rotated and balanced. They saved me 730 dollars. I buy all my tires from for the last 10 years. They dont cheat you, and wont lie to you just to sell you new tires. Love these guys. Always nice and courteous.

Needed tires for my wifes truck. Awesome salesman by the name of Drew helped us get the tires we wanted (truck came with highway tires, but we wanted some better looking truck tires) there were only two available, however, and he was willing to pick up the other two from another store the next morning on his way in to work, rather than us having to wait a couple days for them to be ordered and delivered.

Took a little longer than I expected but Id say service was good and the crew very courteous.

The staff was very friendly and professional but they always find a reason not to repair a tire and try to push me into buying even when I know the tire has a lot of life on it and nothing wrong except a nail. This was verified by the next tire shop that did patch the tire. Also, I sat for 45 minutes in the waiting room, with only two people in the waiting room, and my car was still in the parking lot, so I left.

Have pretty competitive prices. Free rotation is a plus. The only negatives I can give is youd better be prepared to spend 1 to 2 hours on your visit. So if you dont have plenty of time youll get frustrated and there are a few team members that are working and a few doing a lot of watching. Could run smoother and more efficient with some team coordination.

Tommy has always taken very good care of my tire needs. He has gone above and beyond .. Always making sure I got the best tire for my budget. And even when I didnt have the money for two tires.
