I been shopping with Vicks on and off for years. Recently I had an order that turned out to be a defective part. I notified them by email and Matt got back to me almost immediately. The refund came shortly after.Will definitely buy from them again and not hestate to recommend them to anyone.Vincenzo

This rating will be 1 star because there is no possible way not put down 0. I own an automotive shop in Iowa and was calling in to inquire about several parts on a car were working on, and i received the most rude and unprofessional treatment i have ever dealt with any one in this industry. I believe this is the first time i EVER left a review for a business... thats how angry i feel. For the good of your business you should do something about this matter, unless its the owner thats the problem... 🤯🤯🤯

Very impressed with the quality of their parts! I took advantage of their holiday sale and they took care of me. They called when they were not able to find a part for my order and really took the time to make sure I got everything. They even postponed shipping until I was back in town after the holidays!

Received parts quickly however my shipping rate changed twice. Instead of the $18 dollars as stated on internet invoice it increased an additional $12 dollars and then another $15 bringing the total charges to $ 45.00 dollars. It would have been appreciated if I had been informed of these charges as the invoice in the delivered package was $174.68 and then my checking was hit for $15 dollars more.

Most helpful parts distributor ive ever dealt with. Will actually answer your questions without trying to sell you useless parts you dont need. Also the parts they sell are reasonably priced and generally of great quality.

My experience has been good with Vicks. I bought their Spider 2000 header set up and although there was a problem with the order ( one of the 3 parts wasnt shipped ) they turned it around and got me the missing part immediately. Ive also had no problems getting someone on the phone there, as mentioned in other reviews.

I wish I would’ve gotten the person who answer the phone but he was very rude. I asked why my online order was not charged or shipped and got an attitude from the person. when I voiced my concerns about the delivery date, the person asked if wanted to cancel the order and get more expensive products from other companies. I get that your parts are less expensive but I’m not the one advertising the price or tagging the items, your company is. Im still happy with the all products but one person can ruin a company’s reputation.

Vick Autosports is my go to shop for all classic Fiat parts/items. I have two 124 Spiders, and Vicks has all of the knowledge and parts that Ive needed to get them back on the road. Their knowledge of Fiats and Alfa Romeos is unbelievable, and their custom made parts are the perfect thing to take your project to the next level. I highly recommend that you give Vick Auto a call - you wont regret it!

I am stunned and disappointed by the amazingly RUDE way I was treated when I called to inquiry about the shipment of my parts. The man, whose name was Andy, was rude from the moment he answered and it only got worse from there. When I asked why the shipping costs seemed a little high, the man said...if you didnt live in the middle of nowhere like Iowa, it wouldnt cost so much. And, went on to say, if Iowa actually mattered theyd have more than just 2 representatives in Congress. I couldnt believe he said something so unbelievably rude so I asked if hed ever been to Iowa. His response was...never been there and never want to go. Wow. I hope Vicks knows this customer from Iowa has spent thousands of dollars with this company and dont deserve this kind of rude treatment. Unnecessary and completely uncalled for. Horrible service. Just horrible.

I purchased a rear view mirror that arrived with a crack. I sent an email with a photo and a replacement was shipped the next day. Overall good selection with competitive prices.

After buying from Vicks comp over a year and never having a problem I got a product with lack luster quality. Asking to return it I was treated poorly and told to pay return shipping, then they denied the sale of a gift card to a family member. No mention of this to Vicks, but I shifted my business to them and had a similar issue, on a large item that couldnt have been cheap to ship. They agreed with my concern on the product, picked up return shipping and provided a full refund. This is exactly how Id expect to be treated. Frankly Im a bit surprised by some of these reviews as my experience was completely different...perhaps theyve learned a lesson and did a 180?...regardless, theyll continue to get my business.

Very rude, why would they have a phone listed if it is too much of a bother to answer calls. The person who answered sounded very annoyed the second second he answered the phone.. They lost me as customer at hello and the rest of the conversation just got worse so I made it short. Too many other places and ways to get the things I want without being treated like Im in the wrong when asking about their products.
