What a Surprise April was not only a delightful person to work with but was very knowledgeable, gave him tips he was not aware of. It’s sad that if you do not purchase a hearing aid from these people that they make things absolutely difficult to get your own records. What’s sad is that I am in sales and in the medical industry and I would never make someone jump through hoops to get what belongs to them! Very poor customer service!

These guys are the best! I highly recommend Audibel Hearing Aids! And I highly recommend the Clearwater, US 19 store! Robert, the hearing technician here, is excellent! I brought my father here, after he had returned three other sets of hearing aids from other vendors. My father was very doubtful that he would ever find a hearing aid that would work for him. After doing a series of tests, Robert was able to program a set of these high-tech Audibel hearing aids customized to my fathers hearing loss, and miraculously, he instantly regained about 80% of his hearing loss. And, not only was his hearing restored, but the discomfort and poor handling of background noise that he couldnt stand with other hearing aids was absent on the Audibel hearing aids. Robert and his staff could not have been more helpful... they bent over backwards to help us with our unique situation and we we able to leave that day with a fully functional set of programmed hearing aids. The Audibel hearing aid has changed my fathers life - he can now participate in conversations and hear his grandchildren! Furthermore, the ongoing service, support, and adjustments to keep his hearing as good as possible have been exemplary! They have gone out of there way and above and beyond to help my father on a few different occasions. Thank you, Audibel! And, thank you, Robert!

This place is so great and helpful. My father has either lost or misplaced a hearing aid and they always come through and get a replacement as quick as possible. My Father cant say enough about how well he is treated. He is lost without his hearing aids, so getting a replacement is important. Audibel Sunset Point is the best.

From the moment we walked into the office on Sunset and 19 we were greeted by a friendly knowledgeable staff. We filled out the necessary paperwork and Robert came right out to start our appointment.First off he did a hearing test on my husband and knew exactly where he needed help in his hearing. He fitted him with hearing aids and immediately my husband felt so much better with his hearing.I would recommend Robert and his entire staff. We felt very confident in his abilities and knowledge!

Audibel has the best hearing aids by far. I went to audibel to purchase hearing devices for my mother. They spent quality time fitting her perfectly. While I was doing this I thought about saving some money by looking into a pair of hearing aids made in China. When I compared the two, the audibel hearing devices were a thousand times better. My mom could hear clearly as with the others she really couldnt hear with any quality. And that makes a huge difference if you want the people you care about to be able to participate in the world around them. Thank you Audibel! Your service and hearing devices are the best. I turned to Sunset Point Audibel after giving up on a set of hearing aids from another company. Those amplified sound but did not make it clearer. At this office I was treated very well and spent considerable time being tested and having my aids adjusted until I could hear much better. I was able to finally hold comfortable conversations with family members who had been difficult or impossible to hear clearly. Television series and movies became audible again, after years of relying on captions because I couldnt make out what the actors were saying. At the Audibel center they were quick to respond to questions, provided clear explanations and obviously knew what they were about. It was a pleasure to visit.

I went into my local Sunset point Audibel a few months ago as I knew that I had hearing loss but was reluctant because I did not want to wear hearing aids at my age. Robert Greiner and Melissa have been wonderful to work with! The are very accommodating with scheduling appointments even for a unexpected need.Robert is very professional and easy to talk to. He was very honest when he told me that I certainly could benefit for the use of hearing devices but he never pressured a sale.Both he and Melissa always returns calls and take as much time as i need to answer any questions.Robert pays great attention to detail when making the necessary adjustments (which are always needed with new devices). He also takes the time to educate you about your hearing, how the testing works and how the devices may or may not meet your individual needs.He genuinely cares about you as a person and goes the extra mile to make sure that you receive extraordinary care the the most optimized hearing possible.I was also pleased to learn that they offered interest free financing options which made affording my hearing aids less stressful. I have been using my custom fit all-in-canal devices for a couple of months now and I am very pleased with them. Though it was difficult to admit that I needed them, I dont regret going to Audibel.Robert and Melissa get five thumbs up!!

Came into audible a few weeks ago with my aunt browsing around for a hearing aid she would we comfortable with. Rob over cane all of our expectations! As soon as the guy saw that I had no insurance and learned that I have worn hearing aids for 35 years and was not a newbie ready for exploiting for big bucks, he canceled my session because my wife was not with me. He did not even furnish me with a brochure of their aids. The receptionist was not trained to greet customers with hearing problems by speaking slowly, enunciating clearly and looking at the customer rather than her computer as she recited her canned spiel. I had to inform her to do all three. It is obviously a high pressure sales organization. I see that it is NOT Better Business Bureau accredited.

Nick worked with my sister to get her new hearing aids, and stayed in touch with me in another state to talk me through the benefits of the new aids and costs. After she received the hearing aids, he called me after each of the 4 weekly visits to tell me how she was adjusting to the aids, and answer any questions. I finally met Nick today during my visit to Clearwater, as well as the lovely Audibel receptionist, Jewel. They are as friendly and helpful in person as they have been over the phone!! Im truly happy we are working with this Audibel office for my sisters hearing aids. I know she will be treated with care and professionalism.

I took my grandfather here after years of struggling with different brands of hearing aids. My grandfather says that the quality and fit of these hearing aids are like nothing he has ever had (and he has tried them all). Aside from the great product, the service is top notch. The Audibel staff has gone above and beyond the duty to take care of my mother with her new lease on life. They took the time and patience to really get to know her situation. They knew me from bringing her to her appointments , and that I worked in Tampa. Mom had a situation with one of the aids and amazingly they actually came and picked up the set from her, brought it back to the office, fixed it, and brought it back to her within hours. I am beyond grateful. Audibel, Robert, and staff you have built a relationship with us for life.

We purchased a set of hearing aids from this office about 6 months ago for my mother. Robert was extremely informative and laid out all the options and styles they offer. My mothers finances are back and she is more confident then she has ever been. They have changed her world and we are so thankful for them.

My dad has dementia and has a hard time using his hearing aids. He often breaks them or cant clean them properly. Robert at Audibel is the greatest! He is kind, caring and spends the extra time to explain to my dad how to do what need to be done to keep his hearing aids working properly. We have see the other hearing specialist there on one occasion and there was no communication between the two of them. My dad really likes going to see Robert. I did not buy the hearings here in Clearwater, they were bought in NC before my dad had to move to assisted living. Robert and Audibel have stood behind the product. I am so happy I purchased through Audibel.

My Mom broke one of her hearing aids (purchased at Audibels) and brought it in on Tuesday. Within 48 hours Robert Greiner promptly fixed them and let us know it was repaired. I needed new earbuds for my Starkey hearing aids. I moved here to Florida from Wisconsin where I had purchased the hearing aids from 4 years earlier. I walked in and the receptionist Jewels said someone would help shortly. Robert came out ,asked me what I needed ,and replaced the old earbud and also the unit cover. No charge. Worked out great. Went back four days later to purchase extra ones, Robert replaced the other one for me and gave me two more again No Charge. When these hearing aids wear out I definitely will go back to them and will recommend them to everyone.
