I came here to sell some diamond jewelry somewhat reluctantly because my experience at other diamond buyers in the area (mostly IDC) has been unpleasant. I made a same-day appointment at Conrad and they were so kind and respectful. He ended up offering in the same ballpark as other diamond buyers, but he was so nice and nonjudgmental that I decided to sell on the spot. Selling your jewelry shouldn’t be a cringe-worthy experience but unfortunately it definitely can be if you work with a snotty jeweler!
