I recently visited the store with my wife as she wanted an additional diamond band for her wedding ring. We were helped by an exceptionally pleasant young lady named Kayla M. She listened to what my wife wanted, brought out numerous pieces, and helped her find exactly what she was looking for. There was no pressure, just assistance and opinion.I was expecting some high pressure salesmanship in order to bring in the most $, but there was none of that. In fact, my wife ultimately chose a ring about mid-range in the pricing of the different pieces.Kayla took my wifes ring, had it cleaned for free, and took the time to explain about appraisal, insurance etc.Overall, a very positive impression of the store and the staff.

Its hard to believe theyre even in business with such por business ethics! Dropped off a family heirloom diamond watch for repair. They said sure charged me $200 and gave me back a watch that doesnt work and informed me after I paid for it that they dont repair watches and could send it to a watch repair for me at an unknown cost that would take four weeks to get returned. Unbelievable!!! I also had my wife try on beautiful diamonds to upgrade her ring. I wont be buying it from them, and suggest no one else does either. heck they couldnt even show me a diamond as nice as the one I brought in to have them clean and look at. Scam artists absolutely unbelievable that they had the nerve to reply stating a blood face lie that they didnt say they would repair the watch and attacking my clear honest and legitimate reviews that have quite a following of likes verifying the truthfulness. Astonishingly unbelievable since most of all of my reviews are extremely positive as tallied by Google and report it to me

The store and selection is almost overwhelming. But Darrell Cox took his time with us. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable while he helped us decide on just the right pieces. He listened to what we wanted and got to know us a little so he was able to make some great suggestions until we settle on the perfect fit for us. It was our first time at the store but well be back. The setting on my ring needed to be adjusted soon after I got it (user error). When I picked it up, ADAM, helped me and noticed that the sizing was not quite right. Darrell the jewelry designer is amazing! He took my wifes idea for a really cool skull themed wedding ring incorporating her birthstone (ruby) as the center setting, and my birthstone (emerald) along with our daughters (diamond) for the complimentary settings,, and all the shapes and sizing she envisioned, and literally put together a dream ring! He brought us several large rubies to choose from in our price range. My wife found the perfect one with the perfect color. We chose to go with the strongest metal as the price difference was not that big anyway, that was just common sense. He even helped us get sorted out on the insurance. The whole process was so easy and much faster than I imagined. The customer service from the front door to whomever youre sales rep is is outstanding every time. The customer service is excellent! We didnt get my engagement ring here (its a family heirloom), but we had the diamond reset and the ring resized. The manager was so good to us. We went back for our wedding bands. Mais was wonderful. She was so genuine, not pushy. Tried to sell an antique white gold and diamond watch. The woman that tried to help us with barely understandable when she was speaking mom got about three words into her sentence before she told her they dont take watches so I took her by the arm and left. It would be nice if they would post this up somewhere in the store so I didnt waste my time energy and gas obviously I need money or I wouldnt be trying to sell jewelry. Im going to try another place thanks anyway though. My fiancé and I came to the G&D store a few weeks ago to pick out my engagement ring. Ive been not so subtly hinting that he needed to go to see Julie at the G&D for several years. Every time a commercial came on, his children would yell, Dad, there is Julie!! Go get her a ring!! We travelled up to the store and got Patty on our first visit and she was wonderful! She helped us choose a perfect loose princess cut diamond to be set in a simple white gold band and then after we left my fiancé called her back to upgrade what I chose to a larger diamond. Patty helped my fiancé pick the PERFECT 1.5 ct Princess cut E in color diamond (much prettier than what I chose). She messaged him pictures and helped him decide what to buy. I was shocked and so happy!! Then a few weeks later I decided to purchase my wedding band and Olivia helped choose the most perfect floating diamond band that had diamonds as white and shiny as my center diamond. Finally I decided to upgrade and reset my gorgeous diamond in a band that would compliment my wedding ring. Darrell Cox helped me (I saw his fierce blue sparkle shoes coming toward me and I knew I was in good hands haha). He was beyond helpful and patient while I tried 100 different bands. Not knowing what I wanted. But, I wanted something to compliment by floating diamond band but not be too matchy-matchy like Rooms to Go. We chose an antique band to set my stone into. My entire experience with this company was amazing. Right down to my accidently spilling a gallon of paint on my hand and Darrell calming me down and helping me get my rings clean! I wasnt even sure what I wanted, and they helped me pick a better ring than I could have even imagined while respecting our price point. Husband and I went in to purchase a new setting for my ring for our 10 year anniversary. We had a disappointingly horrible experience. Sales woman was disrespectful and actually told us that MY WEDDING RING was worthless and not good. She then told us we had to spend a minimum of $2,000 with them to purchase a new setting (even though there were settings for less). Prices were higher than they should be. We ended up going to International Diamond Center 30 seconds down the road and had a GREAT experience and found what we wanted (and more!).

TERRIBLE COMPANY/GIFT CARDS THAT EXPIRE, sales reps that don’t disclose this during holiday marketing promotions.: My experience was that we spent money here prior to the hurricane. Being a younger couple at that time my husband decided we would collect gift cards to upgrade per the conversation we had with the sales representative. I logged on to upgrade my ring a few years later to learn my gift cards expired!!! I can’t even believe this is a thing as I was not informed at the counter and.... it’s illegal where I live to even do that. I reached out to the message center to inquire because I was completely shocked! No one ever even get back to us. We bought part of my wedding set there so it’s a bit rude but now that we also own a business I suppose it’s a good way to learn where we won’t want to spend our money now that we are ready for that upgrade. BBB....if you have found a way to legally steal people’s investment In your gift cards then your customers at least need to know. I would like to say that I had a fantastic experience this past Saturday at GDS. Mais, AJ and Pat were very professional representatives. Julie said hi and she was very friendly. They listened to me well and it was obvious that they were interested in my satisfaction. At no point did they try and sell me. I ended up purchasing a large diamond and a beautiful diamond setting as an upgrade for my wife. I had shopped the day before at Tiffanys and was interested in a stone there so I put a deposit down for the stone to be shipped down from NYC. Friday night my research however concluded that the stone from Tiffanys was far interior to the stone I found at GDS for much less. The sales representative at Tiffanys (Sara) was really great as well, but if I had purchased the same stone as I did at GDS I would have spent $75,000 dollars more on just the stone. My total savings (for a much better diamond at GDS) including the setting was about $90,000 dollars compared to Tiffanys. I really didnt feel that a little blue box was worth 90K. In conclusion I would like to highly recommended GDS and I will be making them my family jewelry store from now on.

Just left gold and diamond source me and my boyfriend were looking at engagement rings we had planned to sit down and really narrow down what I wanted. All the hype and more! First, I absolutely love the upgraded rings my wife and I got from G&D! The price we were given for the quality of our pieces was amazing! Our Sales Consultant, Troy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful (especially when it came to my wallet...lol.) in getting us pieces we would and are happy with.Secondly, I absolutely love the ambience of the store! It really makes you feel like you are walking into something of quality and distinction; like something out of a movie.Lastly, I love that this is a family own and operated establishment with younger generations working there. Makes us feel good that its going to be around for another 36 years for us to get our jewelry cleaned, repaired, and upgraded in the future!

Amazing Customer Service!!! Knowledgeable and Honest! I worked with Darrell Cox. He is their Chief Custom Designer. He treated me as if I was a million dollar customer (Im a teacher. So we all know, Im not even close to being a million dollar customer.) He took his time, answered all my questions, imparted new knowledge to me and gave me great advice.I had some old jewelry, broken jewelry and missing earring mates. I always wanted a diamond pendent. I also wanted to replace my gold hoop earrings that my parents gave me as a gift and I had lost the mate. Darrell made it all happen!!! He went through my bag of jewelry with me and advised me on what to trade in and what to keep. He went out on the floor and found me a pair of earrings to match the ones I lost from my parents. He helped me design a diamond pendent from what I described and using a diamond that I had in a ring. I had such fun shopping at The Gold & Diamond Source! Ill be back for my next diamond ring!!!

My son was looking for an engagement ring and was extremely impressed. He sent ideas prior to his appointment and it went so smooth. The associate was extremely helpful and gave him all the information he needed to make a decision his budget could handle! Highly recommended! Straightforward/ Honest review....I went to many ring stores with my boyfriend to search for the perfect ring and buying experience. I will agree that the entrance of the store feels to have an extreme Fort Knox security type appeal & process to it. However, once you get past that and actually start looking around you will better understand why it is as such. They have some of the most beautiful and rare jewelry I have seen so you do have to be mindful to try not to take it personal when security pounces on you coming in the door. We worked with Tyler who was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He took time to show us as many rings as we wanted to see and made several suggestions that actually led to me finding the ring of my dreams! Tyler did not ask about a budget or make any assumptions he simply listened to my wishes and showed me what I asked for. Once we completed the purchase he explained in detail the paperwork, certificates and warranty information. We wound up making three total purchases and overall we had an excellent experience. We never felt rushed, or pressured in any way, we were offered drinks and treated well by our salesperson.

I wish I could give 1 million stars!Jules - To start - upon first meeting, Jules said to us I will take out every ring in this store until we find the perfect one! And she practically did. I was searching band after band many of which I LOVED but werent quite right with my engagement ring. Then after she SO patiently reassured me that I did not have to make any decisions that day and could think about what I wanted, I told Jules how much I loved the ocean and how one of my favorite things about my diamond in my engagement ring is that it has a chip (family heirloom) that causes one of the sides to look like a wave. After so many hours of looking and trying on every single band in the store, Jules grabbed one that had the most movement Ive ever seen in a diamond ring and it LITERALLY took my breath away. It was an insert where my engagement ring sat in the middle of this swirly twirly wavy band and I gasped! I had to quiet down because I was being so vocal about how much I loved it! It made me want to cry it was so beautiful! How could someone match diamonds to my soul so perfectly? I dont know, but Jules did it!! The entire time, she was so patient and completely excited when we would see something that looked great. I also valued how she would tell me when she didnt think a band would be a good fit with my engagement ring. Her expertise, patience, kindness and overall outstanding demeanor gave us the best experience we have had at any store EVER. After we chose the perfect band, she helped me find the perfect little rings for my bridesmaids and we moved on to find my husband his perfect ring (another that Jules picked!!) and gifts for others. Outside of her direct service, Jules gave us her personal email and was kind and punctual when communicating with us about timing for sizing, pickups, etc. Customer service award of the century should go to this woman!!!Michael - After searching for the perfect turquoise pieces for my mother for our wedding, we couldnt quite find the exact pieces that we thought shed love. So alongside Jules, Michael showed us every turquoise stone they had in store and let us completely customize my moms three pieces (bracelet, ring and necklace) exactly to her taste. From the size chain, to the size pearls to how the turquoise would be set, we chose every last detail. Michael was so patient as we spent hours picking the perfect way to arrange the stones and going back and forth on our decisions. The pride he took in creating the perfect pieces speaks volumes to his love for ensuring customers have exactly what they envision when creating custom jewelry. My mom sobbed when she saw them and joked that she wouldnt need the boxes because she would never be taking them off! In addition to the custom pieces, boy oh boy does Michael know EVERYTHING about watches! His eyes literally glowed when telling us the difference between a Rolex and a Movado. We left feeling like we could teach a history class on the changes in the decades of watches and what inspired their design. Michael helped my husband pick the perfect watch for his best man!Chelsea and Luis - My diamond was originally set at another jewelry store. There were gaps in the way the prongs held the diamond which caused snagging and a lot of fur/hair to catch in the ring constantly. When I brought my engagement ring back to have it soldered to the band, Chelsea and Luis went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that my diamond was re-set the way it should be and I could not believe the difference!!! My diamond now looks completely secure and the prongs DO NOT CATCH ANYMORE!! In my opinion, the Gold & Diamond Source has fantastic marketing, a beautiful showroom, but you pay a premium for a product that lacks quality. I have purchased 2 rings from them in the past 6 years. The first was a simple band with diamonds that Ive had to have repaired twice due to diamonds falling out. The second is a ruby ring that was purchased at Christmas, worn 4 times before the ruby just fell out (luckily my wife found it). They offered to fix it each time, but thats a lot of back and forth. The ruby ring had 1 of the 3 gold prongs just break off (again after 4 wears). They apologized, said theyd take care of it and rebuild it with stronger prongs. My response is, why didnt you do that in the first place? They offered me nothing (other than to ship the ring to me) in terms of compensation for me having to make multiple trips (3 trips) and taking up my time (upwards of 5 hours total due to the drive and time in store) just to get rings repaired. The will wow you with appearance but in my opinion the quality is questionable at best.

Terrible, demeaning treatment of service people. Went there to drop off a delivery, my gps led me to the back of the store, I parked quickly to find the right place to be, turns out I was in the employee spot. I came back to my car to be met with a security guard yelling at me to move my car. As I was going to move my car, the guard aggressively threatened me saying if you have a problem I can solve it. Completely unneccessary treatment. Really made me feel less than human. I may not have been there to buy any jewelry but Iwas there to drop a delivary, and to be treated as lowly as that was unbelieveable. I mentioned this to the manager, Sabrina H, and she completely disregarded, even cut me off while I tried to explain what happened. I have a speech impediment and was having a hrd time explaining. She didnt care and told me she would make sure I dont come back... I truly believe that could have been handled better.

Another outstanding experience at the Gold & Diamond Source. I normally always deal with Michael or his father Pat because of our mutal love for Rolex and other fine timepieces and to be honest thats normally what Im in the market for. But decided to visit for a different reason due to the recent unexpected loss of my grandfather I wanted to find a couple of remembrance pieces for my mother and grandmother. Both Michael and Pat went above and beyond treating us like family the entire way and helped find exactly what I was looking for ended up going with a 14k White gold and 14k yellow gold necklaces with near matching ash holder pendants that had to be special ordered and engraved. Gold & Diamond Source will continue to be my go to jeweler for many years to come. Thank you so much.

My Fiancé (Eric) and I went in to look at wedding bands after he proposed to me with a ring from your shop!! We worked with Joe.. All we can Say is Wow, wow, wow! Joe was absolutely amazing to work with and did something for us that was so unexpected but very extremely heartwarming and brought us tears! Truly an amazing place first time there was today I was helped by a representative named Valentina Laughlin. I previously went to a another location next to them. I am not going to see their names but felt pressured and forced to buy something that was honestly ugly and way overpriced. I walked into golden diamond source looking for a ring for my wife and even though I was on a budget they treated me like I was spending $1 million. I felt that I had to personally hurry up the situation so I did not take her time from another customer but she reassured me to take my time. I was visiting Florida on a work trip from Texas. A friend very familiar with the store took me in to get something fixed. Everyone was pleasant from the moment we walked in and the gentleman at the door had a great attitude. Tyler just started talking to me and helped me out he was very patient because I am a picky person. He stayed engaged and focused on me no matter how much the cost of what I was buying. I walked away with more than I intended to purchase but he will have a forever customer from Texas he even introduced me to his partner Jason who started talking about Texas with me they were down to earth friendly and not just sales reps.
