Mark and Justin just came out and measured our windows for an estimate and I am already so impressed! They were personable, respectful, and so knowledgeable! They had great ideas on how to replace our windows so it would look great and be cost effective. They also gave us quotes that were a fraction of the cost that another company gave us yesterday. I look forward to working more with this company.

Had some new windows installed in my garage where there were jalousie windows previously. This is a very professional job. I could not be happier.If I were not selling the home I would have all my windows replaced by these guys. They really are quick, clean and knowledgeable.

I live in a townhouse, and have 4 sliding glass doors and no other windows. I had no luck buying sliding screen doors from Home Depot, and adjusting them properly. Douglas Manufacturing was my Godsend! They were courteous, honest, prompt AND charged me less than the original quote! I can finally open all sliding screens without them falling off the track. These are good, caring people .

Douglas Manufacturing does great work and they are a pleasure to do business with. We had several PGT impact resistant windows and doors that required replacement under warranty because they had fogged. Even though Douglas did not install the windows originally, Heather helped us file a warranty claim with PGT and we replaced the glass. We were so impressed with their work that we decided to replace the balance of our non impact resistant windows in our home with PGT impact resistant windows. 13 windows were installed when promised and for the agreed upon amount. Mark’s installers were efficient, clean, courteous, and professional. Thank you to PGT for standing behind their product and Douglas Manufacturing for employing great people to get it done.

Love my doors but didnt like being sent the extra bill. I didnt realize you guys reached out or paid Yarborough. I agree misunderstanding and I revised review. Doors look incredible and I cant deny the craftsmanship.

Horrible, non compassionate people! They broke a piece off my great grandmothers antique mirror and they just tossed it on the floor!!When we called and asked for it they said they wanted to go home at 3:45 on Friday. We told them to hold the doors for us. I drove there and the owner said his guy out back was looking for it and showed me out back. His guy out back was not looking for it, so I started on my own. He seemed annoyed.After he finished cutting a piece of glass he started looking. I was rushing because they told me they close at 4. I asked him what he does with the mess after he cuts etc.. We started fighting and I was asked to leave or theyd call the police. I tried explaining that this has nothing to do with financial gain this was my great grandmothers silver antique mirror!!! They told me to leave anyway!!!!They then photos my license plate like I was some sort of criminal, I barely way 100lbs and their thuggish guy working out back could have flicked me to a different state but I stood my ground for my great grandmother.Horrible people, dont use them for anything.They even charged my husband for breaking the frame and a piece of glass that wont fit into it.

My windows were installed incorrectly. One was put in sideways They would not come out to fix it. I had to have another company fix it. The other windows were to small for the space, they covered it with caulk. This didnt come to light until a couple years later, when I have extensive water damage. They only guarantee their work for 1 year. I spent over $30,000 with this company and they dont have the audacity to make it right.

I recently had Douglas screen in my patio railing for our cat and they did a fantastic job and in record time before the holidays. I also had 2 screen doors repaired and rescreened which turned out great and the price for both jobs was very reasonable. I have already recommened Douglas to two neighbors in my condo complex.
