We used Karoly because of the great reviews. The were professional and on time from the initial measurements, to ordering the windows, keeping us informed on installation date, the pandemic delay from manufacturer keeping us informed, installation went smooth, and they scheduled inspection for the next day. Inspection was great and signed off right away since it was a quality install. I’ve flipped homes before and very impressed with Karoly. We live in Los Angeles and we were able to plan flights back because they were on time with the install.

Karoly and his employees have been amazing, today they installed our beautiful front doors, and we couldnt be happier with the service, professionalism, and attention to every detail during installation. They caulked every trim piece, and hole. We have our windows and back doors also being installed by karoly and his team, were waiting on the manufacturers, and Im sure it will be just as great of an installation. My wife and i highly recommend karoly and his team, you wont be disappointed with his services or product.

They were very communicative and let us know every step of the way. I live in Michigan and they were replacing a slider at my condo in Florida. I came in town the week of the install and when the installers arrived, they reported that the track arrrived damaged.......they went and (thankfully) had a replacement at the office so the install was delayed a few hours but the installers worked until 7:30 pm to make sure the job got done correctly without any issues. Much appreciated!

Had a great experience with Karoly. He was recommended by a co-worker. I ordered right before all the fun started with Corona virus. The order was delayed by a couple weeks due to the stay at home orders. The office ladies kept me in the loop and were always helpful. The actual installation was highly efficient. I had 19 windows and 3 doors replaced and they were complete with the work in exactly 2 days. The workers were extremely professional, did a great job on the install, and cleaned any mess that they made which was very little. The windows look great ( I got the Simonton Stormbreaker) and couldnt be happier with the service and price. Absolutely highly recommend.

Our project started in August 2020, when we selected Karoly Windows and Doors, after meeting with 4 area vendors. We decided to replace all 13 windows and 3 doors with a high impact resistant product for our home. We decided on Simonton StormBreaker Plus Windows and BHI pre-hung doors. All windows and doors were installed on January 5th and 6th by a team of installers who were amazing. The team arrived by 7 AM and worked until 7 PM that night. They finished the next morning by noon. The installers were cordial, respectful and clean. They became part of our family by the projects end. The end result is amazing. We are absolutely happy with our new windows and doors. They look and operate great. I would highly recommend Simonton Windows and BHI Doors if you are considering a similar project. Well it has been two months to the day that I have woken up to newly installed windows and doors from Karolys and decided today would be a great day to submit my review. I spent months researching what I thought would be the best place to purchase my windows and doors from and met with a total of 3 companies for estimates. I made my decision to give Karoly my business based on the following reasons.1. Genuinely interested in performing the absolutely highest quality work.2. Listened to all of my personal preferences for features that I wanted from my new doors and windows. Including in-swing or out-swing doors, single hung or double hung windows...etc.3. Karoly showed up on time on the correct day.4. Was transparent about ALL of the expectations of the install, including a timeline of completion, the scope of the work, price, warranty and product options, a start date...etc5. DID NOT PUSH ME INTO A PURCHASE! At no point did I feel the least bit of pressure to go with his company instead of choosing other companies.6. Was extremely COMPETENT in knowing the rules and regulations for the integrity of the product. Wind protection codes, door impact rating codes, fire rating codes...and so on.7. He was able give me a price that was right in the ballpark for other estimates. And provided a credit offer through a lender at 0% interest for 18 months.8. I love that the OWNER of the company (Karoly) was the one who performed the estimate and wrote down all of the specifications of the job so that there would be NO misunderstandings on the day of install!!! AND THERE WERE NOT ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS!Let me give you a brief overview of my career background. Have been a facility manager for over 21 years at a very large school district. I was in charge of a $15,000,000 new school project and had to be on-site every hour that a contractor was on-site. I perform maintenance on a daily basis for the school system and have met with hundreds, if not thousands of contractors over my 31+ year career. I tell you ALL OF THAT, not to brag or show off...but to have you believe me when I tell you the following; Karoly, his team of installers and his office staff are top professionals in what they do in this business. I personally watched these installers perform the work on my personal home for two days and I was nothing short of AMAZED by their level of workmanship, attention to detail, communication, concern for making sure the job is completed accurately and going ABOVE and BEYOND in making the new install look good. ***Keep in mind they are not responsible for touchup painting around your windows from the install. We highly recommend Karolys services and windows. We evaluated four companies (including two big-box options) for price/performance and chose Karoly. Its a HUGE investment for storm windows. I got 7 quotes to replace 11 windows. I chose to go with Karoly for the following reasons. 1: his price was good 2: he, himself met with me. 3: he told me he does not like to have to come back to do something overso he makes sure it is done right the first time (makes sense) 4: he had the expertise to price AND measure for the windows in one visit, every one else was like I need to send someone else to measure 5; the product he offered was the one I wanted: Simonton. If you do your research you discover that good impact windows require good manufacturing and there are some pretty unhappy people out there making windows as a result of poor window manufacturing management and companies being bought and sold (which causes disruption). I actually researched what window manufacturers had the least employee turnover because I do not want to put my life in the hands of someone who hated their job making my impact windows; Simonton, while not perfect, had the fewest issues with quality at the time I did my research.

First let me say it was exceptional experience working with Karoly Windows & Doors and we are really glad we hired them. So you gotten your 3 estimates and are now deciding who to hire let me remind you price is only half the equation, the other half of the equation (most important half) is what are you getting for your money. From the moment we met Karoly he came across as trustworthy and through out the process we were never disappointed. His company handled all the pre-installation details, permits, ordering, etc. The installation of 2 of the 4 sliders were on the second floor and made more difficult by limited space and very limited exterior access due to screen caging, Karoly Co. handled this near impossible task by executing with precision that was remarkable. I could go on to tell you how amazing Karoly was to us, but the most important thing to us was we always had the feeling of trust and confidence in the team at Karoly. We were never let down. One last thing, the team of installers that came to our home were not only highly professional but were a pleasure to have into our home and went to great lengths to protect our home. When we purchased our 20 year old home in Tampa, we got quotes from several window companies. Karolys quote was competitive with the others and their service was very good. Karoly told us how long it would take to order and get the windows into his warehouse. He gave us an installation date, and completed each phase (2 to date) on time as promised. The installers were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up their mess before they left the premises and did a very good job of installing the windows. The Hillsborough County inspector even commented on what a good job of installing and insulating they did.

After the install one of the windows had a scratch in the glass that came from the factory that way. When the Simonton Rep came to our home to replace the piece of glass, he commented on the excellent installation job as did the county inspector. Highly recommend this company.

Awesome! The inspector was so pleased with the installation, my doors passed with flying colors and they are B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! My only regret is that I didnt know about Karoly Window & Door when I had my entire house of windows (18) replaced. Although I am very pleased with the company that did that job, I am confident that I would have paid less with Karoly Window & Door.

Karoly replaced all exterior sliding doors and kitchen window with Storm Rated Impact Doors and Windows in my Condo Unit. Work was done on time, as quoted and per contract, and without any adder. Karoly was prompt to reply any question I asked by email and/or by Phone.They followed all HOAs rules and requirements, and I have not heard any complaint from HOA. Work was done in my absentia, and in presence of my tenant. Great install on 9 foot bay window and 9 foot slider. Both hurricane impact. The crew sent was second to none. Worked all day,arrived on time and recieved window and door on time.
