Great selection and prices! Clean and organized store. Great donation drop-off drive-thru at this location too. Most of the workers seemed cordial, unfortunately for one. Beware the lady with glasses and braids that minds the dressing room! Do not ever ask her a question, breathe in her vicinity or answer her with the same tone she gave you! These are absolute no-nos for the Goodwill Queen!

This is the most expensive goodwill I have ever been to. More expensive than Marshalls and ross.

I had a great experience.But I think I may have forgot a bag at the register.It had two zebra plates in it and also a plate that came in a stand that stood it up for display etc.I would love to get in contact with someone about this.

I usually enjoy my trips to this specific goodwill because of all of the handy-capable employees they have, however lately normally pleasant Lori has been unpleasant. Whenever I am looking at something and she walks by she says the item I have is ugly. She did this several times today. During a previous trip I was trying on clothes and she kept saying yeah no to everything I was bringing into my footing room. Hopfully when I return to this location after some time away things will be better for her.

Of the large number of local goodwill stores this one I put as just average. Merchandise is slow to be changed and a mess for the most part to go through. I find it to be hit or miss as far as the items I personally am looking for. But the employees are always nice even though the average shopper will run you over.

Amazing. Amazing place. Very little junk - yet plenty of $1.19 items to choose from. The outdoor garden stuff is way above average. Staff is very friendly. Clothes are pricey - but all other individually priced housewares, knick-knacks, wire/wrought iron stuff is very low priced. Reasonable and good value.

I found a blanket that is very dear to me along with a good good friend that Im so glad that Ive met again. thank you Goodwill Clearwater store for blinking me with that blanket and that striking human being.

Very large store with a very large selection. Some of the items I felt considering it is a goodwill store, they were priced a little high. The staff is very nice though!! The girls clothes could be organized a lot better though!! That I would say is my biggest complaint! Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

The lady working the donation door was rude. Made comments about having my kids with me when u dropped off old toys. Then continued to roll her eyes when I explained that the kids think we are dropping them off to santa to fix and give to other kids. My kids were very pleased with their donations as I am trying to teach them to give to others.

Not ONE employee greeted me; nor ASKED me if there was anything that I needed Help with. I sat back and observe them ask other customers (of the lighter complexion) if they had any concerns, etc. My analysis is if you DONT like your Job; there are other eager people who would GLADLY replace you.

Very clean and well organized. An equal balance of new and pre owned items. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Prices are a little high for some items, but the majority is inexpensive. Its recommend that you wash any and all items before wearing or used.

This was the cleanest and most orderly Goodwill ever. It did not even have the classic Goodwill smell. It was a fresh place. I would go there often.

One of the nicest Goodwill Stores and the location is great right off of North Florida 19.It has a wonderful selection of clothing, housewares, pictures, wall decor, furniture, etc. The quality of the merchandise is in excellent condition. There is a lot of new merchandise, too.

I can always find something to purchase when I shop here. I love the 50% off on certain color tags every week.

This has to be the cleanest, and most versatile good will store I have ever been in. I wish I had more time to look around! Definitely worth a stop in.

This Goodwill is all about the females, the guys section is one third of the store and the rest caters to women. I would give it a higher rating if it was better balanced in its selection.

I love to cook i have bought everything you need to cook with as you ser on tv ,ill find here for pennies on the dollar,maxie named brand dressess,4.98 .lounge wear,1.98 like new i am happy they moved in on the acceso road u.s. hwy.19n. and whittney rd.they are so friendly .wide open shopping ,they have bussy times and slower times but just go be ready to shop always changes .huge parking lot lots of handicap parking,actually i hope you dont go i want all the deals for me,😍

5/11/2019. Time 6:40pm! I like this goodwill. But today i had an unusually experience. I checking out, cashier started to scan the items, 1st it didnt go through, she just put it in the bag, 2nd one and 3rd one and then she realize that from 3 items, 2 were scanned, so last item that she did have in her hand, she wanted to scanned again. I asked her, Why are you scanning this again? - she said cuz from 3 items the computer shows me scanned 2 ,, ok i said, but you are scanning same item twice, and is not this item that you missed, but the 1st one(it happens that item she was trying to scan it twice was more money then the one she missed. And i have worked cashier, and i know, you have to check for the item that you missed and Not what you guess it!!!! She asked me Do you want me to call for another cashier to check you out? Surprised i asked Why? , she told me Because i dont have time for attitude Actually i was very calm(check the cameras) and i said I dont have attitude , just correcting you from doing me wrong. Ok,- she said- i leave as you say.... I did not say anything more, in that moment i was thinking and battling in myself, be calm, be how God wants you to be, maybe she had rough day today or is going through something. But i still believe that she was very rude and she had attitude. I have been praying for her today, whatever she is going through, may GOD help her and show His way in Jesus name!!

A little pricy for Goodwill. They had a large selection of things, used and new. A dinner plate was $2.48 (cheaper to buy a new set at Ollies), a glass $1.18, furniture was high priced....$48 for a dresser in ok (not good) condition. I probably wont go back.

Come on now the stuff is donated the only thing I bought were books and they were $1 more than what I purchase locally at my regular GW in GA.

Not what youd expect from the traditional Goodwill store. This location is selling mostly new garbage imports from China😕 Just another glamorized overpriced dollar store.... What do they do with all there donations of used items? ... Ship them to China to offset their tab ?!
