Kathy and Troy are amazing. I am am beginner and have never taken dance class before. So far, Ive done Salsa, Foxtrot, and East Coast Swing and they have all been great in their own way. This is a very lighthearted class with a lot of laughs. I have left every class feeling confident about the step we learned that night. Troy and Kathy are diligent in ensuring we not only understand the steps but feel comfortable with them as well. I highly recommend this studio. My only wish, is that they get more leads.

My experience with Dance Forever has been one of the most delightful experiences of my life. 10 years ago I took the plunge and signed up for 5 private lessons in ballroom dance with Troy Agresta. He has taken me from pre- bronze to Gold class syllabus in ballroom dancing. We have performed multiple showcases and blew me far beyond expectations in competition. I cannot imagine my life without formal dance instruction. My husband, Jerry, and I had our wedding dance choreographed and performed in 2013 which was a tear jerker for my family and friends. What an incredible studio and experience! My fiancée and I have been going to Dance Forever for about 4 months and have learned so much. Troy, Cathy, Julie, Dan, and Mario are all amazing teachers.We have done intro to hustle group class, intro to salsa group class, and then private lessons with Troy and Cathy. We started with knowing literally nothing and have learned so much in just a few months. All of the instructors do a great drop of breaking down the different moves, showing us the proper technique, repeating the steps until we know them, and then adding some flair to make them look pretty. We are excited to use salsa and hustle at our wedding!I would recommend this studio to anyone who has an interest in dancing even if you don’t know the first thing about it. The group classes are fun and everyone is welcoming, there are Friday night dance parties that are a blast, and if you want to run with it the private lessons will take you to the next level. A great place to learn dancing. Our instructor, Cathy, is not only an excellent dancer, but more importantly an excellent instructor. Out lessons are well thought out and she structures the lessons to meet our particular goals for each dance. We are becoming more confident in our dancing and most of all we have fun!

As someone who has been recently coming to this studio, and participated in two of their wonderful Friday night parties, I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The energy that comes from everyone here keeps a smile on your face from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Ive been going to Dance Forever for over 4 years. I can honestly say that the owners and instructors have always been friendly, fun, helpful and, above all, patient. This wonderful attitude makes learning to dance a comfortable and exciting experience.Speaking personally, when I started, I just had one goal, to learn how to swing dance. As time went by, with Julie Fisher as my instructor, that goal expanded to learning waltz, foxtrot, rumba and a whole slew of other dances. Without initially intending to, Ive discovered new talents I never knew I had and a passion for performing that gives me a creative outlet. Julie is a wonderful teacher, choreographer, coach and collaborator and without her I probably would have stopped at learning swing a long time ago.With the help of the amazing teachers at Dance Forever you can take private lessons to be able to learn a dance for your wedding or other special occasion. You can also take group classes to be able to confidently do dances like salsa or swing or to enhance skills you already possess. You can also discover a new social outlet and meet new people. My wife and I have been taking classes and going to the Friday night dances for about 1 1/2 years. The staff have created a very warm and friendly dance studio.Troy and Kathy encourage us to have lessons with all of the instructors. We learn something different from each instructor that helps us to be better dancers.Many of the other students have become our good friends. We felt welcome even when we first started and had learned only a few steps.

The atmosphere at this ballroom dance studio is superb. The owners and instructors share their joy of dance - their goal is to make their students happy. I was proud to participate in a vendor sale (ballroom dance shoes) that the owners arranged for the benefit of their students - bring the mountain to Mohammed kind of thing - the owners went out of their way to arrange an event for their students benefit. This is not a high pressure ballroom - this is a ballroom studio that exists to teach ballroom dance and for sharing the love of dance. I look forward to a long relationship with Dance Forever.

After doing a lot of searching for an affordable dance studio, I had finally found Dance Forever in Clearwater. They offered the most affordable prices for private classes. My fiance and I are currently going there to learn a routine for our first dance at our wedding in November. We are both beginners but our dance instructor Rosa makes the whole experience fun, easy and stress-free for us. Shes choreographed our entire dance for a song we chose and she is very patient with us and really takes the time to teach us our steps. We very much look forward to our lessons with her and we cant wait to show our family and friends our moves on the big day!!

What a fantastic dance studio with something for everyone - group classes, private instruction, parties, performance opportunities. The instructors are not only excellent teachers but are genuinely concerned with their students success. Ive been taking classes here for almost a year and Im so happy I found it. The clientele is diverse and welcoming; and unlike other studios, Ive never felt any pressure here. Its a great community of people who just really love to dance and they make it fun. I dont think 5 stars is enough for Dance Forever.

Congratulations to all who performed in the Dance Forever Winter Wonderland Showcase on 12/10/2016. The routines were all enjoyable to watch, it was obvious many long hours of practice went into every routine. The students all looked well - rehearsed and the teachers showcased their students beautifully. There was a variety of music and dance style and the costumes were great. The professional show at the end was fun to watch - all students like to see their teachers perform. I found the entire experience inspiring.

My wife and I have been taking lessons since the studio opened. We love the friendly staff , and look forward to our regular dance lessons. The staff is friendly, helpful, and fun. There is never any pressure, only emphasis on your goals and enjoyment of dance. We could not recommend them enough.

Dance Forever is a really great place to learn to dance with fantastic staff and a very friendly environment of fellow students.The owner is readily accessible and ensures a great experience.I learned that the teachers are not on commission and i feel that makes learning more of a team environment and removes pressures i have heard other dance places have. For someone who had never taken the first step I was made to feel comfortable as a beginner. Learning from scratch was not as hard as I thought it would be. When I started I felt like a stranger with two left feet. The staff was absolutely awesome! It wasnt very long until I was trying new dance steps and having a grand time! They introduced me to everyone and kept approaching me with friendly suggestions on how to do better. The instructors are kind and patient, just what I needed. I absolutely love it!

Our journey with Dance Forever began in July when we decided to learn a choreographed Tango for our first wedding dance. Cathy was so helpful in answering every question we had prior to coming in and with the $24.95 intruduction class, what did we have to loose? Immediately we felt welcomed and comfortable! We signed up for private lessons and the instruction we received from Rosa for our dance went above and beyond what we ever expected! We had a specific song we wanted to dance to and she choreographed a beautiful dance to fit it! Everyone at our wedding absolutely LOVED our Tango, thank you so much Rosa! :-)Throughout our initial dance training we were welcomed into the family and introduced to the other instructors who are all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! We are also consistently being introduced to other students and made to feel at home!Recently, we began group progressive classes with Troy and we are having so much fun! We have discovered that group classes are a great way to meet new people and learn from other students! With the combination of group and private classes, we really feel we are gaining well rounded training and experience!The Friday night dance parties are so much fun! Theres so many great places to dance in the St.Pete-Clearwater area and Dance Forever is my favorite. Serious about dance but also not afraid to have a little fun. Late bloomer doesnt begin to describe my dance experience. Having never learned any social dancing, I missed out on so much fun over the years, just too shy and awkward to start instruction until recently. I have to thank my instructors for their infinite patience and good cheer in helping me out of the shell and onto the dance floor where Ive always longed to be! Upon further review of their website, 6 week group class at an affordable price, I immediately sighed-on in addition to some private classes. Instructors Dan Ramirez Cathy Nelson, and Rosa Villareals direction and patience allowed me to feel confident at beginners level that I immediately signed-on for thier intermediate Hustle group class. -They took intimidation out of learning a difficult dance such as Hustle.Satisfied with my instruction, I now have the skills to get on the dance floor with confidence. ...And with practice, burn on the dance floor. I like to check in on Google Review for Dance Forever at least once a year. It helps me evaluate my satisfaction and progress in my dance journey, a little routine dance check up as it were.I am pleased to note that I had my 5th anniversary at Dance Forever the first week of March this year!!! What a time it has been!!!! I never dreamed that I would be so firmly rooted in dancing after being welcomed into the Dance Forever family in 2014. I just thought I would take some lessons, maybe go to the social dances, and participate in a few showcases. Boy was I wrong!!Im not quite like a fixture at the studio, but I am there at least twice a week for private lessons. I always have music lined up for at least two showcases ahead of the one currently at hand. I dont enjoy the social dances as much I thought I would, partially due to my busy schedule, but the staff/family at the studio dont push me to attend. They just always let me, and everyone else, know that you are welcome, always welcome if you want to attend.Over the last year I learned to Cha Cha (something I NEVER thought would be my idea) and to do the Viennese Waltz, both of which I perforned last May. I had one of the visiting coaches choreograph an amazing Tango Rumba fusion for another showcase that will be performed this coming December. This May 11th, I will be doing a Foxtrot to the old standard Orange Colored Sky.I also participated in a competition last October with three other great ladies, my dance comrades. It was an absolute blast!! I couldnt have done it without the very professional instruction and guidance of Troy Agresta and Cathy Nelson. From the technical aspects of the dance to dance etiquette on the floor, costuming and make-up.So the results of my dance check up? Five stars!! I am healthier and happier, mentally and physically, because of rediscovering my dance identity. That would not be possible without the Dance Forever studio and staff/family. I realize I have accomplished so much more than I imagined possible and that I can be an inspiration to others looking for a home away from away to lift them up to a new potential.Come join me!
