For the last 7 (no, not an exaggerated number) times Ive been there I have tried to get a family sized cheddar broccoli from them. Every time I go to get it they tell me they dont have enough. I thought that was odd, until it happened consecutively. This time in particular, most of the time they do a substitution, which I get a meatball and think nothing more of it. They refused to, then charged me for a large, filling it halfway with no substitution. So now Im here, because I have no other outlet for my frustration with this place. Its the only place with food near me, or Id have just changed it up and gone somewhere else. Not to mention overhearing staff turning off the drinks selection during their shift because they just dont want to. If you have the choice, dont choose this one.

I like to get my dogs the grilled chicken strip. This store gave me 3 single bite pieces. Never had a serving this small from a wawa. Not paying $5 for 3 child size bites of chicken. I assume the staff must be new.....update, and my gobbler bowl had multiple piece of plastic inside. Somebody needs to supervise the kitchen staff!

Worst Wawa around food is horrible Everytime Ive gone there they dont add sauces or condiments and most of time its dried up Absolutely Horrible food 5his is sipossed to be a buffalo chicken cheese steak do u see buffalo sauce or cheese? Plus there was tomatoes I wanted added

Not sure what is up at this Wawa location?The last three times, Ive been there, breakfast Burrito hasnt been available! First time in they claimed they were out of eggs... This was an excuse, as they were filling orders with eggs and they were visible... Im about to do the three strikes your out option. 🤔

Just came through to buy some beers and the shift supervisor asked us 1 of our party if they have been drinking .. the person said they have been drinking .. so they denied the sale if.all.of us for the entire purchase ... power trip .. no reason or law behind them.so my girl went back in and bought the beer we wanted having to do the line again WITH the same teller.. which confirms had nothing more than attitude... sorry never gonna do wawa again...

The food staff is incompetent at best! Last 3 times of gone for curbside they forget my food, utensils, wrong food. Even spoke with management and apparently nobody still wants to do their job correctly

Went for non ethanol gas for my small engines. Decided to grab something for dinner. The cashier and the people preparing my food were nice. However the young woman preparing drinks kept yelling at me that I was standing in the way eventhough no one was near me. Then as I am gathering my food order she yelled at me to hurry up. Even told me getting 3 napkins was too many. This is not the usual treatment in there

Every time I go to a Wawa it is always a rather interesting and entertaining event. Like the most recent time that I went I was able to watch what I called an episode of Wawa and life it was a very entertaining scenario between a customer and one of the employees sharing a chat about different recipes while at the same time the particular employee was able to answer 2 other customers questions and still not miss a beat of explaining the recipe to the Third customer. I have been noticing that Wawa has been getting more talented multitask employees lately and it is an awesome experience to behold. So I encourage everybody to at least visit a Wawa once in awhile, once a week or if you want every day because it can be a true adventure both for the ears and for the ever-loving scavenger hunt as you look for your favorite snacks and cravings!

This place is awesome. My only complaint is that every employee is very nice and accommodating except for the short female worker that makes the food with dyed pink hair and a septum piercing. She is very rude and I have had multiple rude encounters with her and I have witnessed her being rude to others as well. Not that hard to be nice!

Update: im going to assume they were having a bad couple weeks. The past few times Ive gone to this store, theyve had oatmeal(in the morning) and drinks available..Seems like problem has been solved so ill update my rating.Probably the 5th time Ive stopped here around 830 and they dont have oatmeal or the drinks arent available. I guess I can understand the drinks, but how hard is it to heat up oatmeal that probably comes in a bag.... the only reason I even took the time to write this review is because I got off of us19 for nothing and wasted time from my day... thanks, again, wawa

Being from PA where WAWA originates, may come off as biased. No matter how small the town or how understaffed, Wawa always took care of its customers. If a food option wasn’t available MTO then it wasn’t on the menu. I cant say the same about this place when ur passing over 19 and come across this location.

On 4 th of July things were crazy I couldn’t find anywhere to eat where the drive thru didn’t have 20 cars wrapped around the building. I came to wawa on countryside and got what I needed the 2 cooks that worked overnight at the wawa on countywide need atleast a 2 dollar raise they did an outstanding job maintaining fast quick friendly service to be honest I love this wawa I visit frequently please make sure you take care of those two cooks because they’re both awesome employees there was a lady and a man with glasses and was very thankful for the both of them working so hard and it was getting busier too when I left. I ordered a tuna penine roast beef sub 10 inch with extra meat and my son had the spaghetti which he said was the best he ever had. So thank you wawa thank you to the two cooks working on a holiday making this world a better place. God bless💪🏼

Just stopped by here and the place is locked up tight. Gas pumps are roped off and no signs on the doors stating they are closed for short time or nothing. Usually a good place.

The worst wawas to go to. The drinks are always down. They have limited on the food menu. Also employees are nasty. Oh and they close at 10pm and open at 6am. They are not 24 hours like most wawas.

No one even bothers wearing a mask when they go into this Wawa anymore. If youre at risk for Covid, please do yourself a favor and do not stop here during the pandemic. 3-5+ people at any time of day here without a mask and nobody says a word to them.

This is a New Wawa within the past year, very organized and decent fuel prices, i use the None Ethanol gas in my pickup truck, so Im happy that this place is close to where I live.

Left my wallet by mistake and they waited for one of my family members to come by the next day so that they could give my family my wallet and have it returned to me.Not to mention the staff is the best and always do a great job all the time.And not just sometimes.

Much needed development for this area. I live close and go there at least 4 times a week for something or other. Fresh food and friendly staff who worked hard through their grand opening.

Good location, friendly staff. Sometimes a bit busy trying to get in/out on the backside due to the Chick-fil-A drive thru traffic.

1st google needs to clean up some of these reviews...people don’t understand the concept of reviewing an establishment that is either under construction aka not open...or a newly opened business.This place is amazing. I work at the countryside mall and this is convenient 1 bazillion percent!! We didn’t have a gas station on this side of the road. It’s a great company with great service. Only thing I can complain about is the “air” for filling up your tires. It’s in a terrible location...where people who don’t even use the air pump park. It needs to be moved because it was way to busy (air pump) for it to be part of a general parking spaces...I mean literally every time I go there is line waiting for it...which is hard to wait for because of its location. Other than that 5+++++ all the way.

Pretty frequent visitor at this location. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. The location is always clean and stocked well. There deli and drink counter staff always do a nice job.

Honestly, I go to this Wawa every week whether it would be getting gas, a cup of coffee, or grabbing a bite of food. Their food here is delicious, and so is their coffee. For those who may be lactose intolerant like I am, this is literally the only place I am able to enjoy a cup of coffee with creamer and not feel sick afterwards!!! I absolutely love Wawa. I love what they do for our troops. I volunteer with a huge non-profit organization who helps troops and their families. Wawa does so much for our troops by providing them food, and have helped other charities as well. I will continue to support Wawa. Thanks for all you do!!!

Best coffee in Clearwater! While visiting friends (who dont have a coffee maker unpacked - their in the middle of moving) I have become obsessed with Wawa coffee! Absolutely love the coffee! The staff is nice and the place is really clean!

My sandwich was smushes over on itself. I’m really upset cause this is my only lunch breaks on a 12 hour day. I always have great service from Wawa but today was the complete opposite!!!!

Cant wait for this location to open. I live 1 minute away going to be so convenient on the way to work in the morning or on the way home. Getting gas will be nice as well. No more having to drive down to the Gulf to Bay location. These wawa employees will know my wife and I for sure 😋

I completely agree that the managers are WAY too young to be in management considering what happened the other day...My father has sciatica and fell on the floor in the middle of this Wawa location. No one did anything to help him except a customer helping him to his car once he PHYSICALLY CRAWLED OUT OF THE STORE! Their excuse was that he was drunk! I have news for you... my father has not had a drink in over twenty years.... this is completely unacceptable and Im honestly SHOCKED that he was treated this way

Managers are young and impatient . If your going to post coupons then make sure their valid and don’t treat people immediately like their trying to con the system . Big hassle over my wife’s coupon that they wouldn’t take in the way they treated me has just cost them a customer . Iv filled up my company vehicle there almost every other day since the day it opened including my personal diesel truck . Your loss not mine !

Ive found the veteran humans (older)Employees of not just wawa but this particular wawa.To be lacking in customer service skills.These types of individuals are discouraging not just to the customers or former customers of which they Express their out dated personal beliefs upon.But to those who witness such an event as well.In the case of faul language and risky name calling (with todays political correctness) I experienced.I had fellow regular customers apologies on behalf of man kind an there once favorite store.Sadly this person may be the gm or some type of manager so its not expected to get any better.An while I write this an listen to her meeting with her coworkers.I do not approve of the price increase being spoken of publicly.Ps.Long lines = missed sales.

Im so glad this Wawa is finally here. It was either go to New Port Richey or gulf to bay Clearwater. Need to have more breakfast sandwiches in the morning. Only 2 sandwiches in total for 6 am is rather disappointing. I have a feeling this whole area is about to get crazy with Chick fil a and BJs opening up soon. Where they placed the tire pump is rather odd too. I see it being used as parking spot more. Either way, glad wawa is finally closer!
