Disassembled my pool table with the agreement he would reassemble when renovations were done. Told us to call when ready for reassembly and when we called he said I dont do those tables and now we are stuck at the last minute trying to find another company. Just unprofessional.

I recently purchased a Pool table for our new home we bought. I called around to several companies that quoted me substantially higher than 8 Ball pool Tables. George did an excellent job in transporting my new table to the new home while felting and installing everything to perfection. What I liked most about George and 8 Ball pool tables was I never got the feeling he was trying to up sale me or make a buck. Him and his staff are straight shooters who use their expertise to tell you exactly how it is. I cant say enough about George and Parker. This guys are a small but damn good company. From day one communications with the owner (George) was super easy and well planned. I bought a table from Craigslist and was quoted $720 from someone else. I called George and it was MUCH LESS AND affordable to me. When I was going to call him the day before he surprised me when he called to verify pickup time and address. Very smooth and painless transaction with everything going right. Best of all he was right on time like he said. George and his partner Parker showed up, took the table apart packed it up (cleaned up after the self) moved the table set it up with not a scratch on my walls or the table. After they cleaned up the things they dropped they explained what to do and not to do and was so super friendly and professional when doing so.

Ive used George two times now to set up my table. Each time he has gone beyond excellent. Hes prompt, efficient, and perfect to every detail. If you have to move your table, have new felt put on, or even if youre looking for a table, you need to give George a call. He will take very good care of you. I had a fantastic experience with 8 Ball Pool Tables. I bought a used table 16 miles from my house. They confirmed that it was a good deal, shipped it without any damage, and did the perfect setup in my house. The table is 100% flat without any break. Just a perfect setup.They took the time to give instructions to us, the dos and donts to protect our new investment. They also made suggestions regarding future maintenance.They also charged us a very reasonable fee for all the hard work that they did. It could not have been a better experience.

Knowing I just had questions, without repair. The owner of 8ball pool tables called me within the hour and takes with me and gave professional opinions, regarding a messy situation I am in with an air bnb host trying to charge $700 for a tare on her pool table. The information he gave was helpful and he didnt rush or make me feel like a bother at all. THAT is customer service!!!!!!
