It was well worth the drive to play all the Pinball machines available. Lee is an easy paerson to deal with and very helpful. Lee sent me several pictures of the machines available before we drove to his store in Clearwater. Once we decided on a machine, Lee had it sent to the warehouse to have it checked out, cleaned, and prepped for delivery. It was delivered in 2 days and set up by the delivery driver. I highly recommend Elite Home Gamerooms if you are looking for a Pinball, Arcade Game, or Pool Table.

Love this place! My husband and I are working on a game room in our home. Lee, the store manager, is knowledgeable about the products and scored us a great deal on our pool table. We will definitely be back and work with Lee again when we are ready to add more to the room.

Walked in with my disabled father and was quickly asked to leave because he had someone putting together a pool table and didn’t want an accident to happen but had no problem with people who could walk being in there most certainly will not be returning

My husband and kids were more interested in getting a pool table with the top option as a dining table than I was but now I’m so glad we got it. The kids are playing pool everyday! They’re playing less video games and getting along with each other. The delivery went smoothly. The company was happy to work with us even when we made a last minute change. We are so pleased with our purchase!

My wife and I were in here the other day trying to decided if we wanted to purchase a pinball machine. Lee was so helpful, his knowledge on all the games was so helpful. Its nice to to chat with somebody that actually knows about the product their selling. We bought a machine and it was delivered on time and my 7 year old son hasnt stop playing it.Will be coming back for sure. We need a pool table!!!!! Thanks Lee for all the help.

Ive bought large products a couple of times from this store. Bought a pinball machine several years ago. Was very happy. However, this most recent purchase didnt go as well. I bought a $2300 video game console from the store at Countryside (Clearwater) Mall. The wrong item was delivered. The next day the correct console was delivered, but there were several high score recordings already in some of the games, and there were a couple of dings on the cabinet. I asked the salesman at Elite (Countryside) if I had perhaps been shipped the floor model. At first he said yes. Then, he texted right back and said no! I have a feeling I paid for a new console and got the demo model. The good news is the delivery personnel were super, and the owner of the company was great about apologizing for the initial wrong delivery--I decided not to bother him with the problems with the second console. Id probably use the company again.

Elite Home Gamerooms is such a fun place to shop! We are creating a game room in our home. We stopped in Elite Home Gamerooms at Countryside Westfield Mall in Clearwater and met Lee, the manager. Lee is very professional and knowledgeable. We now know where to purchase a pool table, pinball and Pac Man for our new fun room!

A candy store for adults and kids. I still use and love my gaming machine from Elite. It is really worth every penny. The imitation machines that you can get for $400 that have 2500 games really can not compare. Their controls are floppy, the buttons are sloppy, the screen isnt clear. When you just get into a game the machine moves around. what?! thats crazy. Get the real deal and upgrade it to more games later. These start with 60 games, but they are the 60 that you want. Out of 2500 games, the 60 that you would play over and over, packed up tightly in a nice package. The controls on Elites machines are solid, high quality, strong and responsive, just like you would imagine a machine in any arcade would have. The buttons are precise. The box itself is sturdy, the top lights up, the artwork is top notch; a work of art sitting in your living room or home game room. Dont waste 400 on a machine, tuck it away and save up for the machine that will be with you forever and give you lasting happiness. Oh yeah, 5 year warrenty on everything. Anything goes wrong, someone shows up at your door and fixes it, no questions asked. Try and get that sort of service from the game you just bought at Walmart. You wont. :) Buy Elite and buy ASAP!

Fantastic service. I had just purchased a few machines from Duane. He was very helpful and even set them up. Great prices, as I have priced higher comparable machines from other companies. I did good here and encourage anyone looking for a quality company to stop here.

Google any item in the entire store and you will always find a newer model for less money from someone else. Dont get sucked in by the flashy lights.Duane Fisher who is part sales and part HR for Elite hired me on by posting an ad for a full time position to call and close leads generated by their website. He then proceeded to drag me on for 3 weeks of part time hours and made me a store clerk. I never received a single lead to sell and was put in a very tight financial position due to his dishonesty. He also lied about how much he made since he started with the company 8 months ago.Regardless, the items being sold are regularly more than a thousand dollars than the exact same item being sold online. Duane even regularly bragged about selling merchandise over a thousand dollars more than the already inflated store price to boost his commissions.

Walked in because we liked the store in Clearwater. My wife liked a pool table. The gentleman presented himself as manager and my wife discussed the table. 1799. However it was days before our wedding and i wasnt comfortable with the expense... Thats when he offered a lay away plan. My mom was just diagnosed with cancer so my moving plans were delayed inevitability and because she lives across the street i could not have a pool table delivered to my home as i couldnt bring myself to tell her in the midst of her diagnosis i would be moving up north until after we see what her health does. Then the manager suggests shipping up north where my wife lives. Again concerned with the cost he said no charge for shipping. As an added bonus because the tax free week had recently passed and our wedding was two days away her would waive the tax. Only requiring 400 down. Now there was no time limit set as i said we were waiting to see what my mothers health was going to do. We had made several payments including one 12 days before Christmas or we were told we would loose the table. We have been trying to settle the 1,150 balance on the table for almost a year now. Speaking to the person we have a verbal and written original copy of the agreement with. However they have lost payment receipts. There is a discrepancy in amounts paid which we have records of they do not. Also the man that made the agreement is trying to charge shipping. Although on original agreements there is no charge for shipping. So we offered a compromise instead of shipping to mass we will accept delivery in port richey fl. Except now he wants to charge Florida state tax even though on original agreement there is also no charge for tax and under balanced owed it states $1,150. We are ready with cash to finalize this transaction however we can not get the owner to return our call and the manager will not refund payments. I should add the layaway was fee free. They manager knows exactly who to contact to finish this sale immediately but is trying to squeeze more money out of us. I will remove or edit this review once the issue is correct. Side not a 100$ payment made in December a confirmation receipt was not sent by manager and the bank has since changed so we are un able to access a record for that so they already have $100 extra. They truly have some amazing things in here! They have all kinds of things for your man cave or for your birthday party for kids or anything. Some things are available for rental and other things are for sale and would be fun in an extra room or a game room in your house. They also have gift items for fathers and other types of things like grandfathers that are historic or interesting so keep them in mind for gift items as well.
