Great customer experience from start to finish. The technician Shannon was charismatic and was happy to answer all my questions about his work and taught me a lot about what he was doing. I needed a reseal on my windshield and its rained 10 times in the last week with no leaks so its safe to say the work was done well. And I communicated a few times with Will over the phone as we were working out the plan for the repair and he was also great to work with. Theyll be my only call if i have another glass problem. You can tell they take pride in their work.

I had breakfast while the work was being done. Also I could buy him lunch. Shane did a great job!!! 🌟👍 I tipped him and I bought him lunch. BUT he took it to go because he had to GET to the Next Customer. 😀 THIS shows good DEDICATION and this guy had over 22 years EXPERIENCE on the job. WELL done and I highly RECOMMEND this COMPANY. I called yesterday and told them I needed a new windscreen. Guy was on way to parts and bought part himself, set up appointment to come out next morning and did so, technician explained process and things he found clearly. Got the job done A-B. Friendly and I was happy.

Woke up on a Saturday morning to find someone smashed in my rear window. My insurance company (after an hour on the phone) eventually sent me to safe life’s customer service department in god knows what state- and they couldn’t get the new glass until over a week.Called premier 1 and Will was able to find one for install on Monday.Remember- this was on a SATURDAY- when just about no other companies were even open.Tech arrived on time and had it installed in under an hour, And for a price even less than my insurance deductible.Wouldn’t think twice about using them in the future— and neither should you.

The installer Shannon was super nice and did a good job, it literally only took 30 minutes, the glass looks super nice and clean.

I had a very good experienced with this company they’re fast and had a good service especially “Will” this guy had a lot of patience on me lol i was upset because of my insurance geico for giving me such a hard time to schedule the inspections to my windshield. So im giving this company a 5 stars!

I called Will at 8 am. His technician picked up my glass and was at my place to install it 3 hours later. Shannon did a great job installing my tailgate glass-it took him 20 minutes, max. Shannon even repaired my old glass (broken hinge) so I now have a back-up if/when my new glass fails (which they are prone to do). Great job, fast, professional service and good follow-up by Will. Highly recommend these guys.

We had a great experience with premier auto glass. They communicated well, were friendly and very efficient. They also got it taken care of quickly which was great. Shannon was an excellent installer.

I just recently had my windshield replaced with this company for a second time with this glass shop. US 19 can be a nightmare with flying debris! Nonetheless, after approval of my insurance provider, Premier 1 Auto Glass came to the rescue. They did such a fantastic job that I knew exactly who to call when the damage occurred for unfortunately a second time.
