Deliberately low balled on our vehicle after giving a sight unseen offer. Very rude of them for making me an offer having me drive an hour down to them and then insulting me with such a low offer. Very unprofessional do not recommend them at all.

Luckily we took our Honda Civic in because the air conditioning was cutting in and out. As you know here in Florida that is not acceptable in this heat and humidity. AutoNation was able to diagnose, replace the condenser, and return our car when promised! So grateful! Thank you AutoNation Honda! Job well done!

Friendly service and a quick turnaround for my oil change and tire rotation.

I went into the service center after having ongoing issues (thousands of dollars already spent) with my Pilot that were out of character for the age and wear on the vehicle and I was frankly frustrated. Ken is the service center went above and beyond to fight with Honda to cover a majority of the cost and I paid very little out of pocket.

He was very professional yet courteous, and even drove to airport and picked me up after I returned my rental car. Hes what a salesman should be--able to think outside the box. Looking at a new Truck, thought we would seek out the new Ridgeline, we leased our Honda Accord a couple years ago...very good experience!! Wanted to go back and see about trading off the 08 Nissan Frontier...Jackie was my rep, who was very informative and knowledgeable and extremely pleasant...Even though Im not sure about the Ridgeline as of yet ..I do like the features, just not the push button transmission...kinda takes away from a truck being a truck..and the wheels seem small for a midsize truck.But I might consider looking at and taking home a new SUV...Id definitely recommend AutoNation Honda for there sales and service****

I purchased a 2013 CRV from Jason. Jason was very nice and accommodating. During the test drive I had noticed a slight vibration during idle but dismissed it, however after I purchased the vehicle the vibration got worse. Autonation has a 5 day / 250 mile return policy. They offered to fix it as the car was under warranty however I just did not feel comfortable with the car. They took the car back no questions asked. I appreciate their customer service and the fact they made things right.

2001 Honda Accord went in for invalid code on Radio.after battery disconnected, a couple tries then a reboot. This finally did the job. Have a radio . No charges since I had work the week prior. Will use AutoNation Honda again..

AutoNation Honda, and their service department are great.

Honda installed a $530 part on my car that was unnecessary and then accepted no blame when I called them out.

The people are very nice but if you have a problem with your car you can go there several times before its fixed even though you paid around $2,000 for it
