Drive 1.5 hours to Cleat lake TSC from Santa Rosa to find out that the 2 wood splitters they have on the web site as new.. When asked the check out person said they were damaged and that they were going to get them repaired. I asked what was wrong with them and she said they both leaked. ???? Web site updated? 2different models defective? Are Countryline splitters any good?

OK - I, I admit I visited this store in order to check out my competition. I own a feed store in Lakeport that has been there for over 30 years. This TSC store is fairly new to Clearlake. YES, of course I am biased in my opinion. The store was typical TSC. I wandered around taking pictures for about 30 minutes and was never waited on by staff. I did careful pricing of items and found that my locally owned store had better pricing and a better selection of pet and livestock feed. If you need a quick item and you live in Clearlake OK, but Im hoping you will keep it local rather than use this national chain store.

Great place to shop and some items to find as well. Everyone is really helpful. The prices are pretty amazing as well. The store is really clean and well stocked. The only thing I cant find there is a certain kind of dog collar. Their dog food is really premium. My sensitive German Shepard has taken to it really well with no upset stomach. They stock great shoes, boots and excellent clothing too.

Placed an order online to be picked up at the store. While en route I get a call from them, but since Im driving I cant take the call. When I arrive at the store Im told the product is missing a piece, however, their assembler will be able to put it together by the following morning...so now, round trip 35 miles and no wheelbarrow.Today, you guessed it - no part...but, did the customer service person try to rectify the situation? Nope, I had to prompt her to call another store? Look at when the next order will arrive?No, she just gave me a bunch of rain check options none of which gets me the product in a timely fashion. I was trying to buy local, but I forgot, I live in Lake County...

Check out this store! Youll be amazed at what all you can find here. Need rat poison and traps? Only these guys and Rainbow Ag seem to stock those items in this County. They do have a huge section of quality pet foods and toys.

The staff is always willing to help and the sales bring you in the door.

Friendly staff and the prices are great its like Harbor Freight on steroids but better. My how 2 yrs have changed the store. The employees didnt care about customers finding mice in their dry cat and dog food when told about it they replied that all they do is tape it up and sell it.(to unsuspecting customers).

These people are so helpful. Tractor Supply has everything we need, every time we go.Im new at raising chickens and the staff are extremely knowledgable. The only thing is, that we always seem to have to load up our own 50 lb. sacks of feed. Thankfully I can still do this even though I am retired. My husband is disabled & cannot load feed. The merchandise is quality, the gifts & home decor items, are adorable, attractive & I love the country home theme. Breyer collectibles are a available there. I went crazy & purchased lots of Breyer Christmas ornaments & other fun, farm themed, Christmas decor. Their selection of merchandise is wonderful. Need a riding mower, water catchment system, gardening supplies, a new barn dance outfit, repair a stable door, a new table saw blade, etc.. THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! Tractor Supply carries all feeds, for every stage of life, for your animal companions, great & small, production livestock, four legged performance athletes, wild birds, exotic birds & so on. We are dedicated shoppers for life. It is very affordable, to run a larger operation shopping here, so we actually profit, instead of going into the red every month. I ALSO MUST GIVE HIGH PRAISE TO THE STAFF & MANAGEMENT, DURING THE MANDATORY, WEEK LONG, 15 COUNTY WIDE, ROLLING BLACKOUTS. When even Walmart had closed its doors during these events, Tractor Supply remained open, with staff carrying flashlights & escorting every customer to what they needed & back to the register , where they hand tallied each purchase. I TRULY COMMEND, THEIR DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY, AT THE EXPENSE OF THEIR OWN CONVENIENCE. OUR livestock didnt need to suffer just because the humans were. I also must say, that any feed operation, no matter how cautious or tidy, will always experience issues with vermin, in a rural area. Our old feed store at home was gorgeous & you could eat off their floor, yet they still had vermin issues. Recent warmer, earlier, yearly temperatures & heavy rains bring lush growth & more temperate environments bring enormous explosions of rodent life. Also as man moves further, into the bush, forest & field frontiers , the rodents grow accustomed to the plentiful food & shelter, that our structures & stores of feed/foods/crop seed provide. I am a realist & only have real world expectations. This being said: IM GLAD TO SHARE,THAT WE LOVE TRACTOR SUPPLY& WE WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP THERETIL THE DAY WE DIE. CHEERS!

Disgusting establishment. In the 10 minutes I was here I saw two mice running around. I brought it up to a couple of employees and discovered that their corporate manager wont help with the extermination. Horrible. Talk about a biohazard waiting to happen. Ill go elsewhere for my needs where Im not at risk of contracting the plague.

The woman that waited on me was out standing I came in for flower boarder but you had none so I said I will go to Mendo mill ,so I got in my car an her comes Rachelle that was het name asked me to come back in an she showed me the perfect boarder an I bought it. Its this type of costumer service that will have me coming back. By the way my flower bed looks beautiful.

We use the dog wash station. They have all of the shampoos and conditioners you could need. There are nail trimmers, coat brushes, grooming tables, towels and hair dryers. The staff always rewards the dogs as we are leaving with a treat.

Tractor supply has great selection of quality products. Not cheap stuff like those discounted places. Like it has been said you get what you pay for.

Donovan is a wanna-be police officer. .he is rude, racist, and treated me with complete disrespect..He makes the store a horrible environment to shop in...He not only be-littled me but he had the rest of the staff laughing at me and making me feel so uncomfortable i ended up leaving in tears.. He needs to find a different position..he has no customer service skill.

Some stuff is way over priced. You can get the same stuff on Amazon for half what they charge. They also need to take better care of their chicks. I dont think anyone on staff knows much about raising poultry; however, they are very nice.

The only person working was glued to the register and had no functional knowledge of where Items were in the store. When prompted twice to help with finding the same product he gestured and called out from the register with indescriptive directions that were incorrect.
