Do not rent a Penske truck from this location. They have kids doing the truck rentals who have no knowledge whatsoever. Im standing in a parking lot, 90 degrees, because the dolly was never hook up when I arrived. Penske should be ashamed to have Home Depot as an authorized agent.

Reserved a 16 foot truck with lift gate on Monday. Come Saturday the truck was not available. I was forced to travel 20 min further to another location to get a similar truck. Plus they would not let me return the truck to the closer location. Will not reserve with this location again.

If you had something that is too big for a U-Haul then this is definitely the place to go great customer service good running trucks
