I’ve been to many storage units just to help people out moving things in and out and this was my first experience doing on my own. Dana was more than helpful on my first time explaining everything thoroughly making sure I understood everything and made me feel very comfortable on renting from you guy’s especially in a very stressful time for me I felt like this was the easiest of the things I’m dealing with at the moment. If Dana is working there I’d recommend anyone that needs a unit!

Staff is really nice and accommodating. Took the time out to show multiple storage spaces to help decide what was best for us. Price is good!

First of all when I walked into the door I was greeted by their name. Dayna got me in fast she was very prompt and professional. And when I came back her Assistant Shierra, was just as professional as well, she got me a very clean unit. They make sure they answer any questions you might have about the United. It was clean and over all I got in and was done in no time at all, doing business with I storage at 100 Hickman Rd. In Claymont was great 👍🏽Thank you Ladies 😀

Dayna was phenomenal with helping not only myself with renting a unit but another customer and complaint situation as well all while remaining personable and professional.

When I come here and Shierra waits on me when I give her my payment, she is always polite, very well mannered and friendly, she has a Happy Personally, neat in her dressing and I love her Hair. Today she is taking care of a problem with my unit 306, I was worried before I came here but at this moment I feel Worried Free and Special. As I sit here listening to Shierra as she speaks to customers, she is knowledgeable in her work and multitasks wonderfully. She gives the appearance of self control and caring to each customer. Shierra was taking care of 6 people, 2 were couples.

Dana was an excellent Manager at istorage. She broke everything down for me, showed me 2 units and was very helpful. Thanks to her, I have my storage space. My new friend.

FYI if you ever have to use a storage unit DO NOT use ISTORAGE I rented a unit about a year ago...and apparently with the major storms we had the units flooded last week. However, not one person has given the tenants the respect of a phone call or even an email to inform them that the units did flood and to check their belongings...I was lucky most of my stuff was in plastic bins but the amount of water in the unit was crazy and when I called for assistance all I got was you can come back tomorrow No professionalism and zero consideration to the tenants.

Today, I a customer who pays by auto withdrawal monthly for one year found this warning of towing on my truck. The truck next to me and the boat did not have this. I went to the front office and the MANAGER said they lost my lease or never had it so they wanted me to fill out another lease because they could not identify who owned my truck. This neon green sign on my vehicle clearly states that I am unauthorized to park and that I will be towed by noon on the 6th. Needless to say the Customer Service claims they called me but could not reach me and could not leave a message because the call dropped...what happen to email or writing to my address. Did they call back? How come they didn’t lose my auto bill deduction? They lost my lease. The manager printed out a rental agreement that states my full address and the parking space # PS36 Size 10 x 20. They said it is the 9th and I am not towed so they wonder why I am upset. Why did they write a fictitious Tow warning to identify a vehicles owner? How embarrassing to have this displayed on my truck and I am a paying customer. Why not a note with a thank you card saying you appreciate my payments but we are having a little issue and need your help resolving an awkward issue. CLOWNS.They defend their Warning notice though it’s their snafus. I will take my green elsewhere

We just moved out of our home and needed to store our stuff somewhere for the time being until our new house is ready. We got a storage unit with the exact space we needed and it came with free one months rent. This place is pretty affordable and seems very secure! I would definitely recommend them especially to anyone who lives near the borderline of PA and DE! Plus you have access to plenty other stores nearby if needed. Their boxes are pretty cheap too! :-)-a happy customer

Highly recommend the istorage on Hickman Rd. Researched various storage facilities and ended up choosing this one as it had one of the lowest prices when compared with similar ones. It was easy to reserve online. Received a follow-up phone call to review the details, answer questions and set up an appointment.Tyrone met with me this morning. We located the storage unit Shierra (property manager) reserved for me. We realized the insulation in the ceiling had seen better days so he promised to remove it. Needed to leave but when I returned everything was ready for me. Both Shierra and Tyrone are professional, very personable and it seems they will do whatever it takes to demonstrate that customer satisfaction is a priority. Thank you both! Lastly, the location is convenient and safety appears to be of utmost importance.

Came on to property 9:17 am not realizing office doesnt open up til 9:30. Shierra asked for 2 minutes just to get clocked in and got right on top of the move in process. Very Understanding & Polite ! Thanks for your services

Got a very professional phone call to let me know what to expect with setting up my unit following my web reservation, but when I got on site (4:45pm, well before the 6pm close time) the gate was shut and my 3 calls to the office over the next 20 minutes went to an answering machine while I idled on the side of the road.Took my business to the Ridge Road iStorage 2 minutes away where I received immediate and professional assistance.

Darlene was great very personable and friendly, she didn’t get bothered by showing us all the units they had, she made sure we were happy with our decision to rent the storage we chose! The new owner are lazy and didnt even tell it renters that they changed over. Had a hard time getting a hold of them. Then they way over charge. I wouldnt ever put your stuff here. Tri state storage was way better sad to see them go.

I have not been happy with iStorage since it changed from Tri-State Storage. I used to love Tri-State; they were friendly and good and worked with you. At iStorage; not so much. The office staff has been rude on the phone and when the switch first happened, you would call the office and no one would ever answer the phone. And they are not accommodating at all.

Huge storage facility with great price is located right next to the tri-state mall.

Worst experience ever. Advised of the hole in the ceiling for the storage unit. looked as if someone try to tape up the insulation. Was told there has never been a leak and that it would not leak after asking for a new unit and was told no. A week later, the storage unit leaked and destroyed clothes from the water damage, mattress, and other items. No one from the office wanted to assist the new employee and the district manager that is assigned is always avoiding the calls. I have been leaving messages for the last 2 weeks and she has not returned a call. They dont let you speak to the claims office and will not provide you with a claim number or any information that lets you know the claim is submitted or being worked on at all. I would not suggest this storage unit to no one. Tri State storage was the best before they were bought by this company called istorage. Absolutely horrible service from the office manager to the district manager that I have been speaking to about this entire situation.

The customer service is very poor. The people that work here dont care about the customers. They post signs up on the window to deter you from walking in. This place wants you not to pay for your service because they will auction your things extemely quickly and not even call you or notifiy you. Also found 4 dead baby mice in my storage unit. I have pictures to prove it ! Disgusting place. do not trust I storage ! Thieves
