It is Harbor Freight. What is not to like. When I was growing up, my Dad went to Sears to get Craftsman tools and things. It is not around sadly, but you can get almost any tool you need at Harbor Freight.The tools they have are of good quality. Some items are the best, some I would pass on. Most are very good at an excellent price. Harbor Freight is a great place to pick up that tool or item you need.

Definitely one of the better Harbor Freight locations. Always friendly and they carry icon tools now!Since the change in ownership the coupons have more restrictions and availability, but still good ole Harbor Freight yall!

I have been to other Harbor Freight locations that were great. this one is small and does not have the selection they need I have been three times now to buy things their ad or online said they had 3-4 options to buy and they anything like it in stock. Only positive...I had very good customer service from a young lady there once she helped me order something from their ad (that was out of stock) it ended up being $129 instead of $109 but I bought it because of her helpfulness

Normally I never have a problem with this place but today was a different story. Looking for a specific items, asked the nice girl in front if I could get some help. Had this women ( I think was a manager) come out. I told her what I was looking for. She stated that they didnt have it. I asked what was a good one to take place of what I want, she took me to the item and stated here you go and took off. Didnt help me at all. Very disappointed

Had what I needed (always at the last minute). Helpful manager. Lots of stuff. Could wander the place for hours.

I had a couple of questions, she answered them, but seem like the answers were rushed like she was trying to get me out of the store. They are definitely short staffed

Not this store in particular, but highly disappointed that Harbor Freight has discontinued thier popular coupon and mail circular program. Now you have to get the daily deals or pay a $30 fee to join the Inside Track program. I am going to suspect this ill conceived idea wasnt adequately vetted thru a marketing focus group. There are other options for decent discounted tools, that is where my money will be spent going forward.

Very tight parking spaces for a big p/u but store is great have nice selection of merchandise

The layout isnt the greatest here. I always seem to be wandering around looking for what I need. I guess its a way to make you grab other things along the way that you didnt go in for... overall good shop, lower quality tools but the price is right in a pinch.

Finally had the sander I have been looking for. No fault of theirs, everyone is DYI ing. Associates very helpful.

One of my favorite stores. Lots and lots of all kinds of tools, tarps, welders, compressors, tool bags, tool boxes, tool kits, wheel chairs, safes, scales, batteries, wall mounts for TVs. Thats just to name a few of the many items you can find there. The employees are very friendly and helpful and easy to find!

The store was very well maintained and organized. Due to the current pandemic they were out of some items, but back orders coming. I feel safe being there

I absolutely love Harbor Freight. They have friendly employees and great prices. They offer a wide arrangement of tools and supplies with great quality.

I had an issue with an item I purchased and lost the receipt. The staff looked up multiple phone numbers for me to find it. They made the exchange process quick and simple. The manager was a very nice gentleman. They stand behind their products, I will definitely be going back.

I remember a time when harbor freight had a catalog you could order from & also A long Time Ago you could go to events or shows at certain areas that had a booth that had Harbor freight items , that was a COOOL THING ! Back then , Not sure how long The Harbor Frieght Store has been open ?? But Im Greatful for that Im like a kid I. A candy store , Even though somethings are A Were bit out of my price range Its still cool to look at . Very interesting store. They have a bit of everything you need in tools. Their prices arent too bad either. The products Ive bought are name brand, and of good quality.

I wouldnt have given it even 1 star but you have to put something. They were rude to me. I bought an expensive warranty for a toolbox set that she explained to me how it worked. When the toolbox fell off the truck I brought it back and she was rude for no reason. I did not get rude or have an attitude or anything with her. I feel like I was sold a warranty for no reason. I will not do business with that store again. Im not telling anyone to not do business with them but i wouldnt get roped into their faulty warranties they try to sell.

John the Supervisor was by far the best employee I have ever dealt with in a retail store. He went beyond what i asked for and found me the item. I am only going to deal with him from now on.. keep up the great work

Even though they were out of what I wanted and I would have to travel an hour to another store, I still like Harbor Freight.

Employees are always very polite and I have made several returns there with no issues. They dont always have everything in stock but theyre willing to help get you what you need.

I was in the area shopping and noticed that there was a Harbor Freight store in the shopping center. I have purchased from other Harbor Freight stores in the past, so I was happy to find them. Not all their tools and merchandise is the greatest, but the price usually is. I would not buy their products is it was something that was going to receive a lot of use. But for something that I wanted to have for a special project, they are often good enough for that use.

Apparently they have free item coupons constantly to help get people to go to the store often. I did not know that until my wife showed me the paper and told me about it. I dont do the free item coupons myself, but can see that as a draw for some people.We have bought a few things from a few Harbor Freight locations over the past few years. This location was average and pretty much exactly what I would expect.

The only issue Ive ever had at this store were long lines for the cashier at times. Thats probably because they usually have any tool youd need, whether its a screwdriver or a welding machine & everything in-between. This tool shops there all the time 😉A major plus to this particular store is being located next to a Bargain Hunt store, which my wife & Im sure many others love!

Its a harbor freight like many others around the country. Similar layout as many others. If youre not familiar with HF tools go to the website and read the reviews on individual tools.The only gripe with this particular store is that the A/C could be better, or can get quite warm in there.

This is a great place to get good prices on tools. If you sign up for the emails, the deals are even better.

One of my favorite places to shop for cheap tools. You know the old saying you get what you pay for, HF sets the standard higher than the old saying. Dirt cheap yet decent quality tools. I just wish a HF would open up in Ashland City Tn.

Great coupons. Have what they advertise. Tools are decent quality. But if a tool were to break and damage you our what your working on I would go with a higher quality tool. Example. Breaker bar on a stuck bolt. If it breaks will you elbow slam down on the rack.still cant straighten my arm all the way.
