Pros: Prices are fair.Some employees have great attitudes and willingness to help.Shelf space for a large variety of products with lots of selections.Easily accessible.Cons: Some employees have terrible attitudes and can be rude.Frequently out of stock on numerous items.Lack of employee training leads to mistakes in pricing and a needto corroborate with superiors for the simplest of customerassistance.I recently purchased a mis-marked item from the meat dept. and asked for a re-weigh and adjustment. Originally charged $16.47 for the item, the re-weigh proved it should only have cost 9.33. (Photos attached). Once I took it back to customer service with the corrected amount, Robin tried to be very patient. I have to hand her that. But finally got frustrated when I didnt have my Kroger card on me and was searching for the number in my phone. She said, I didnt think it was going to take this long. Ill just give you one. As it turns out, she STILL didnt get the refund right. What should have been a 7.14 refund was only 5.94. Common core math, I guess.

Really disappointed in on one of the pharmacy tech staff, 😒 she was rude to thrown the paper on the desk. And her tone changed, I was talking to my coworkers about my clients and did not hear her because she had a mask and there was a clear plaxie glass, pharmacy technician got upset and was rude.

Cashier always friendly and helpful asking if I found everything okay. I really wish yall carried cafe francais coffee (you carry others made by them like vanilla Carmel) etc thats the only reason we dont shop there more.However youre pharmacy staff is awesome. And since they are hiring Im going to apply Ive been a pharmacy tech over 20 years. I know its only part time but suits me fine. Thanks

I truly enjoy shopping at this Krogers. You will find this Krogers neat and clean and smiles on most of the employees. They have a wide selection of foods. The bathrooms are very clean and neat. Krogers runs some good deals on items every week. I can find what Im looking for and get out if Im in a hurry. I hope you will try this Krogers if you have a chance.

Worst kroger I have ever been. I live close by and I also instacart. They are ALWAYS out of stock, the employees are rude and dont care to help. Will not ask or talk to you, Unlike Publix. The carts are awful! All of them are broken. Worst store to grocery shop.

Great Kroger location. The layout and interior design is a little dated. Its not one of the newer remodeled stores, but that is fine with me. The employees are great. On every visit I have made the employees are always helpful and have a smile. This location is always clean and well stocked. I have no problem recommending anyone looking for a grocery store that is local to this Kroger.

New to Clarksville from Nashville.This is by far the Worst Kroger I have ever set foot in.Nothing is ever in stock, checkout lines are always way too long.For example as I write this review there are 5 closed lanes and 3 operational lanes each with Minimum 3-4 buggy fulls.I will continue to do my grocery shopping in Nashville as I already have to drive there for work anyway! At least Kroger on Highway 70 has 96% of my list in stock & is exactly where the Kroger app says it is.Strongly do not recommend!

My first time ordering groceries for pick up. Get to this store at pick up time. I called to tell them I was outside. I spoke with some lady that handles the pick up. I told her I was going to move my car to handicap space( have handicap license plate). She gets agitated and rudely tells me no, park in pick up space. Then two young ladies show up with my groceries. They first give me the list/ receipt. As they load the car I notice some stuff is in paper bags that are ripped. I get home. I unload groceries. Paper bags completely tear apart. Cereal box is open and smashed. Alot of item I requested are no available. My cookies were smashed to crumbs. I am not happy and will not do a pick up order with this store again.

Pickup is awfulMy order was supposed to be ready at 6pm yesterdayThey called and said it wouldn’t be ready at six we will call you when it’s readyI never got a callSo I went today and called and asked if my order was ready and they said yes!I get home and I don’t have half of my groceriesI call to ask why and they say they were out of stockI asked why no one told me and how do I get my money backI have to wait seven to ten business days to get my money back! I can’t afford to not have that money or the groceries I paid for to feed my family and I can’t go inside To get my groceries because I have an auto immune disease and they don’t enforce mask wearing or social distancing inside.

I dont shop here much

I feel filthy and gross after shopping here. First, no wipes to sanitize shopping cart or anyone else doing it. Second, no hand sanitizer anywhere to use. I bought hand sanitizer so I could sanitize while shopping. Third, I was going to buy a ready made chicken parmesan in the meat department and when I picked it up the lid fell off. Fourth, only self checkout available with no sanitation or cleaning happening. Finally, the pharmacy people are rude and I feel like its an inconvenience for them to pick up my meds. Place looked and felt dirty. Definitely dissatisfied and extremely disappointed with this location.

This Kroger store is always well stocked when I go in. Every time I go the employees are kind and helpful. I find the layout a little less convenient than the Dover Crossing store. The parking lot is large enough even for the busier hours.

Excellent, found everything we wanted, plus a few extra things that werent on the list. LOL We went through a check out line today instead of doing our own check out and that was nice, the young lady cashier was very nice as was the young fellow that sacked for her. All in all a very good visit.Ge

I have shopped at this store for 20 years or more. The staff is always helpful and polite. Theres a good variety of items and pricing and sales are at a good price. Points are always a plus when filling the gas tank. .

I called to ask if they had custard in stock, being a seasonal item. Jessica put me on hold, a few minutes later a guy answers. I tell him Jessica went to check for custard. He says they definitely have it in stock. Drove out of my way to a store I never visit. No custard.Its not a big deal if you dont have it, but just tell me! I wasted time for an extreme disappointment.

This Krogers, out of the others in town, seems to have the most hometown feel around. I have not had much dealing with management but the customer service employees are top-notch when it comes to locating items that I cannot find on my own. The store seems to have wide aisles that are clean and well organized. The feel is hometown because they are nestled in an older shopping mall in the heart of Old Clarksville. They seem to rotate stock very well and bring new items in on a regular basis. I do enjoy all of the Krogers but this one just seems to be more of a fit for me.

Its a good store. They have items that other stores dont have. The chicken in the deli is excellent! The Kroger card can save you a lot of money!

Quite possibly the safest place I know of in the event of a tornado. You walk in the front door 5 feet and you lose phone service, so I assume this place is built like a 1950s bomb shelter.Next time there is severe weather, Im heading to the canned vegetables aisle.

Amazing organics section. Great prices and all sorts of cool and neat little things you wont find elsewhere in town. Probably as close to Whole Foods as your going to get without going to Nashville.

If I could give it a negative star I would. What a horrible horrible experience.it made me remember the reason why I do not usually shop at Kroger. There were a ton of people many people in the checkout line and only one lane open. There was no fastlane cashier. And I only had one bag. I ended up just leaving without buying anyting.The store looks outdated. And they definitely need more people working the register especially when its busy.

I hate the location of this store but I do in fact love the store itself. They are clean and well stocked. As with all Kroger stores, its best if you are a member of their shopper card thingy.

I go to this store on a normal bases. Friendly people and good exercise if u want to walk around the area. They always have great coustomer services and bathrooms are always clean for public.

Opposite from Walmart, its a challenge... Ask questions, it not a typical Kroger store. Quality product. Little more pricey, about 10-15% more. You get what you pay for. Quality of ground beef and fresh seafood was excellent.

Our store is old. I can remember going there growing up in the 80s. It has been remodeled several times and is attempting to keep on trend with the likes of Publix.

Generally very positive. Convenient location for me. I know where things are in the store. Unfortunately, people working the parking lot asking for money are becoming more frequent.

Low staffed on cash registers about 530 pm on a Sunday but store manager was helping to ring up customers and maintain high customer satisfaction!

Had case soda on sale and didnt have any of the brands in diet and only had 3 different kinds of soda on sale in store. not much of a sale.

This is my local Kroger and where I do most of my shopping. I like the variety of products they carry, including a nice selection of natural / healthy / organic items. I give it 4 stars because its still not quite a Trader Joes or whole foods. ;)

Its convenient that they are open until midnight but, I try not to shop here they often. My kids love their chocolate milk and every time I go they are always out of it and haven’t restocked.

This Krogers are not too bad its the better one of the ones around here it started bringing something you I didnt have before into the vegetable department and then lady that explain to me about it was very friendly the manager of the department

Nice caring honest people working here. my daughter accidentally left her change/cash back at the self-serve register and a dear, wonderful young lady working there noticed it, picked up the money, took it to the office and told them who had forgotten it and where. It was actually waiting for us when my daughter realized shed forgotten it twelve hours later! Thank you Krogers.

Always a great place to get groceries. They have competitive prices and even offer free items throughout the month via their Mobile App. They also offer gas discounts for being a rewards member.

The management at this location are unwilling to work with customers to solve a problem and they dont have their customer service employees trained properly. I went in 1 week and was able to return the wrong size diapers without a receipt with 1 employee and went in a few weeks later and wasnt able to do the same with another employee or manager. They were very unwilling to work with me. Apparently even though it says online you can return without a receipt they wont if its over $25. The diapers are $26....... Poor management and poor customer service. Never again Kroger will you see my money.

My mom and my brother work here and they are treated like slaves. Dont get a job here!!! The first couple of years my mom started here, everything was great. It seemed like the management ( the main problem ) was on her side and was friends with her. But the longer she was here, the more they tried to stab her in the back. She worked her a** off for them and it was never good enough. Then my brother got a job here in produce. They gave him no training what so ever. They expected him to do EVERYTHING with just him working there by himself. They wanted to put him up front and cut his hours because he wasnt good enough. He got too fed up to the point to where he quit. The management would always talk behind their backs and treated them like pieces of equipment instead of decent human beings. A while ago I tried to work here like 3 times and never got call back. I was interviewed once but never heard anything back. Good thing I didnt work there and it was a while ago. To anyone out there wanting a job here, you are making a mistake. Kroger doesnt care about you and neither does management!!! P.S ever walked into Publix and see all the employees happy? But then walk here and all the employees are grumpy? Maybe its how the employees are treated. If you treat your employees good maybe they will smile more for the customers. Just saying.

A workers poor attitude. I was there going thru the self checkout and a cashier came over because it was saying please put item in the bag. This lady proceeds to run all my items thru the system like I stole something. Thats the first time thats happened. She was seeing me scan the stuff. Then today I see her she takes a throws my stuff out of my hand basket and threw it on the other register which it fell hard. And she will be reported I am loyal customer and o dont appreciate the disrespect.

I have been shopping at this Kroger for over 30 years. I like that I earn fuel points. This is very helpful with the cost of gas. I have tried other grocery stores, including walmart, but alway come out far better at Kroger.

First off I love Kroger all the deals and sales are always amazing. The employees are great usually BUT the managers can be awful at times. Epically when it comes to customer service desk. Every time I go in or my husband, mom, friend its always the same thing. You will literally wait up to 15 minutes sometimes more to get help. The managers will walk past you several times saying they are working on helping you but instead they are all huddled talking to each other. Other than the managers this store is great.

This is my neighborhood Kroger and I shop here everyday (sometimes 3 or 4×) and everytime I go there I never get greeted. Note that Im a very friendly person. I speak to every associate as I pass them..they dont engage. Well this morning I made a trip there like usual, and as I was finishing self checking, Crystal being the VERY FIRST person to engage me by saying Have a great day. I can remember her name because my fiance said We need to remember her name Crystal with a y. Sometimes just a simple gesture of telling someone to have a good day can change their whole day. I have 14 years of customer service experience so I know this for a fact.Thanks Crystal

Kroger is a very good place to shop for fresh fruit and veggies.

You need groceries, right? Get them here. Its a Kroger. Bathrooms are clean, prices are fair, employees are good at working at a grocery store.If theres a tent or a table with a checkerboard cloth set up near the gas station, dont buy gas there. There will be people trying to sell car cleaner stuff that wont leave you alone while youre pumping gas. I hate those guys.

I wouldnt even come to this store if it werent for ONE employee who works overnights; Derek has the absolute best customer service out of every single employee Ive ever encountered at this location. I often have conversations with other customers going through the self checkout process as quickly as possible but still wind up catching major attitude from the employee who makes it oh so very clear theyre ready to go but being held up with unnecessary questions and people intentionally taking their time or coming in at the last minute-- yes ive heard both those come directly from an enployees mouth. You dont know what goes on in other peoples lives, maybe they arent choosing to make you stay an extra 15 minutes. Maybe theyve got children in bed and cant come until a spouse gets home from 2nd shift to be with the kids. Or like one customer i spoke with one night who almost was in tears from the disrespect she was being shown, shes a nurse, whos hours arent always predictable so she had no choice but to rush here that night. And before I close this im just going to add that YES Ive worked retail before, been a sales associate, all of that. And in each of the jobs, i closed many many nights. Never did i take it out on the customer who came in last minute, because its not their fault i applied for that job. I used to have a select group of people whod come in 15 min prior to closing, gather a bunch of clothes walk around and throw them in a pile somewhere random before leaving. Did it get on my nerves, yes theres no logical reason to do such a thing, but i went behind them and picked the stuff up because it was what i got paid to do. Your employees get paid to do their job and id guess that customer service is part of the job requirements? If im correct on that then there needs to be some adjustments made or im likely going to go spend my roughly 800 a month elsewhere.

Hit and miss. Staff is either rude or very nice. Prices arent lower, they just price high and mark down it seems. I have had to request many times the staff to move out of the walkway, doorway, and especially the self checkout area where their register is. They will stand in the way of the customer until asked to please move so they can continue shopping or leave the store. Some staff is rude to people of a certain race, not even responding to a greeting but will be overly enthusiastic when greeting people of their own race. I notice this nearly every time I go there, especially on the weekends
